Abstract
Description
(a)長期間安定な、及び比較的少ない光触媒量での、通常10重量%未満での、高い光触媒効果が保証されること、
(b)コーティングの均一性及び耐候剤に対する耐性の点で最善の結果が得られながらも、通常の塗装作業で使用されるものなど従来の手段で水性塗料の調製及び塗布が可能なこと、
(c)重金属及び有機溶媒、特に芳香族溶媒を使用することなしに、有毒作用または悪影響がない製品を使用して、0.35g/l未満の揮発性有機化合物(VOC)含量の製品を得ること、
が可能な水性塗料、すなわち非常に薄い壁面コーティング、特には屋外用途のためのものを得るために有用可能な、セメント系光触媒組成物を提供することの技術的な問題に直面した。
(a)少なくとも1種のセメントバインダーと、
(b)少なくとも1種の光触媒と、
(c)少なくとも1種のセルロースエーテルと、
(d)少なくとも1種の流動化剤と、
(e)少なくともその95重量%が100μm以下の大きさである粒子の形態の、少なくとも1種の第1の石灰質フィラーと、
(f)少なくともその95重量%が30μm以下の大きさである粒子の形態の、少なくとも1種の第2の石灰質フィラーと、
(g)粉末の形態の無機担体に担持された少なくとも1種のシランと、
を含有する、セメント系光触媒組成物に関する。
(a)15〜60重量%の、より好ましくは20〜50重量%の、少なくとも1種のセメントバインダーと、
(b)0.5〜12重量%の、より好ましくは1〜8重量%の、少なくとも1種の光触媒と、
(c)0.02〜3重量%の、より好ましくは0.05〜1.5重量%の、少なくとも1種のセルロースエーテルと、
(d)0.05〜5重量%の、より好ましくは0.1〜2重量%の、少なくとも1種の流動化剤と、
(e)10〜50重量%の、より好ましくは15〜35重量%の、少なくともその95重量%が100μm以下の大きさである粒子の形態の少なくとも1種の第1の石灰質フィラーと、
(f)10〜50重量%の、より好ましくは15〜35重量%の、少なくともその95重量%が30μm以下の大きさである粒子の形態の少なくとも1種の第2の石灰質フィラーと、
(g)0.05〜5重量%の、より好ましくは0.01〜3重量%の、粉末の形態の無機担体に担持された少なくとも1種のシランと、
を含有する。
表1に報告されている量で次の成分を混合することによって、本発明かかる光触媒組成物を得た。

Claims (18)
- (a)少なくとも1種のセメントバインダーと、
(b)少なくとも1種の光触媒と、
(c)少なくとも1種のセルロースエーテルと、
(d)少なくとも1種の流動化剤と、
(e)少なくともその95重量%が100μm以下の大きさである粒子の形態の少なくとも1種の第1の石灰質フィラーと、
(f)少なくともその95重量%が30μm以下の大きさである粒子の形態の少なくとも1種の第2の石灰質フィラーと、
(g)粉末の形態の無機担体に担持された少なくとも1種のシランと、
を含有する、セメント系光触媒組成物。 - (a)15〜60重量%の、好ましくは20〜50重量%の、少なくとも1種のセメントバインダーと、
(b)0.5〜12重量%の、好ましくは1〜8重量%の、少なくとも1種の光触媒と、
(c)0.02〜3重量%の、好ましくは0.05〜1.5重量%の、少なくとも1種のセルロースエーテルと、
(d)0.05〜5重量%の、好ましくは0.1〜2重量%の、少なくとも1種の流動化剤と、
(e)10〜50重量%の、好ましくは15〜35重量%の、少なくともその95重量%が100μm以下の大きさである粒子の形態の少なくとも1種の第1の石灰質フィラーと、
(f)10〜50重量%の、好ましくは15〜35重量%の、少なくともその95重量%が30μm以下の大きさである粒子の形態の少なくとも1種の第2の石灰質フィラーと、
(g)0.05〜5重量%の、好ましくは0.01〜3重量%の、粉末の形態の無機担体に担持された少なくとも1種のシランと、
を含有する、請求項1に記載の光触媒組成物。 - 前記セメントバインダー(a)がポルトランドセメントである、請求項1または2に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記光触媒(b)が主にアナターゼ型の結晶形である光触媒性二酸化チタンである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記光触媒性二酸化チタンが、少なくとも95重量%が50nm以下、好ましくは20nm以下の大きさを有するような粒度分布を有する、請求項4に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記光触媒性二酸化チタンが、非光触媒性二酸化チタンとの混合物である、請求項4または5に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記セルロースエーテル(c)が、20℃で100〜70,000mPa.s、好ましくは100〜30,000mPa.s、より好ましくは200〜10,000mPa.sのブルックフィールド粘度RVTを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記第1の石灰質フィラー(e)は、少なくともその95重量%が70μm以下の大きさを有する粒子の形態であり、前記第2の石灰質フィラー(f)は、少なくともその95重量%が20μm以下の大きさを有する粒子の形態である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記第1の石灰質フィラー(e)が、その5重量%以下が30μm以下、好ましくは20μm以下の大きさを有する粒子の形態である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記石灰質フィラー(e)と(f)が、0.2〜2.0、好ましくは0.5〜1.5の重量比(e)/(f)で存在する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 前記担持されたシラン(g)が、少なくともその95重量%が100μ以下、好ましくは80μ以下の大きさを有する粒子の形態である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- (h)少なくとも1種の疎水化ビニルポリマー、好ましくは塩化ビニルとエチレンとビニルエステルCH2=CH−O−C(=O)−R(式中、RはC4〜C24の直鎖または分岐のアルキルである)とのターポリマーを更に含有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- (i)少なくとも1種の長鎖カルボン酸塩を更に含有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の光触媒組成物。
- 汚染物質の存在を減らすために人工建造物をコーティングするための、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のセメント系光触媒組成物の使用。
- 均一な流動性の生成物が得られるまで混合することによって、前記光触媒組成物に所定の比率で水が添加される、請求項14に記載の使用。
- 水とセメントバインダー(a)との重量比が0.2〜0.8である、請求項15に記載の使用。
- 塗布及び乾燥後、前記光触媒組成物が厚さ0.05mm〜1mm、好ましくは0.1mm〜0.5mmのコーティング層を形成する、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 金属、木材、または、例えばポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)などのプラスチック材料からできている表面をコーティングするための、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のセメント系光触媒組成物の使用。
