Abstract
Description

−計算スペクトル(SCALCULATION)の最大値を取得することと、
−波長量に関する吸収量の一次導関数を計算して、計算スペクトル(SCALCULATION)の一次導関数を取得することと、
−波長量に関する吸収量のニ次導関数を計算して、計算スペクトル(SCALCULATION)のニ次導関数を取得することと、
−波長量に関する吸収量のニ次導関数である、計算スペクトル(SCALCULATION)のニ次導関数の最小値を取得することと、
からなるグループにおいて選ばれた工程を実行することを含む、請求項3記載の少なくとも一つの吸収帯を決定するための方法。 - 数学的パラメータが吸収帯の位置であり、位置が考慮された吸収帯の吸収量の絶対最大値の波長量である、請求項3または4記載の少なくとも一つの吸収帯を決定するための方法。
- 数学的パラメータの一つのパラメータが吸収帯の幅である、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項記載の少なくとも一つの吸収帯を決定するための方法。
- 抽出工程がさらに:
−吸収帯および分布形状の推定されたパラメータを使用することによって各吸収帯に曲線をあてはめることを含む、
請求項3に従属しているときに、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の少なくとも一つの吸収帯を決定するための方法。 - 停止基準(CSTOP)が:
・既定の波長量の範囲にわたる剰余スペクトル(SRESIDUAL)における吸収量の積分が、既定の波長量の範囲にわたる測定された吸収スペクトル(SMEASURED)における吸収量の積分との1%の積よりも厳密に下回る、
・既定の波長量の範囲にわたる剰余スペクトル(SRESIDUAL)における吸収量の積分が、既定の波長量の範囲にわたる測定された吸収スペクトル(SMEASURED)における吸収量の積分との0.1%の積よりも厳密に下回る、
・剰余スペクトル(SRESIDUAL)における波長量あたりの吸収量の絶対値が、測定された吸収スペクトル(SMEASURED)における波長量あたりの吸収量の絶対値との1%の積よりも厳密に下回る、
・剰余スペクトル(SRESIDUAL)における波長量あたりの吸収量の絶対値が、測定された吸収スペクトル(SMEASURED)における波長量あたりの吸収量の絶対値との0.1%の積よりも厳密に下回る、
・剰余スペクトル(SRESIDUAL)における吸収量と測定された吸収スペクトル(SMEASURED)における吸収量との間の比率が、既定の波長量の範囲における1%よりも厳密に下回る、
・剰余スペクトル(SRESIDUAL)における吸収量と測定された吸収スペクトル(SMEASURED)における吸収量との間の比率が、既定の波長量の範囲における0.1%よりも厳密に下回るおよび
・前の停止基準の任意の組み合わせ、
からなるグループにおいて選ばれる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の少なくとも一つの吸収帯を決定するための方法。 - 方法がさらに、停止基準(CSTOP)が満たされていない場合に、剰余スペクトル(SRESIDUAL)を使用して以前に抽出した各吸収帯を修正する工程を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の少なくとも一つの吸収帯を決定するための方法。
- 各吸収帯が位置および端をもつ幅を有し、修正工程が抽出した各吸収帯について、考慮された吸収帯の位置および/または考慮された吸収帯の幅の端における剰余スペクトル(SRESIDUAL)の代数符号を決定することを含む、請求項9記載の少なくとも一つの吸収帯を決定するための方法。
- 各吸収帯が位置および端をもつ幅を有し、修正工程が抽出した各吸収帯について、考慮された各吸収帯の位置に関する剰余スペクトル(SRESIDUAL)の対称性を分析することを含む、請求項9または10記載の少なくとも一つの吸収帯を決定するための方法。
- 剰余スペクトル(SRESIDUAL)を計算スペクトル(SCALCULATION)として使用するときに停止基準(CSTOP)が満たされ、抽出工程、形成工程、計算工程および検証工程を反復し、以前に決定された帯パラメータがさらには変形されず、いかなる新規の帯も以前に取得した吸収帯集団に追加されない、請求項9〜11記載の少なくとも一つの吸収帯を決定するための方法。
- 方法が少なくとも:
−三次元サンプルを複数個の二次元サンプルに分割する工程と、
−各二次元サンプルについての少なくとも一つの吸収帯を決定するための方法であって、各二次元サンプルについての少なくとも一つの共有結合に関連する少なくとも一つの吸収帯を取得するための請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の方法を実行する工程と、
−各二次元サンプルについての取得した吸収帯を使用して三次元サンプルを再構成する工程と、
を含む、三次元サンプルを三次元画像化するための方法。 - 放射源(202)、放射源(202)によって放出された放射をサンプルの方に運ぶための光学部品(204)、サンプルホルダ(208)、検出器(210)および請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載の方法を実行するように適合された計算機を含む分光計(200)。
