Claims (1)
- 1つまたは複数の軽質ガスを含む第1反応物質を反応器に導入することと、
前記第1反応物質を改質し、それにより合成ガスが生成され、フリーラジカルおよびエネルギー電子が生成されるにあたり十分な条件下で、非熱プラズマに対して前記第1反応物質を曝露させることと、
第1液体供給燃料を前記反応器に導入することと、
非熱プラズマに対して前記第1反応物質を曝露させることから生じた前記反応生成物と、前記反応器内の前記第1液体供給燃料と、を密接に接触させ、それにより改変された液体燃料を生成することと、
を含む処理から準備されたハイブリッド燃料。
