Claims (15)
- 1ミリリットル未満の容量で流体の注入量を提供するためのぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)であって、
可撓管(13;138;139)、対向圧力要素(12;128;129)、複数の作用部(11;118;119)及び駆動部(17;178;179)を備えており、
可撓管(13;138;139)は対向圧力要素に沿って配置されており、
作用部(11;118;119)は駆動部(17;178;179)により可撓管(13;138;139)に対して移動可能であり、
可撓管(13;138;139)は、作用部(11;118;119)を移動させることにより、作用部(11;118;119)と対向圧力要素(12;128;129)の間で圧縮可能である
ぜん動型注入デバイスにおいて、
可撓管(13;138;139)が対向圧力要素(12;128;129)に沿って基本的に直線的に配置されることにより長手方向軸を形成しており、
作用部(11;118;119)が可撓管(13;138;139)の長手方向軸に沿って互いに平行に配置されており、
作用部(11;118;119)の各々が独立して、可撓管(13;138;139)の長手方向軸に基本的に垂直な作動軸に沿って、液体が通過できるように可撓管(13;138;139)が開放される定位置から、可撓管(13;138;139)が圧縮されてシールされる端位置まで、駆動部(17;178;179)により直線的に移動可能である
ことを特徴とするぜん動型注入デバイス。 - 駆動部(17;178;179)が圧電気作動部を備えている、請求項1に記載のぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)。
- 複数の作用部(11;118;119)が、3から15個、又は5から13個、又は7から11個の平行な一連の作用部(11;118;119)である、請求項1又は2に記載のぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)。
- 可撓管(13;138;139)を、対向圧力要素(12;128;129)に沿って基本的に直線的な位置に解放可能に固定するための管固定構造(14)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)。
- 管固定構造(14)が延長ジャケット(14)を備え、可撓管(13;138;139)の長手方向端部の一方が延長ジャケット(14)に固定される、請求項4に記載のぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)。
- 可撓管(13;138;139)が使い捨て可能な材料から製造されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)。
- 可撓管(13;138;139)の長手方向端部の一方に接続された流体リザーバ(188;189)、及び可撓管(13;138;139)の長手方向端部の他方に接続された充填針(15;158;159)を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)。
- 複数の作用部(11;118;119)のうちのすべての作用部(11;118;119)がそれぞれの定位置にあるとき、可撓管(13;138;139)が複数の作用部(11;118;119)と対向圧力要素(12;128;129)の間で部分的に事前圧縮されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)。
- 1ミリリットル未満の容量の流体注入量で容器を自動的に充填するための充填装置(2)であって、
充填するために複数の容器を配置することが可能な容器ホルダー、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の一組のぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)、及び
ぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)の組の各ぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)が、充填するために容器ホルダー内に配置された複数の容器のうちの一つに隣接して配置されるように、ぜん動型注入デバイスの組を位置決めし、かつ容器ホルダーからぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)の組を取り出すように構成された注入デバイスポジショナー
を備える充填装置。 - 滅菌可能な材料から製造された表面を有する、請求項9に記載の充填装置。
- ラインに沿って容器ホルダーを運搬するためのコンベヤを備えており、ぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)の組の各注入デバイス(1;18;19)が容器ホルダー内に配置された複数の容器のうちの一つに隣接して位置決めされるとき、注入デバイス(1;18;19)ポジショナーが容器ホルダーに隣接した注入デバイスの組を運搬するように構成されている、請求項9又は10に記載の充填装置。
- 1ミリリットル未満の容量の流体注入量で容器を充填するための充填方法であって、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)の可撓管(13;138;139)内に、可撓管(13;138;139)の第1の長手方向端部を介して流体を提供すること、
ぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)の駆動部(17;178;179)が、ぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)の複数の作用部(11;118;119)のうちの少なくとも一つを、可撓管(13;138;139)が圧縮されてシールされるように、その端位置へと移動させること、
駆動部(17;178;179)が、ぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)の複数の作用部(11;118;119)のうちの別の一つを、その定位置と端位置の間に位置する中間位置へと移動させることであって、複数の作用部(11;118;119)のうちの前記少なくとも一つが複数の作用部(11;118;119)のうちの前記別の一つより可撓管(13;138;139)の第1の長手方向端部の近くに位置する、移動させること、
駆動部(17;178;179)が、複数の作用部(11;118;119)のうちの前記少なくとも一つを、流体がぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)の可撓管(13;138;139)を通って複数の作用部(11;118;119)のうちの前記少なくとも一つを通過できるように、その端位置から定位置の方向へ少なくとも部分的に移動させること、
可撓管(13;138;139)の第1の長手方向端部の反対側の可撓管(13;138;139)の第2の長手方向端部から流体注入量を提供すること、
駆動部(17;178;179)が、複数の作用部(11;118;119)のうちの前記少なくとも一つを、可撓管(13;138;139)が圧縮されてシールされ、可撓管(13;138;139)の第2の長手方向端部からの流体の提供が停止するように、その端位置へと移動させること、
駆動部(17;178;179)が、ぜん動型注入デバイス(1;18;19)の複数の作用部(11;118;119)のうちの前記別の一つを、その中間位置から定位置へと移動させること
