Abstract
Description
松材薄片(サザンイエローパイン、4cm×2cm×0.5cm)をおもし(ここではリングを使用する)によりParr反応器の底で保持する。反応器圧力を真空に30分間設定する。10重量%のPrimacor 5980i(NH3で35% DoN、8.35pH、113nmの粒径)、3重量%のTERGITOL(商標)L−62、及び87重量%の水を含む80mlの分散液を、反応器に導入する。次いで、窒素下で反応器圧力を1.03MPaに60分間設定する。その後、薄片をオーブン内に入れ、60℃で48時間風乾させる。薄片を120℃で3時間加熱し、これにより処理済み薄片を得る。処理済み薄片及び対照薄片を、各々、E4−11手順に従ってプロセスする。処理済み薄片の膨張率は3.1%であり、処理済み薄片のWREは44.8%である。処理済み薄片の硬度は、D型デュロメータを用いて測定すると、45.3である。
Claims (14)
- 処理済みセルロース系材料の調製方法であって、
(a)セルロース系材料を提供することと、
(b)前記セルロース系材料にポリマーを含む水性分散液を含侵させることを含む第1の処理プロトコルであって、前記ポリマーが、アンモニアまたはアミンによって少なくとも部分的に中和されたオレフィン−カルボン酸コポリマーを含む、第1の処理プロトコルと、
(c)前記セルロース系材料を加熱することを含む第2の処理プロトコルであって、前記アンモニアまたは前記アミンの少なくとも一部が前記セルロース系材料から遊離する、第2の処理プロトコルと、を含む、調製方法。 - 前記第1の処理プロトコルの前記含浸が、環境圧力より高いかまたは低い圧力下で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが、エチレン/アクリル酸コポリマーである、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記オレフィン−カルボン酸コポリマーが、重合形態で、エチレン、プロピレン、l−ブテン、3−メチル−1−ブテン、4−メチル−1−ペンテン、3−メチル−1−ペンテン、1−ヘプテン、1−ヘキセン、1−オクテン、1−デセン、1−ドデセン、ブタジエン、スチレン、またはこれらの混合物を含む群から選択されるモノマーを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オレフィン−カルボン酸コポリマーが、重合形態で、(メタ)アクリル酸、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸、またはこれらの混合物を含む群から選択される、カルボン酸モノマーまたは無水物モノマーを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが、前記オレフィン−カルボン酸コポリマーに加えて1つ以上のポリマーを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが、エチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理剤が、1つ以上の添加剤を更に含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中和剤が、アンモニアまたはその有機誘導体から選択される、請求項4〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中和剤が、アンモニア、モノエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、またはジメチルエタノールアミンである、請求項4〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中和剤が、前記第2の処理プロトコルの間に少なくとも部分的に遊離する、請求項4〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の処理プロトコルの温度が、40〜180℃である、請求項4〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の処理プロトコルの温度が120℃である、請求項4〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中和剤が、前記第2の処理プロトコルの間に少なくとも部分的に遊離する、請求項4〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
