Abstract
Description
a) 前記レーザ溶接ビードに沿って超音波センサを移動させることによって前記レーザ溶接ビードを特性評価する、一式の超音波減衰を測定するステップと、
b) 前記一式の超音波減衰から、前記レーザ溶接ビードの重みづけされた幅Lpを計算するステップと、
c) 前記重みづけされた幅Lpと所定の重みづけされた幅の閾値Lsとを比較するステップであって、LpがLs以上であればレーザ溶接ビードは条件に適合すると考えられる、比較するステップと
を含む方法のおかげで達成される。
Lp=Σ(Pi×Li)/Lo
ここでは、Piはセンサが測定する長さであり、Liはセンサの各段階ごとの位置による溶接ビードの平均の幅であり、Loはビードの長さの合計である。

Claims (9)
- 2つのプラスチック部品間に作り出されたレーザ溶接ビードの品質の診断方法であって、
a) 前記レーザ溶接ビードに沿って超音波センサを移動させることによって前記レーザ溶接ビードを特性評価する、一式の超音波減衰を測定するステップと、
b) 前記一式の超音波減衰から、前記レーザ溶接ビードの重みづけされた幅Lpを計算するステップと、
c) 前記重みづけされた幅Lpと所定の重みづけされた幅の閾値Lsとを比較するステップであって、LpがLs以上であれば前記レーザ溶接ビードは条件に適合すると考えられる、比較するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記一式の超音波減衰が超音波フェーズドアレイ技法によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記重みづけされた幅の閾値Lsは、各ペアがレーザ溶接ビードによって接合されている一式のプラスチック部品のペアから得られた一式の重みづけされた幅Lpと、前記プラスチック部品のペアから破壊的検査方法によって得られた結果とを比較することによってあらかじめ規定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記破壊的検査方法は引張力またはせん断力の検査方法を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記重みづけされた幅Lpは、式Lp=Σ(Pi×Li)/Loを用いて計算されることを特徴とし、
Piは前記センサが測定する長さであり、Liは前記センサの各段階ごとの位置による前記溶接ビードの平均の幅であり、Loは前記ビードの長さの合計である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記溶接ビードの前記品質に関する情報の取得を可能にするパイロメータ式測定もまた含むことを特徴とする方法であって、前記パイロメータ式測定は前記2つの部品の前記レーザ溶接と同時である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶接の前記品質に関してステップa)からc)を受けて得られた結果は、前記レーザ溶接ビードの前記パイロメータ式測定の結果と比較され、前記比較によって、パイロメータシステムを再較正する必要があるかを判定することが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記パイロメータ式測定システムの前記較正を改善するため、前記比較の前記結果を利用する学習サイクルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 2つのプラスチック部品間のレーザ溶接の品質を診断する装置であって、パイロメータ式測定システム、超音波センサ、超音波測定ユニット、及び計算ユニットを備え、本発明による方法を実装することを特徴とする、装置。
