Abstract
Description
保持空間はハウジング壁と一体に形成することができ、これは特に費用効果が高い、あるいは障壁を含むインサート内に形成することができる。後者の場合、その容器を形成する金型(モールド)では一体形成することができない既存の容器構成に、より容易に保持空間を付加することができる。インサートは、容器壁内の開口部に対し接着するか、そうでなければ封止することができる。この構成は、インサートと容器が互いに異なる材料(すなわち、可撓性を有する材料と剛性を有する材料、または互いに異なる材料組成)からなる場合に特に有用である。この構成は、使用済みの容器の再生利用のような加工も容易にする。
Claims (15)
- 好ましくは無菌テストにおいて使用される試料調製容器であって、
内部空間(3)を画定するハウジング壁(2)を有するハウジング(1)と、
前記内部空間(3)に導入されるサンプリング流体に膜フィルターが接触するように、その上に前記膜フィルターが載置されているか、後で載置されることになっている支持体と、
前記内部空間(3)への少なくとも1つの入口開口(4)、及び前記内部空間(3)からの少なくとも1つの出口開口と、
外部から前記内部空間(3)に到達することを可能にするサンプリングポート(5)と、
を有し、
前記サンプリングポート(5)は、セプタム(6;10)によって閉じられ、前記セプタム(6;10)は、障壁(7)によって前記内部空間(3)から分離されている試料調製容器。 - 前記障壁(7)は、前記ハウジング壁(2)の一部と連続しているか、または前記ハウジング壁(2)の一部との間で無継ぎ目である、請求項1に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記障壁(7)は、前記ハウジング壁(2)の一部と一体に形成される、請求項1または2に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記障壁(7)は、前記ハウジング壁の薄くされた部分として形成される、請求項3に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記障壁(7)は、好ましくは針(8)のようなサンプリング器具を介して加えられる、外部の力が加えられたときに、貫通可能であるかまたは破壊可能である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記障壁(7)は、好ましくは前記セプタム(6;10)に面する側に形成される、事前に形成された貫通位置及び引裂き線の少なくとも一方を有する、請求項5に記載の試料調製容器。
- 少なくとも前記障壁(7)の近くに位置し、場合によっては前記障壁(7)を含む前記容器壁(2)の部分は、剛性または可撓性を有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記セプタム(6)は、前記障壁(7)に隣接する保持空間(9)内に配置される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記保持空間(9)は、前記ハウジング壁(2)と一体に形成されるか、あるいは前記障壁(7)も含むインサート内に形成される、請求項8に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記セプタム(6)は、貫通可能な材料のブロックの形態であり、形状ロック突起(12)によって前記空間(9)内に保持される、請求項8または9に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記セプタム(6)は、前記障壁(7)との間にいかなる空隙容量も実質的に配置されずに、前記障壁(7)に隣接して配置される、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記セプタム(10)は、好ましくは前記サンプリングポート(5)の周囲の少なくとも一部を囲むキャップの形状で、前記サンプリングポート(5)の上に配置される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記セプタム(10)は、前記セプタム(10)と前記障壁(7)との間にキャビティ(11)が形成されるように前記サンプリングポート(5)の上に配置される、請求項12に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記セプタム(6)は、セルフシール特性を有する貫通可能な材料のブロックの形態である、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の試料調製容器。
- 前記セプタム(6)は、取外し可能なキャップまたはシールにより、外部環境との接触から保護される、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の試料調製容器。
