Abstract
Description
本発明が解決しようとする技術的問題は、体積が小さく、構造が簡単であり、使用が便利であり、電源を使わず、ガス放出操作が簡単である給気装置を提供することにある。
本発明の給気装置は、弁体、ガス袋を含み、弁体に給気口、排気口、貯気腔が設置され、給気口内に給気バルブ装置が設置される。また、排気口内に排気バルブ装置が設置され、貯気腔がガス袋と連通し、給気口、排気口が弁体の腔体を介して連通し、貯気腔が腔体と連通する。
Claims (10)
- 弁体、ガス袋を含み、弁体に給気口、排気口、貯気腔が設置され、給気口内に給気バルブ装置が設置され、排気口内に排気バルブ装置が設置され、貯気腔がガス袋と連通し、給気口、排気口が弁体の腔体を介して連通し、貯気腔が腔体と連通することを特徴とする給気装置。
- 排気バルブ装置が排気弁基体を含み、排気弁基体内に排気弁貫通孔が設置され、排気弁貫通孔に排気弁円環が設置され、排気弁円環が少なくとも2本の排気弁支持ストリップを介して排気弁貫通孔の孔壁に接続され、排気弁基体、排気弁円環、排気弁支持ストリップが一体となっており、
排気弁芯体が排気弁円環の内孔を貫通し、排気弁芯体が排気弁円環の内孔において軸方向に可動であり、排気弁芯体の外端に径方向において排気弁円環の内孔よりも外へ向く環状突起が設置され、排気弁芯体の内端に排気弁突出蓋が接続され、排気弁突出蓋が排気弁円環の内孔より大きく、排気弁円環が環状突起と排気弁突出蓋との間に位置し、排気弁突出蓋と排気弁円環との間に排気弁バネが設置され、排気弁芯体の内端が排気弁バネを貫通し、排気弁芯体の外端が弁体の外界に向き、排気弁芯体の内端が弁体の腔体に向くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給気装置。 - 排気弁芯体の外端に排気弁密封シートが接続され、排気弁貫通孔の外端に環状斜面が設置され、排気弁貫通孔の環状斜面の形状と大きさが排気弁密封シートの形状と大きさにマッチングし、前記排気弁バネにより排気弁密封シートと排気弁貫通孔の環状斜面とを緊密に接触させて、排気弁貫通孔を密封することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の給気装置。
- 前記給気バルブ装置が給気弁基体を含み、給気弁基体内に給気弁貫通孔が設置され、給気弁貫通孔に給気弁円環が設置され、給気弁円環が少なくとも2本の給気弁支持ストリップを介して給気弁貫通孔の孔壁に接続され、給気弁基体、給気弁円環、給気弁支持ストリップが一体となっており、
給気弁芯体が給気弁円環の内孔を貫通し、給気弁芯体が給気弁円環の内孔において軸方向に可動であり、給気弁芯体の外端に径方向において給気弁円環の内孔よりも外へ向く環状突起が設置され、給気弁芯体の内端に給気弁突出蓋が接続され、給気弁突出蓋が給気弁円環の内孔より大きく、給気弁円環が環状突起と給気弁突出蓋との間に位置し、給気弁突出蓋と給気弁円環との間に給気弁バネが設置され、給気弁芯体の内端が給気弁バネを貫通し、給気弁芯体の外端が弁体の腔体に向き、給気弁芯体の内端が弁体の外界に向くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給気装置。 - 給気弁芯体の外端に給気弁密封シートが接続され、給気弁貫通孔の外端に環状斜面が設置され、給気弁貫通孔の環状斜面の形状と大きさが給気弁密封シートの形状と大きさにマッチングし、前記給気弁バネにより給気弁密封シートと給気弁貫通孔の環状斜面とを緊密に接触させて、給気弁貫通孔を密封し、給気弁貫通孔の外端が弁体の腔体に向き、給気弁貫通孔の内端が弁体外界に向くことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の給気装置。
- 排気弁基体に排気弁コネクタが設置され、給気弁基体に排気弁コネクタに対応して、配合する給気弁コネクタが設置され、排気弁コネクタと給気弁コネクタとが接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の給気装置。
- 排気弁貫通孔、給気弁貫通孔の軸線が同軸であり、排気弁突出蓋と給気弁密封シートとの間に間隙を有し、給気弁貫通孔から弁体の腔体方へ給気弁芯体を押す時に、給気弁芯体が給気弁密封シートを介して排気弁芯体を押し、排気口を開くことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の給気装置。
- 排気弁密封シートの内側に延伸部が設置され、延伸部が弾性体であり、延伸部において排気弁密封シートから離れる一端が延伸部の遠端であり、排気弁密封シートの遠端が径方向において外への突出頭を有し、排気弁密封シートの突出頭が排気弁芯体の内孔を貫通して、排気弁芯体の係止孔内に位置し、排気弁密封シートの突出頭が排気弁芯体の内孔より大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の給気装置。
- 給気弁密封シートの内側に延伸部が設置され、延伸部が弾性体であり、延伸部において給気弁密封シートから離れる一端が延伸部の遠端であり、給気弁密封シートの遠端が径方向において外への突出頭を有し、給気弁密封シートの突出頭が給気弁芯体の内孔を貫通して、給気弁芯体の係止孔内に位置し、給気弁密封シートの突出頭が給気弁芯体の内孔より大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の給気装置。
- 弁体がハウジング及び側蓋から接続して構成され、排気口がハウジングに設置され、給気口が側蓋に設置され、給気弁貫通孔の内端に着脱可能に蓋体が接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の給気装置。
