Claims (4)
- 胆管に挿入された時に、胆汁が円滑に十二指腸に分泌されるようにするためのステントにおいて、所定の直径と長さを有し、弾性変形が可能になるようにチューブ形状に編まれたワイヤーからなる本体;前記本体の少なくとも一部を包んで被覆し、前記本体の一方の端から所定の長さに延長された柔軟な材質のフィルム部;及び前記フィルム部が延長された本体の一方の端に接続され、前記延長されたフィルム部が本体方向に反転して折れることを防止する反転防止部;を含むステント。
- 請求項1において、前記本体は、前記フィルム部が被覆されていない本体第1領域と前記フィルム部が被覆された本体第2領域からなることを特徴とするステント。
- 請求項1において、前記反転防止部は、前記本体のワイヤーから延長されて編まれており、フィルム部が延長された方向に行くほど相互間の距離が離れる一対の反転防止ワイヤーからなることを特徴とするステント。
- 請求項3において、前記反転防止ワイヤーは、前記本体の直径両端部分から始まり、フィルム部が延長された方向に行くほど相互間の距離が狭まり互いに接続される形態からなることを特徴とするステント。
