Claims (12)
- 長手方向軸に沿って離間された第1の開口から第2の開口に前記長手方向軸に沿って延びる略管状のグラフトと、
前記グラフトに取り付けられ、ステントグラフトを画定する複数のステントフープであって、前記ステントフープのそれぞれは、頂点が前記長手方向軸に沿って離間された状態で、前記長手方向軸周りに配置されたシヌソイド構造を有し、1つのステントフープの前記頂点は、別のステントフープの隣接する頂点から前記長手方向軸に沿って所定の距離で離間される、ステントフープと、
前記所定の距離を短縮するように1つのステントフープの1つの頂点を別のステントフープの2つの頂点に接続する少なくとも1つの縫合線であって、前記ステントグラフトが、拘束構造および圧縮構造では略直線状であり、血管内で非圧縮構造にあるとき長手方向軸から離れるように曲げられるようにする、少なくとも1つの縫合線
とを備える胸部血管内インプラント。 - 長手方向軸に沿って離間された第1の開口から第2の開口に前記長手方向軸に沿って延びる略管状のグラフトと、
前記グラフトに取り付けられ、ステントグラフトを画定する複数のステントフープであって、前記ステントフープのそれぞれは、頂点が前記長手方向軸に沿って離間された状態で、前記長手方向軸周りに配置されたシヌソイド構造を有し、1つのステントフープの前記頂点は、別のステントフープの隣接する頂点から前記長手方向軸に沿って所定の距離で離間される、ステントフープと、
前記所定の距離を短縮するように1つのステントフープの1つの頂点を別のステントフープの2つの頂点に接続する少なくとも1つの縫合線であって、体内の脈管内での解放構造において、前記ステントグラフトが、前記長手方向軸から離れるように曲げられ、前記脈管に対して共形となり、前記ステントグラフトの一端と前記脈管の内部表面との間での間隙の形成を低減するようにする、少なくとも1つの縫合線
とを備える血管内インプラント。 - 前記少なくとも1つの縫合線は、各縫合線が1つのステントフープの1つの頂点を別のステントフープの2つの頂点に接続する3つの縫合線を備える、請求項1または請求項2の一項に記載のインプラント。
- 1つのステントフープの前記1つの頂点が、別のステントフープの2つの頂点の間に配置される、請求項1または請求項2の一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記ステントグラフトが、約3センチメートルの半径に沿って曲げられる、請求項1または請求項2の一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記曲率半径が、仮想円の弓状部分を画定し、前記弓状部分が約45度の角度を含む、請求項5に記載のインプラント。
- 前記略管状のグラフトが、ナイロン、ePTFE、PTFE、Dacron、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される合成材料を含む、請求項1または請求項2の一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記略管状のグラフトが、前記ステントフープの外径より小さい略一定の内径を備える、請求項1または請求項2の一項に記載のインプラント。
