Claims (10)
- センサ磁石アッセンブリであって、該センサ磁石アッセンブリが、軸(13)に外嵌可能な中空円筒状の磁石支持体(1)を備えており、該磁石支持体(1)が、その両端面側のうちの一方の端面側(S1)に磁石(3)のための収容部分(4)を有しており、前記磁石支持体(1)が、前記軸(13)の外側歯列(14)に遊びなしに接触するように設けられた弾性的に可撓性の内側歯列(17)を有していることを特徴とする、センサ磁石アッセンブリ。
- 前記磁石支持体(1)の前記内側歯列(17)の弾性が、前記磁石支持体(1)の壁に設けられた複数のスリット(10)によって提供されている、請求項1記載のセンサ磁石アッセンブリ。
- 前記磁石支持体(1)の前記内側歯列(17)の歯(12)の個数が、前記スリット(10)の個数に対応しており、それぞれ周方向で隣り合った2つの前記スリット(10)の間に、ただ1つの前記歯(12)を有する薄片(11)が形成されている、請求項2記載のセンサ磁石アッセンブリ。
- 各々の前記薄片(11)の弾性的な可撓性が、前記磁石支持体(1)の周方向において半径方向よりも少なくなっている、請求項3記載のセンサ磁石アッセンブリ。
- 前記磁石支持体(1)が、2つ以上8つ以下の前記薄片(11)を有している、請求項3または4記載のセンサ磁石アッセンブリ。
- 前記磁石(3)のための前記収容部分(4)が、支承箇所として設けられた円筒状の外壁(5)を有しており、該外壁(5)の直径(DA)が、前記磁石支持体(1)の、弾性的に可撓性の前記内側歯列(17)を有する部分の最大の直径(D8a)よりも大きく寸法設定されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ磁石アッセンブリ。
- 前記磁石支持体(1)が、前記収容部分(4)と反対の端面側(S2)に、支承箇所として設けられた円筒状の別の外壁(6)を有しており、該外壁(6)の直径(DA)が、前記収容部分(4)の前記外壁(5)の前記直径に相当している、請求項6記載のセンサ磁石アッセンブリ。
- 前記支承箇所として設けられた円筒状の前記外壁(5,6)の、中空円筒状の前記磁石支持体(1)の軸方向で測定した高さ(H4,H7)の総和が、前記磁石支持体(1)の、同じ方向で測定した全高さ(H1)の半分の高さよりも少ない高さに相当している、請求項7記載のセンサ磁石アッセンブリ。
- 前記センサ磁石アッセンブリが、軸端片(15)を有しており、該軸端片(15)が、前記軸(13)の、隣接する軸部分(16)と比較して太くされていて、前記磁石支持体(1)の前記内側歯列(17)に接触する前記外側歯列(14)を有しており、前記軸(13)が、前記磁石支持体(1)に専ら前記軸端片(15)の領域で接触しているのに対して、隣接する前記軸部分(16)は、環状ギャップ(23)を形成するように、前記内側歯列(17)から間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ磁石アッセンブリ。
- 変速機アクチュエータ、ブレーキアクチュエータまたはクラッチアクチュエータへの請求項1記載のセンサ磁石アッセンブリの使用。
