Claims (16)
- 仮想溶接システムのための擬似溶接一体型クーポン(22、...)であって、

であって、協働して前記擬似溶接一体型クーポン上で複数の異なる種類のグルーブ溶接のシミュレーションを行うように構成された複数の溝(36、38、40、...)を提供する、第一の外面および第二の外面と、
前記擬似溶接一体型クーポン上で管すみ肉溶接のシミュレーションを行うように構成された湾曲外面(42、...)と、
前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの周辺に、擬似溶接ツールの前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンに関する移動を追跡するための磁場を生成するように構成された磁力源(46)と
を含む、擬似溶接一体型クーポン(22、...)。 - 前記磁力源は前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの基部であり、かつ前記第一および第二の外面を前記基部の上に支持する、請求項1に記載の擬似溶接一体型クーポン。
- 前記磁力源は前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの1つまたは複数の外面に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の擬似溶接一体型クーポン。
- 前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの前記および/または追加の表面が協働して、垂直グルーブ溶接、水平グルーブ溶接、平坦グルーブ溶接、水平すみ肉溶接、および垂直すみ肉溶接の各々のシミュレーションを実行しやすくするように構成される、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の擬似溶接一体型クーポン。
- 前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの前記および/または追加の表面が協働して、垂直グルーブ溶接、平坦グルーブ溶接、および上向きすみ肉溶接の各々のシミュレーションを実行しやすくするように構成される、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の擬似溶接一体型クーポン。
- 仮想溶接システムであって、
溶接シミュレーションを実行するための擬似溶接ツール(20)と、
前記擬似溶接ツールを使用して、複数の異なる種類の溶接シミュレーションを受けるように構成された擬似溶接一体型クーポン(22、...)であって、少なくとも1つの溝付面と少なくとも1つの湾曲面とを含み、前記複数の異なる種類の溶接シミュレーションが、
管すみ肉溶接と、
グルーブ溶接と、
直線すみ肉溶接と
を含む、擬似溶接一体型クーポン(22、...)と、
前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンに対応する仮想溶接一体型クーポン上で溶接作業をシミュレートする対話式仮想現実溶接環境を生成するためのコード化命令を実行するように動作可能なプログラマブルプロセッサベースのサブシステムであって、前記対話式仮想現実溶接環境は、前記擬似溶接一体型クーポン上での前記溶接シミュレーションに応答して実時間で生成される前記仮想溶接一体型クーポン上の仮想溶融池を含む、プログラマブルプロセッサベースのサブシステムと、
前記プログラマブルプロセッサベースのサブシステムに動作的に接続され、かつ前記仮想溶接一体型クーポン上の前記仮想溶融池を含む前記対話式仮想現実溶接環境を実時間で視覚的に描くように構成された表示装置(18)と
を含む、仮想溶接システム。 - 前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンは、前記擬似溶接クーポンに取り付けられ、かつ溶接シミュレーション中、前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの周辺に、前記擬似溶接ツールの前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンに関する移動を追跡するための磁場を生成するように構成された磁力源(46)を含む、請求項6に記載の仮想溶接システム。
- 前記磁力源は、前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの使用時に前記表面を前記磁力源の上方に支持するように構成されている、前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの基部である、請求項6または7に記載の仮想溶接システム。
- 前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンは、水平すみ肉溶接のシミュレーションおよび上向きすみ肉溶接の両方を受けるように構成されたタブを含む、請求項6〜8の何れか一項に記載の仮想溶接システム。
- 前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンは、プラグ溶接のシミュレーションを受けるように構成された複数の穴を有し、および/または前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンは、ラップ溶接のシミュレーションを受けるようにさらに構成されている、請求項6〜9の何れか一項に記載の仮想溶接システム。
- 前記仮想溶融池は、溶接シミュレーション中に前記表示装置上に表示される動的な実時間の溶融金属流動性および放熱性の特徴を含む、請求項6〜10の何れか一項に記載の仮想溶接システム。
- 仮想溶接システムであって、
溶接シミュレーションを実行するための擬似溶接ツール(20)であって、磁場センサを含む、擬似溶接ツールと、
前記擬似溶接ツールを使用して、複数の異なる種類の溶接シミュレーションを受けるように構成された擬似溶接一体型クーポン(22、...)であって、前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの周囲に、前記擬似溶接ツールの前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンに関する移動を追跡するための磁場を生成するように構成された磁力源を含み、少なくとも1つの溝付垂直面、少なくとも1つの溝付水平面、および少なくとも1つの湾曲面をさらに含み、前記複数の異なる種類の溶接シミュレーションが、

を含む、仮想溶接システム。 - 前記磁力源は、前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの使用時に前記表面を前記磁力源の上方に支持するように構成されている、前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンの基部である、請求項12に記載の仮想溶接システム。
- 前記擬似溶接一体型クーポンは、垂直すみ肉溶接のシミュレーションを受けるようにさらに構成される、請求項12または13に記載の仮想溶接システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝付垂直面、前記少なくとも1つの溝付水平面、および前記少なくとも1つの湾曲面はそれぞれ、前記対話式仮想現実溶接環境において二重変位層としてシミュレートされ、二重変位層の各々は、固体変位層と溶融池変位層とを含み、前記溶融池変位層は前記固体変位層を変化させることができる、請求項6または12に記載の仮想溶接システム。
- 前記動的な実時間の溶融金属流動性および放熱性の特徴は、溶接シミュレーション中に前記表示装置上に表示される、請求項12〜15の何れか一項に記載の仮想溶接システム。
