Abstract
Description
細胞を培養するための容器において、
上面に向かって内向きに先細となる円錐状側壁と一体となった丸くなった縁を有する底により画成された容器本体、および
前記上面から容器開口に上方に延在する一体となった細長い環状首部、
を備え、前記側壁が4〜10°の傾斜角度で内向きに先細となっている、容器。
前記上面が実質的に水平である、実施形態1に記載の容器。
前記容器本体の容積が少なくとも5リットルである、実施形態1に記載の容器。
一体部品から構成された、実施形態1に記載の容器。
親水性内面を有する、実施形態1に記載の容器。
前記首部が、先細となった移行区域により前記容器本体に接続されている、実施形態1に記載の容器。
前記首部の直径が前記容器開口の直径より小さい、実施形態1に記載の容器。
前記首部の直径が最大容器直径の少なくとも30%である、実施形態1に記載の容器。
前記容器内に収容された液体培地の液体渦を、該液体培地の撹拌中に、乱すように構成された2つ以上の内部バッフルをさらに備えた、実施形態1に記載の容器。
前記バッフルが前記容器の内面に対して隆起している、実施形態9に記載の容器。
前記バッフルがV形断面を有する、実施形態9に記載の容器。
前記バッフルが80°〜110°の側壁角度を有する、実施形態9に記載の容器。
前記首部が注ぎ樋をさらに備えた、実施形態1に記載の容器。
細胞を培養する方法において、
実施形態1に記載の容器に培地を導入する工程、
前記容器に少なくとも1種類の選択された細胞株を導入する工程、および
前記容器を、60rpmより速い速度で撹拌する工程、
を有してなる方法。
前記速度が約90rpmである、実施形態14に記載の方法。

Claims (10)
- 細胞を培養するための容器において、
上面に向かって内向きに先細となる円錐状側壁と一体となった丸くなった縁を有する底により画成された容器本体、および
前記上面から容器開口に上方に延在する一体となった細長い環状首部、
を備え、前記側壁が4〜10°の傾斜角度で内向きに先細となっており、
前記容器本体の容積が3リットルより大きい、容器。 - 前記容器本体の容積が少なくとも5リットルである、請求項1記載の容器。
- 親水性内面を有する、請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記首部が、先細となった移行区域により前記容器本体に接続されている、請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記首部の直径が前記容器開口の直径より小さい、請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記容器内に収容された液体培地の液体渦を、該液体培地の撹拌中に、乱すように構成された2つ以上の内部バッフルをさらに備えた、請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記バッフルが前記容器の内面に対して隆起している、請求項6記載の容器。
- 前記バッフルがV形断面を有する、請求項6記載の容器。
- 前記首部が注ぎ樋をさらに備えた、請求項記載の容器。
- 細胞を培養する方法において、
