储油组件50包括油杯51,油杯51内设置有用于存储烟液的储油仓,油杯51远离雾化组件40的一端延伸至套管10外且设置有连通该储油仓的注油口511;吸嘴盖20可拆卸安装在油杯51上,吸嘴盖20内还设置有用于密封注油口511的注油塞21;电池组件30包括可充电的电池31和电连接电池31的电池接头32,电池31电连接雾化组件40用于提供雾化电源,电池接头32安装在套管10的端部上;充电座60一端可拆卸连接电池接头32,充电座60另一端用于连接外部电源以对电池31进行充电。
本实施例中,可通过减小油杯51的体积设定该储油仓的储油量小于一定值,使得烟油注入后短时间内即可消耗完,不会产生口感变化问题,同时解决因长时间雾化产生的冷凝烟液导致的用户吸到烟油的问题。
进一步地,充电座60包括充电座壳体61以及安装在充电座壳体61上的充电接头62和电源接头63,充电座壳体61可拆卸安装在套管10远离吸嘴盖20的端部上,充电接头62插接连接电池接头32,电源接头63一端电连接充电接头62,电源接头63另一端用于连接外部电源。
充电座60还包括安装在充电座壳体61内的充电保护电路板64,充电接头62和电源接头63集成封装在充电保护电路板64上。
图3为本实施例提供的电池接头和充电接头的结构示意图,结合图3所示,电池接头32为标准的2PIN单排排母,充电接头62为与电池接头32相适配的标准的3PIN单排排针,电源接头63为USB插头。优选地,充电接头62使用标准3PIN90度完成单排排针,便于集成封装在充电保护电路板64上。
图4为本实施例提供的充电连接示意图,结合图4所示,2PIN单排排母的两个排针分别用于连接电池31的正负极,3PIN单排排针中位于中间的排针作为正极连接,位于两侧的两个排针作为负极连接。因此,在使用充电座60进行充电时,无需区分正反插入方向,操作简单,能够提高用户体验;另一方面,排针排母的标准件价格低廉,可有效降低充电结构所产生的成本;同时,2PIN单排排母相比常规的USB母座体积小很多,可有效减小电子烟本体的外形尺寸。
进一步地,套管10远离吸嘴盖20的一端安装有底盖70,底盖70上开设有三个用于插接3PIN单排排针的插接孔71;该2PIN单排排母对应两个相邻的插接孔71安装在底盖70内,另一插接孔71用于在吸烟时连通套管10的内腔和外部空气。
本实施例中,位于侧边上的插接孔71用于在充电时插接该3PIN单排排针,当无需充电并拔掉充电座60时,即可用作连通套管10的内腔和外部空气的通气孔,结构设计巧妙实用。
进一步地,储油组件50还包括油杯密封件52,油杯密封件52安装在油杯51朝向雾化组件40的端部上,用于密封上述储油仓。
油杯51远离雾化组件40的一端朝向所述储油仓内延伸设置有管体部512,吸嘴盖20上设置有连通管体部512的吸烟口22,用作烟雾通道。
油杯51远离雾化组件40的一端还凸起设置有定位柱513,定位柱513和注油口511分别位于油杯51的径向两侧,定位柱513用于插装注油塞21;注油塞21为环形结构,注油塞21朝向油杯51的一侧凸起设置有密封柱,该密封柱的外形轮廓与注油口511相适配,用于插装密封注油口511。
本实施例中,注油塞21和油杯密封件52均为硅胶制成的弹性结构,注油塞21通过过盈配合安装在吸嘴盖20内,不仅能够用于密封注油口511,还能够用于密封 油杯51和吸嘴盖20之间的空腔,加强密封效果,防止漏油。
进一步地,雾化组件40包括支撑管41、环形密封件42和加热组件43,支撑管41朝向管体部512安装在油杯密封件52上,油杯密封件52上开设有连通支撑管41的密封件气孔521;环形密封件42的两端分别套设安装在管体部512和支撑管41外,用于密封连接管体部512和支撑管41;支撑管41上开设有连通储油仓的出油孔411,加热组件43贴合出油孔411安装支撑管41内,用于雾化烟液产生烟雾。
雾化组件40还包括咪头44、咪头安装座45和雾化支架46,雾化支架46安装在油杯密封件52和电池31之间,咪头安装座45安装在雾化支架46上,咪头44安装在咪头安装座45上且电连接电池31,用于感应气流控制加热组件43进行加热。
加热组件43包括安装在支撑管41内的陶瓷发热芯431和无间隙包覆在陶瓷发热芯431和支撑管41之间的无纺布432,陶瓷发热芯431朝向咪头44延伸设置有用于电连接咪头44发热芯连接脚,无纺布432无间隙贴合出油孔411设置。
本实施例中,支撑管41采用钢材料制成,咪头安装座45采用硅胶材料制成,以加强结构的稳定性。
图5为本实施例提供的一次性电子烟的气体流通示意图,结合图5所示,电池31一端安装在咪头安装座45上,电池31另一端安装在底盖70上,电池31与套管10的内壁间隔设置形成有壳体通道11,壳体通道11连通位于侧边上的插接孔71。
咪头安装座45上还开设有安装座气孔451,安装座气孔451用于连通壳体通道11和密封件气孔521。如此,便形成了插接口71、壳体通道11、安装座气孔451、密封件气孔521、支撑管41、环形密封件42、管体部512和吸烟口22依次连通的气体通道,结构设计巧妙实用。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种一次性电子烟,创造性在油杯上设置有注油口,并通过吸嘴盖内的注油塞进行密封,可供用户重复注油使用,同时,在套管的端部上设计连接电池的电池接头,通过电池接头和充电座组成的充电结构能够对电池进行重复充电,解决了现有一次性电子烟固有的漏液和掉电问题,也能够达到多次使用降低成本的效果,具有良好的实用性和经济性;另一方面,采用可拆卸连接的充电座设计,能够节省一次性电子烟本体的内部空间,有效减小电子烟的外形尺寸。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (13)
- 一种可充电可注油的一次性电子烟,包括套管(10)、吸嘴盖(20)以及依次安装在所述套管(10)内的电池组件(30)、雾化组件(40)和储油组件(50),其特征在于,还包括充电座(60);所述储油组件(50)包括油杯(51),所述油杯(51)内设置有用于存储烟液的储油仓,所述油杯(51)远离所述雾化组件(40)的一端延伸至所述套管(10)外且设置有连通所述储油仓的注油口(511);所述吸嘴盖(20)可拆卸安装在所述油杯(51)上,所述吸嘴盖(20)内设置有用于密封所述注油口(511)的注油塞(21);所述电池组件(30)包括可充电的电池(31)和电连接所述电池(31)的电池接头(32),所述电池(31)电连接所述雾化组件(40)用于提供雾化电源,所述电池接头(32)安装在所述套管(10)的端部上;所述充电座(60)一端可拆卸连接所述电池接头(32),所述充电座(60)另一端用于连接外部电源以对所述电池(31)进行充电。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述充电座(60)包括充电座壳体(61)以及安装在所述充电座壳体(61)上的充电接头(62)和电源接头(63),所述充电座壳体(61)可拆卸安装在所述套管(10)远离所述吸嘴盖(20)的端部上,所述充电接头(62)插接连接所述电池接头(32),所述电源接头(63)一端电连接所述充电接头(62),所述电源接头(63)另一端用于连接外部电源。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池接头(32)为2PIN单排排母,所述充电接头(62)为与所述电池接头(32)相适配的3PIN单排排针,所述电源接头(63)为USB插头。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述充电座(60)还包括安装在所述充电座壳体(61)内的充电保护电路板(64),所述充电接头(62)和电源接头(63)集成封装在所述充电保护电路板(64)上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述套管(10)远离所述吸嘴盖(20)的一端安装有底盖(70),所述底盖(70)上开设有三个用于插接所述3PIN单排排针的插接孔(71);所述2PIN单排排母对应两个相邻的所述插接孔(71)安装在所述底盖(70)内,另一所述插接孔(71)用于在吸烟时连通所述套管(10)的内腔和外部空气。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油组件(50)还包括油杯密封件(52),所述油杯密封件(52)安装在所述油杯(51)朝向所述雾化组件(40)的端部上,用于密封所述储油仓。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述油杯(51)远离所述雾化组件(40)的一端朝向所述储油仓内延伸设置有管体部(512),所述吸嘴盖(20)上设置有连通所述管体部(512)的吸烟口(22)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述油杯(51)远离所述雾化组件(40)的一端凸起设置有定位柱(513),用于插装所述注油塞(21);所述注油塞(21)朝向所述油杯(51)的一侧凸起设置有密封柱,所述密封柱的外形轮廓与所述注油口(511)相适配。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(40)包括支撑管(41)、环形密封件(42)和加热组件(43),所述支撑管(41)朝向所述管体部(512)安装在所述油杯密封件(52)上,所述油杯密封件(52)上开设有连通所述支撑管(41)的密封件气孔(521);所述环形密封件(42)的两端分别套设安装在所述管体部(512)和支撑管(41)外,用于密封连接所述管体部(512)和支撑管(41);所述支撑管(41)上开设有连通所述储油仓的出油孔(411),所述加热组件(43)贴合所述出油孔(411)安装在所述支撑管(41)内,用于雾化烟液产生烟雾。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(40)还包括咪头(44)、咪头安装座(45)和雾化支架(46),所述雾化支架(46)安装在所述油杯密封件(52)和电池(31)之间,所述咪头安装座(45)安装在所述雾化支架(46)上,所述咪头(44)安装在所述咪头安装座(45)上且电连接所述电池(31)。
- 根据权利要求10所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述加热组件(43)包括安装在所述支撑管(41)内的陶瓷发热芯(431)和无间隙包覆在所述支撑管(41)和陶瓷发热芯(431)之间的无纺布(432),所述陶瓷发热芯(431)朝向所述咪头(44)延伸设置有用于电连接所述咪头(44)的发热芯连接脚。
- 根据权利要求10所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池(31)一端安装在所述咪头安装座(45)上,所述电池(31)另一端安装在所述底盖(70)上,所述电池(31)与所述套管(10)的内壁间隔设置形成有壳体通道(11),所述壳体通道(11)连通位于侧边上的所述插接孔(71)。
- 根据权利要求12所述的一次性电子烟,其特征在于,所述咪头安装座(45)上开设有安装座气孔(451),所述安装座气孔(451)用于连通所述壳体通道(11)和密封件气孔(521)。
