Description
Claims (15)
- 航空機のための複合材接合修理方法であって、
前記航空機の部分の二重パッチをトポグラフィックデータから作成することと、
前記航空機の前記部分の損傷をフィラー材料で充填することと、
前記航空機の前記部分及び前記フィラー材料に接着剤を塗布することと、
前記接着剤に前記二重パッチを付着させることと、
を備えた、方法。 - 前記航空機の前記部分を走査することと、前記航空機のモデルからデータを得ることのうちの少なくとも1つにより、前記トポグラフィックデータを作成することをさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二重パッチの前記作成が3次元プリンティングを備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二重パッチが非金属材料を備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィラー材料がグラファイトエポキシを備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤が、両面テープまたはフィルムまたはペースト接着剤を備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二重パッチの前記付着が、前記航空機の前記部分へ前記二重パッチを真空加圧することと、3次元プリンティングされた成形型を前記二重パッチ上へ適用することのうちの少なくとも1つを備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 航空機のための複合材接合修理方法であって、
航空機の外板の、前記外板に形成された損傷を取り囲む部分のトポグラフィックデータを作成することと、
前記航空機の前記外板の前記部分の二重パッチを前記トポグラフィックデータから作成することと、
前記損傷をフィラー材料で充填することと、
前記航空機の前記外板の前記部分及び前記フィラー材料に接着剤を塗布することと、
前記接着剤に前記二重パッチを付着させることと、
を備えた、方法。 - 前記トポグラフィックデータの前記作成が、前記航空機の前記外板の前記部分を走査することと、前記航空機のモデルからデータを得ることのうちの少なくとも1つを備えた、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記二重パッチの前記作成が3次元プリンティングを備えた、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記二重パッチが非金属材料を備えた、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記フィラー材料がグラファイトエポキシを備えた、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤が、両面テープまたはフィルムまたはペースト接着剤を備えた、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記二重パッチの前記付着が、前記航空機の前記外板の前記部分へ前記二重パッチを真空加圧することと、3次元プリンティングされた成形型を前記二重パッチ上へ適用することのうちの少なくとも1つを備えた、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 胴体部及び空力要素を備える外板と、
前記外板に形成された損傷に配置されるフィラー材料と、
前記損傷を取り囲む前記外板の部分に塗布される接着剤と、
前記接着剤へ付着される二重パッチであって、前記損傷を取り囲む前記外板の前記部分のトポグラフィックデータから形成される、二重パッチと
を備えた、航空機。
