Abstract
Description

Claims (25)
- 金属を含有する混合廃棄物流を分離するように構成されるシステムであって、
前記廃棄物流を受け取るように構成される落下速度分離機であって、液体を用いて、前記廃棄物流を前記廃棄物流の粒子の沈降速度に従って分離するように構成される落下速度分離機を備えるシステム。 - 前記落下速度分離機と通じる磁気分離機をさらに備え、
前記磁気分離機が前記分離された廃棄物流の一部分を受け取るように構成され、
前記磁気分離機が、前記分離された廃棄物流から鉄粒子を除去して、処理された廃棄物流を生成するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記磁気分離機と通じる遠心機をさらに備え、
前記遠心機が、前記処理された廃棄物流内の粒子の密度に従って前記処理された廃棄物流を分離する、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記廃棄物流の一部分が湿式磁気分離機によって受け取られるようになっている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記落下速度分離機の上流で前記廃棄物流を受け取るように構成される少なくとも1つの篩をさらに備え、
前記少なくとも1つの篩が、サイズに従って前記廃棄物流を分離するように構成されている、請求項1又は3に記載のシステム。 - 前記遠心機と通じる仕上げテーブルをさらに備え、
前記仕上げテーブルが、前記分離された処理された廃棄物流の一部分を受け取るように構成され、
前記仕上げテーブルが、液体の定常波を用いて前記分離された処理された廃棄物流の他の粒子から金属を分離するように構成されている、請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 前記廃棄物流が焼却炉灰となっている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記落下速度分離機が脈動ジグとなっている、請求項1、2、又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記落下速度分離機が上昇流分級機となっている、請求項1、2、又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記落下速度分離機がスクリュー分離機となっている、請求項1、2、又は3に記載のシステム。
- 金属を含有する混合廃棄物流から金属を回収する方法であって、
前記廃棄物流を受け取って、金属を含有する第1の物質を生成するステップと、
落下速度分離機を用いて前記第1の物質を分離して、重質画分及び軽質画分を含有する第2の物質を生成するステップと
を含む方法。 - 磁気分離機を用いて、前記金属を含有する前記軽質画分を分離して、前記金属を含む処理された成分を含有する第3の物質を生成することをさらに含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 遠心機を用いて前記第3の物質を分離して、前記金属を含有する第4の物質を生成することをさらに含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 仕上げテーブルを用いて、前記金属を含有する前記第4の物質を分離して、前記金属をさらに濃縮することをさらに含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記重質画分における前記金属の濃度が前記廃棄物流における前記金属の濃度よりも高い、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記軽質画分における前記金属の濃度が前記廃棄物流における前記金属の濃度未満である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記廃棄物流における物質のサイズを削減するステップをさらに含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記廃棄物流の一部分のサイズを削減する前に前記廃棄物流を事前に篩にかけるステップをさらに含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記落下速度分離機が、流体を用いて、前記金属を含有する前記第2の物質を生成する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記流体が水である、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記落下速度分離機が、干渉沈降環境を作り出すことによって、所望の金属を含有する前記第1の物質を分離する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記廃棄物流が焼却炉灰である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記落下速度分離機が脈動ジグである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記落下速度分離機が上昇流分級機である、請求項11に記載の方法。
