一群の外科用器具から外科用器具を選択することであって、前記選択された外科用器具は使用中にフィードバックを記録するように構成されている、ことと、
前記選択された外科用器具を外科的処置に使用することと、
前記記録されたフィードバックを前記選択された外科用器具から外部ディスプレイに送信することと、
前記記録されたフィードバックを前記選択された外科用器具から前記外部ディスプレイに対して同報通信することと、
を含む、方法。
(27) 前記記録されたフィードバックを送信することが、前記記録されたフィードバックを、前記外部ディスプレイと信号通信している外部マイクロコントローラに無線送信することを含む、実施態様26に記載の方法。
(28) 前記外部ディスプレイが、前記一群の外科用器具を自動的に検出する、実施態様26に記載の方法。

Claims (28)
- 外科用システムであって、
一対の顎部を備えるエンドエフェクタと、
発射行程の間に前記一対の顎部に対して移動するように構成された発射要素と、
前記発射要素と通信する電気モータであって、前記電気モータは前記発射行程を通して前記発射要素を移動させるために電流を引き出すように構成されている、電気モータと、
前記発射行程を通して前記電気モータによって引き出される前記電流の変化を検出するように構成されたセンサと、
前記電気モータ及び前記センサと信号通信するマイクロコントローラであって、前記マイクロコントローラは、前記センサが閾値量よりも大きい前記電流の変化を検出すると、前記発射要素の速度を調節するように構成されている、マイクロコントローラと、
を備える、外科用システム。 - 前記エンドエフェクタが複数の締結具を更に備え、前記発射要素が、前記発射行程の間に前記締結具を発射するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用システム。
- 前記発射行程の間、前記一対の顎部内で並進するように構成された切断部材を更に備える、請求項1に記載の外科用システム。
- 前記マイクロコントローラは、前記センサが前記閾値量よりも大きい前記電流の変化を検出すると、前記発射要素の速度を低減するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用システム。
- 前記マイクロコントローラは、前記センサが前記閾値量よりも大きい前記電流の変化を検出すると、前記発射要素を一時停止するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用システム。
- 前記マイクロコントローラが速度制御モジュールを更に備え、前記速度制御モジュールが、抵抗器、可変抵抗器、パルス幅変調回路、及び周波数変調回路から成る群から選択される調節器を備える、請求項1に記載の外科用システム。
- 外科用システムであって、
エンドエフェクタであって、
複数の締結具を備える一対の顎部と、
発射行程の間に前記複数の締結具を発射する発射手段と、を備える、エンドエフェクタと、
前記発射手段と通信する電気モータと、
前記発射手段の発射力を感知する感知手段と、
前記発射手段の速度を調節する調節手段であって、前記感知手段によって感知される前記発射力によって調節が決定されている、調節手段と、
を備える、外科用システム。 - 前記発射行程の間、前記一対の顎部の中間に把持された組織を切断する手段を更に備える、請求項7に記載の外科用システム。
- 前記調節手段は、前記感知手段が閾値を上回る発射力を感知すると、前記発射手段の速度を低減するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の外科用システム。
- 前記調節手段は、前記感知手段が閾値を上回る発射力を感知すると、前記発射手段を一時停止するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の外科用システム。
- 外科用器具アセンブリであって、
複数のセンサを備える第1のモジュール式構成要素と、
チャネルを画定する顎部を備える第2のモジュール式構成要素と、
前記チャネル内で取外し可能に位置決め可能な締結具カートリッジであって、前記締結具カートリッジが、
複数の締結具と、
前記チャネルに対して並進するように構成された駆動可能要素であって、磁気要素を備える、駆動可能要素と、を備える、締結具カートリッジと、
前記複数のセンサと信号通信するマイクロコントローラと、
を備える、外科用器具アセンブリ。 - 前記複数のセンサがホール効果センサを含む、請求項11に記載の外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記複数のセンサが、前記締結具カートリッジが前記チャネルにないときは前記マイクロコントローラに第1の状態を通信し、前記締結具カートリッジが前記チャネル内に位置決めされると前記マイクロコントローラに第2の状態を通信するように構成されている、請求項11に記載の外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記締結具カートリッジアセンブリが、前記複数のセンサと信号通信する不揮発性メモリユニットを更に備える、請求項11に記載の外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 別の磁気要素を備える別の締結具カートリッジを更に備え、前記複数のセンサは、前記締結具カートリッジ又は前記別の締結具カートリッジが前記チャネル内に位置決めされているかどうかを検出するように構成されている、請求項11に記載の外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のモジュール式構成要素が、第1の取付け部分を備えるハンドルを備え、前記第2のモジュール式構成要素が、第2の取付け部分を備えるシャフトを備える、請求項11に記載の外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 外科用器具アセンブリであって、
第1のモジュール式構成要素と、
チャネルを画定する顎部を備える第2のモジュール式構成要素であって、前記チャネルが第1の電気接点を備える、第2のモジュール式構成要素と、
前記チャネル内に取外し可能に位置決め可能な締結具カートリッジであって、前記締結具カートリッジが、
複数の締結具と、
前記チャネルに対する未発射位置と複数の発射位置との間で並進するように構成された駆動可能要素であって、前記駆動可能要素が第2の電気接点を備え、前記駆動可能要素が前記未発射位置にあると、前記第2の電気接点が前記第1の電気接点と信号通信し、前記駆動可能要素が前記複数の発射位置にあると、前記第2の電気接点が前記第1の電気接点と信号通信しなくなる、駆動可能要素と、
を備える、締結具カートリッジと、
前記第1の電気接点と信号通信するマイクロコントローラと、
を備える、外科用器具アセンブリ。 - 前記第1の電気接点及び前記第2の電気接点の1つが電気機械ヒューズを備える、請求項17に記載の外科用器具。
- 外科用器具アセンブリであって、
第1のモジュール式構成要素と、
開放構成と閉鎖構成との間で移動可能な一対の対向する顎部を備える第2のモジュール式構成要素であって、前記一対の対向する顎部が、
チャネルを備える第1の顎部と、
磁気要素を備える第2の顎部と、
を備える、第2のモジュール式構成要素と、
前記チャネル内に取外し可能に位置決め可能な締結具カートリッジであって、前記締結具カートリッジが、
複数の締結具と、
前記チャネルに対して並進するように構成された駆動可能要素と、
磁気抵抗センサと、
を備える、締結具カートリッジと、
前記磁気抵抗センサと信号通信するマイクロコントローラと、
を備える、外科用器具アセンブリ。 - 前記第2のモジュール式構成要素がアンテナを備え、前記アンテナが、前記磁気抵抗センサからの無線信号を受信するように構成されている、請求項19に記載の外科用器具アセンブリ。
- 方法であって、
一群の外科用器具から外科用器具を選択することであって、前記選択された外科用器具は使用中にフィードバックを記録するように構成されている、ことと、
前記選択された外科用器具を外科的処置に使用することと、
前記記録されたフィードバックを前記選択された外科用器具から外部ディスプレイに送信することと、
前記記録されたフィードバックを前記選択された外科用器具から前記外部ディスプレイに対して同報通信することと、
