Abstract
Description
本発明は、添付図面を参照しながら以下でさらに詳細に記載される。
36〜1500℃の範囲、特定の実施形態では約370℃を超える温度、さらなる実施態様では約520℃を超える温度の沸点を有し、硫黄、窒素、ニッケル、バナジウム、鉄、及びモリブデン化合物などの不純物を含む炭化水素供給原料を、通常は原油源より用意するステップ。
任意選択で、均一系触媒を供給原料に添加するステップ。この均一系触媒として、活性種がMo(VI)、W(VI)、V(V)、Ti(IV)であり、高ルイス酸性度と、弱酸化電位とを有する均一系遷移金属触媒を用いる。
酸化剤と供給原料とをアスファルト酸化ユニットの注入口で混合するステップ。特定の実施形態では、酸化剤は空気または酸素または亜酸化窒素またはオゾンなどの気体酸化剤とすることができる。他の実施形態では、酸化剤には、有機過酸化物または過酸化水素などの水性の過酸化物を含めることができる。有機過酸化物は、アルキルヒドロペルオキシドもしくはアリールヒドロペルオキシド、ジアルキルペルオキシド、ジアリールペルオキシド、または前述の有機過酸化物の少なくとも1種を含む組み合わせなどの有機ヒドロペルオキシドとすることができる。ジアルキル及びジアリールペルオキシドは、一般式R1−O−O−R2を有し、式中、R1及びR2は、同じまたは異なるアルキル基またはアリール基である。利用可能な酸素の油に対する割合は1〜50V:V%、特定の実施形態では、3〜20V:V%または酸素以外の気体酸化剤の当量である。アスファルトユニットを100〜300℃、特定の実施形態では注入口で150〜200℃及び150〜400℃、特定の実施形態では酸化帯を250〜300℃の温度で、周囲圧力〜60バール、特定の実施形態では周囲圧力〜30バールの範囲の圧力レベルで動作させる。
槽中にあるアスファルト反応装置の流出物と、C3〜C7のパラフィン系溶剤とを、特定の実施形態ではC4の直鎖及びイソブタンの混合物とを、溶剤の臨界圧及び温度未満の温度及び圧力で混合することによりマルテン溶液中でアスファルテンの平衡を崩し、固体アスファルテン粒子を凝集させるステップ。パラフィン系溶剤の臨界温度及び圧力は表6に示され、その他の溶剤特性は表7に示される。
任意選択で、例えば、参照により本明細書に援用される特許文献13に記載されるように、溶剤脱歴段階で吸着剤を用いて、窒素、硫黄及び多環芳香族化合物を選択的にさらに分離するステップ。
固相アスファルテンを液相より第一分離槽で分離し、残油をアスファルトプールに、上部液体層を第二分離槽に移すステップ。
脱アスファルト/脱硫油を第二分離槽で分離し、混合槽への再循環用のパラフィン系溶剤を回収するステップ。及び
脱アスファルト/脱硫油をディレードコーカーユニットに投入し、高品質石油生コークス並びに液体及びガスコークス化ユニット生成物を製造するステップ。
Claims (15)
- アスファルト、コーカー油及びガス生成物、並びに石油生コークスを製造する精製装置の境界内で動作する統合プロセスであって、
有効量の酸化剤と共に、供給原料を酸化ユニットに充填し、酸化された有機硫黄化合物を含む中間充填材料を生成する工程と、
前記中間充填材料を、有効量の溶剤と共に溶剤脱歴ユニット中に通し、脱アスファルト/脱硫油相及び酸化有機硫黄化合物を含むアスファルト相を生成する工程と、
前記脱アスファルト/脱硫油相を、コーカー炉及び少なくとも1個のコーカードラムを備えたコーカーユニットに通し、流出物ストリームとして、液体及びガスコーカー生成物を生成し、前記コーカードラムから石油生コークスを回収する工程と、を有する
ことを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記コーカーユニットが、ディレードコーカーユニットである
請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記コーカーユニットが、2個以上の平行ドラムを備えるように構成され、スイングモードで操作され、プロセスが連続的である
請求項2に記載のプロセス。 - 前記脱アスファルト/脱硫油相が、2.5W%未満の硫黄を含む
請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記未変換残油ストリームが、700ppmw未満の金属を含む
請求項4に記載のプロセス。 - 前記コーカードラムから回収された前記石油生コークスが、か焼して、負極グレードコークス(スポンジ)または電極グレードコークス(ニードル)を得るために効果的な原材料である
請求項5に記載のプロセス。 - 前記酸化ユニットが、アスファルト酸化装置である
請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記中間充填材料が、酸化有機硫黄化合物及び酸化有機窒素化合物を含む
請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記酸化有機硫黄化合物及び酸化有機窒素化合物が、前記溶剤脱歴ユニットに使用される溶剤に不溶であり、それにより前記アスファルト相に移る
請求項8に記載のプロセス。 - 前記酸化ユニットが、100〜300℃の範囲の注入口温度で動作する
