Claims (11)
- 特に自動的にねじ留め行程を実行するねじ留め装置であって、ねじ留め工具(10)と、空気圧式送りシリンダ(24)を有する送り装置(22)と、を備え、ねじ留め工具(10)は、ねじ留め行程において、空気圧式送りシリンダ(24)によって、第1の送り力により、ねじ留め工具がねじと係合し、かつねじ留めされる構成要素にねじが押し込まれるように送り方向に移動可能となっているねじ留め装置において、
送り装置(22)は、ねじ留め行程において、第1の送り力よりも大きい第2の送り力をねじ留め工具(10)に加えることができる増圧器(60)を有することを特徴とするねじ留め装置。 - 増圧器(60)は、ねじ留め工具(10)の送り動作中の所望の時間においてオンオフの切換えが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ留め装置。
- 増圧器(60)は、調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のねじ留め装置。
- 送りシリンダ(24)は、最大動作ストロークを実行することができる空気圧作動の動作ピストン(28)を有し、増圧器(60)は、最大動作ストロークよりも短い動作ピストン(28)の押込みストロークを引き起こすことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のねじ留め装置。
- 増圧器(60)の作動ピストン(48)が、動作ピストン(28)と同軸にまたは動作ピストン(28)からオフセットして配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のねじ留め装置。
- 増圧器(60)の作動ピストン(48)から動作ピストン(28)への力の伝達が、作動油によってなされることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載のねじ留め装置。
- 増圧器(60)の作動ピストン(48)は、空気圧により作動可能であり、特に空気作動圧により調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のねじ留め装置。
- 増圧器(60)は、空気圧式、油圧式または空気油圧式の増圧器(60)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のねじ留め装置。
- 送り装置(22)は、ねじ留め工具(10)のみを移動させるか、トルク測定装置および/または駆動ユニットと共にねじ留め工具(10)を移動させることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のねじ留め装置。
- ねじをねじ留め工具(10)との係合のために整列した位置に保持する供給ヘッドを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のねじ留め装置。
- 供給ヘッドにねじを自動的に供給する供給装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のねじ留め装置。
