Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 化学ループ燃焼装置での使用に適切な酸素キャリアを生成する方法において、
ガスパイプライン内に形成される黒色粉末を除去および収集するステップと、
収集された前記黒色粉末を前処理するステップと、
収集された前記黒色粉末を活性化して、前記黒色粉末の反応度を増加させ、前記化学ループ燃焼装置で使用するための黒色粉末酸素キャリアを形成するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記黒色粉末は水酸化鉄、酸化鉄および炭酸鉄を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記黒色粉末は、天然ガスパイプラインから取り除かれ、分離装置およびサイクロン装置の少なくとも1つを使用して、黒色粉末を含んだガスが前記分離装置または前記サイクロン装置を通過して前記分離装置または前記サイクロン装置の壁にガス流からたたき出されるようにして、そこで落ちて前記分離装置または前記サイクロン装置内部で捕集媒体に収集されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 収集された前記黒色粉末は合成法により前処理されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記合成法は、噴霧乾燥法および凍結造粒法のうちの1つからなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記合成法は、
約60.1%の黒色粉末と約39.9%のマンガン鉱を含む粉末混合物を形成するステップと、
粉末混合物を有機添加剤とともに純水に分散させて水性懸濁液を形成するステップと、
前記水性懸濁液を均質にするステップと、
前記水性懸濁液を噴霧乾燥して、粒子サイズの範囲を有する固体黒色粉末系組成物を形成するステップと、
前記固体黒色粉末系組成物を篩にかけて所定の粒径範囲内の粒子を収集するステップと、
収集された前記粒子を焼結するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 黒色粉末を活性化するステップは、
燃焼排ガスを使用して前記黒色粉末を還元し、改善された気固接触のために前記黒色粉末の気孔率および表面積を増加させることにより前記黒色粉末を活性化し、他の気体、液体または固体燃料に対する前記黒色粉末の反応度を改善するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 燃料ガスは、少なくとも10〜50%のH2および少なくとも10〜50%のCOを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記黒色粉末を活性化するステップは、前記黒色粉末に1つ以上の他の金属酸化物を混合して増加した反応度を有する黒色粉末系組成物を形成することにより、前記黒色粉末の反応度を上昇させるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記他の金属酸化物は、酸化銅、酸化マンガンまたはそれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記黒色粉末系組成物は、約60.1%の黒色粉末と約39.9%のMn3O4を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 生成物流を生成しながら化学ループ燃焼を使用する燃焼方法において、
黒色粉末を含む酸素キャリアを含んだ燃料炉内に燃料を運ぶステップと、
前記燃料炉内に気相酸素を供給するための前記燃料の存在下で前記酸素キャリアを還元するステップと、
前記燃料炉内において酸素燃焼条件の下で前記燃料を燃焼して生成物流を生成するステップと、
還元された前記酸素キャリアを空気炉内で空気により酸化して酸素キャリアを生成するステップと、
酸化された前記酸素キャリアを前記燃料炉に戻すステップと
を含む方法。 - 黒色粉末酸素キャリアは、前記燃料炉内に配置された固定床で構成され、前記固定床はガスの流れによって流動化されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料は、気体供給、液体供給および固体供給のグループから選択される燃料であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料は、石炭および石油コークスのグループから選択される固体燃料ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記黒色粉末は、ガスパイプラインから回収した水酸化鉄、酸化鉄おおび炭酸鉄を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- ガスパイプラインに形成される前記黒色粉末を除去および収集するステップと、
収集された前記黒色粉末を前処理するステップと、
収集された前記黒色粉末を活性化して反応度を増加させ、黒色粉末酸素キャリアを形成するステップと
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記黒色粉末は、ガスパイプラインから取り除かれ、分離装置およびサイクロン装置の少なくとも1つを使用して、黒色粉末を含んだガスが前記分離装置または前記サイクロン装置を通過して前記分離装置または前記サイクロン装置の壁にガス流からたたき出されるようにして、そこで落ちて前記分離装置または前記サイクロン装置内部で捕集媒体に収集されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 収集された前記黒色粉末は合成法により前処理されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記合成法は、噴霧乾燥法および凍結造粒法のうちの1つからなることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 黒色粉末を活性化するステップは、
燃焼排ガスを使用して前記黒色粉末を還元し、改善された気固接触のために前記黒色粉末の気孔率および表面積を増加させることにより前記黒色粉末を活性化し、他の気体、液体または固体燃料に対する前記黒色粉末の反応度を改善するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。 - 燃料ガスは、少なくとも10〜50%のH2および少なくとも10〜50%のCOを含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記黒色粉末を活性化するステップは、前記黒色粉末に1つ以上の他の金属酸化物を混合して前記黒色粉末の反応度を上昇させるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記他の金属酸化物は、酸化銅、酸化マンガンまたはそれらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法にしたがって用意されたCLC法で使用するための酸素キャリア。
