Abstract
Description
[0002]本発明は、概して精製芳香族カルボン酸の製造方法に関し、特に精製の前に粗芳香族カルボン酸を予熱するために高圧水蒸気を用いる方法に関する。
[0010]導入として、本発明による精製芳香族カルボン酸の製造方法は、ボイラーへ供給されるボイラー供給水から高圧水蒸気を生成させ;高圧水蒸気を用いて、粗芳香族カルボン酸を含むスラリーを加熱して、これによって高圧水蒸気を凝縮して高圧の凝縮物を形成し;粗芳香族カルボン酸の溶液を精製して、精製芳香族カルボン酸を形成する;ことを含む。ボイラー供給水は、高圧の凝縮物の少なくとも一部を含む。

Claims (12)
- ボイラーに供給されるボイラー供給水から高圧水蒸気を生成させ;
加熱区域内において、高圧水蒸気を用いて粗芳香族カルボン酸を加熱して、それによって加熱区域内において高圧水蒸気を凝縮して高圧の凝縮物を形成し;そして
粗芳香族カルボン酸を精製して、精製芳香族カルボン酸を形成する;
ことを含み;
ボイラー供給水は高圧の凝縮物の少なくとも一部を含む、精製芳香族カルボン酸の製造方法。 - 反応区域内において、置換芳香族炭化水素を酸化して粗芳香族カルボン酸を形成することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ボイラー供給水は、少なくとも1つの更なる供給源からのメイクアップ水を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ボイラー供給水をボイラーに供給する前に、高圧の凝縮物およびメイクアップボイラー供給水を混合する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- メイクアップボイラー供給水は、それらを混合する前の高圧の凝縮物よりも低い温度である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 高圧の凝縮物は、約250℃〜約305℃の間の温度、および約80bar(g)〜約120bar(g)の間のボイラーへの供給圧力を有し、メイクアップボイラー供給水は、約100℃〜約150℃の間の温度、および約80bar(g)〜約120bar(g)の間のボイラーへの供給圧力を有する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ボイラーへの空気供給流を燃焼排ガスによって予熱することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- メイクアップボイラー供給水をボイラー燃焼排ガスによって予熱する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 高圧の凝縮物のボイラーへの供給水は、加熱区域において形成される高圧の凝縮物の約65%〜約97%の間を構成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの気体/気体空気予熱器は、ポリマー空気予熱器(LUVO)気体/気体空気予熱器を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 燃焼排ガスを、ボイラーと流体連通しているボイラー排気筒から、順次、下流の炭素鋼気体/気体空気予熱器、および更に下流のポリマーLUVO気体/気体空気予熱器を通して送ることを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 芳香族カルボン酸は、テレフタル酸を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
