Claims (10)
- 雄ねじ部が形成された入力軸と、
前記雄ねじ部を挟んで入力軸に形成されて自由回転される一対の入力ギアと、
前記一対の入力ギアと連動されて回転可能に形成される出力ギアと、
前記入力軸の雄ねじ部にねじ結合され、前記入力軸の回転により入力軸に沿って直線往復移動されて前記一対の入力ギアのうちのいずれか一つと選択的に噛み合って動力を伝達する動力断続部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、動力伝達装置。 - 雄ねじ部が形成され、正/逆方向に回転可能な入力軸と、
前記雄ねじ部にねじ結合されて前記入力軸の回転により前記入力軸に沿って直線往復移動可能な動力断続部と、
前記動力断続部を挟んで入力軸に自由回転可能に形成されて前記動力断続部の移動によって選択的に噛み合って回転される一対の入力ギアと、
前記一対の入力ギアと選択的に連動されて回転可能に形成される出力ギアと、を含み、
前記動力断続部と選択的に噛み合って回転される前記一対の入力ギアは連動される出力ギアを全て同一な方向に回転させることを特徴とする、動力伝達装置。 - 雄ねじ部が形成された入力軸と、
前記入力軸の一側に形成されて自由回転される入力ギアと、
前記入力ギアと連動されて回転可能に結合される内歯車部と、前記内歯車部から入力軸方向に延長され、前記入力軸に自由回転されるように結合される延長部に区分形成される出力ギアと、
前記入力軸の雄ねじ部に結合されて前記入力軸の回転により前記入力軸に沿って直線移動されて前記入力ギアまたは前記出力ギアの延長部と選択的に噛み合って動力を伝達する動力断続部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、動力伝達装置。 - 雄ねじ部が形成され、正/逆方向に回転可能な入力軸と、
前記雄ねじ部にねじ結合されて前記入力軸の回転により前記入力軸に沿って直線往復移動可能な動力断続部と、
前記入力軸に形成されて自由回転可能に形成されて、前記動力断続部の移動によって噛み合って回転される入力ギアと、
前記入力ギアと連動されて回転可能に結合される内歯車部と、前記内歯車部から入力軸方向に延長され、前記入力軸に自由回転されるように結合される延長部に区分形成される出力ギアと、を含み、
前記動力断続部と選択的に噛み合う前記入力ギアと延長部の回転による出力ギアの回転は同一な方向であることを特徴とする、動力伝達装置。 - 前記一対の入力ギアは互いに異なる直径に形成され、直径の小さい入力ギアはアイドルギヤを通じて前記出力ギアと連動されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記入力ギアは、遊星歯車を通じて前記内歯車部と連動されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記出力ギアは前記入力ギア及び前記動力断続部が形成された前記入力軸を収容する円筒形構造で形成され、内周面には収容された入力ギアと噛合されて連動できる歯が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記入力軸は出力ギア内部で出力ギアの中心と偏心されるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の動力伝達装置。
- 前記動力断続部は、
内周面に前記雄ねじ部に結合できる雌ねじ部が形成され、入力軸に沿って直線往復移動されるローダと、
前記ローダの内周面の周りに沿って複数個が貫通配置され、前記ローダに向ける入力ギアまたは延長部の側面に両端が密着してスライディング可能なガイドロードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうち、いずれか一項に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記ガイドロードは弾性部材により連結される分割された構造で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の動力伝達装置。
