Claims (10)
- 多結晶シリコンロッドの提供、多結晶シリコンチャンクへの多結晶シリコンロッドの粉砕、ならびに底部、壁および開口部を備える段ボール箱内に多結晶シリコンチャンクを導入することによる多結晶シリコンチャンクの梱包を含む多結晶シリコンを製造する方法であって、少なくとも多結晶シリコンチャンクと接触する底部および壁の内面がプラスチックで被覆された、多結晶シリコンを製造する方法。
- プラスチックが、100ppbw未満のホウ素、100ppbw未満のリンおよび10ppbw未満のヒ素を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プラスチックが、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリ塩化ビニリデンおよびポリシロキサンからなる群から選択される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 底部および壁の内面が、厚さ50μmから500μmのプラスチックで被覆されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 多結晶シリコンチャンクが、PEまたはPU製の、100ppbw未満のホウ素、100ppbw未満のリンおよび10ppbw未満のヒ素を含む手袋を装着することにより、段ボール箱内に手動で導入される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 多結晶シリコンチャンクを特定のサイズ等級に選別および分級することをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 選別および分級された多結晶シリコンチャンクを洗浄することをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 粉砕後、任意の選別および分級工程後、ならびに任意の洗浄工程後に、それぞれの場合において、多結晶シリコンチャンクが、その内面上にプラスチックコーティングを有する段ボール箱内に梱包され、次の処理工程へ輸送される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 多結晶シリコンチャンクは、その内面上にプラスチックコーティングを有する段ボール箱内に梱包され、顧客に輸送される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- いくつかの段ボール箱はパレット上に固定され、顧客に輸送される、請求項9に記載の方法。
