Claims (8)
- 透過物収集管(8)の周りに巻き付けられた少なくとも1つの膜エンベロープ(4)を備える、スパイラル巻き膜モジュール(2)であって、前記モジュール(2)が、前記透過物収集管(8)内に位置付けられるか、またはそれに固定された、透過物流動の関数として変動する流動抵抗を提供する流動制御器(54)を特徴とする、スパイラル巻き膜モジュール(2)。
- 前記流動制御器(54)が、流量とともに流動抵抗を増加させるコンプライアント部材を備える、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記流動制御器(54)が、透過物流動の関数として減少する可変面積オリフィスを備える、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記透過物収集管(8)が、第1の端部(13’)から対向する第2の端部(13)まで延びる長さを有し、前記端部(13、13’)間のその長さの一部分に沿って複数の開口部(24)を備え、
透過物流路(28)が、前記膜エンベロープ(4)内から、前記開口部(24)を通して、前記透過物収集管(8)内へと延び、透過物収集管(8)の前記第2の端部(13)を出、
前記透過物流路(28)に沿って流動する透過物のうちの少なくとも90%が前記透過物収集管(8)の前記第2の端部(13)を出る前に前記流動制御器(54)を通過するように、前記流動制御器(54)が、前記透過物収集管(8)内に位置付けられるか、またはそれに固定される、請求項1に記載のモジュール。 - 前記透過物流路(28)に沿って流動する全ての透過物が前記透過物収集管(8)の前記第2の端部(13)を出る前に前記流動制御器(54)を通過するように、前記流動制御器(54)が、前記開口部(24)と前記第2の端部(13)との間の前記管の長さに沿った位置で前記透過物収集管(8)内に位置付けられるか、またはそれに固定される、請求項4に記載のモジュール。
- 前記モジュールが400kPaの供給圧力及び25℃の温度で、純水で操作されるとき、前記流動制御器が、透過物流束を40l/m2時未満の値に制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記モジュールが400kPa及び25℃で、純水で操作されるとき、前記流動制御器が、1日当たり250〜1500リットルの間の値の透過物流動を提供する、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記モジュールが200kPaの供給水圧及び25℃の温度で操作されるとき、前記流動制御器が基底流動値を提供し、35kPaの供給水圧及び25℃の温度で操作されるとき、前記流動制御器が、前記基底流動値の少なくとも50%に等しい流動値を提供する、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
