Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 長手方向軸を有する身体管腔から組織を除去する組織除去カテーテルであって、
前記身体管腔に挿入するよう構成されたカテーテル体であって、前記カテーテルは、近位端と、遠位端と、前記近位端と遠位端との間で延在する長手方向軸とを有し、前記カテーテル体の少なくとも第1の長手方向の本体部分が前記カテーテル体の前記長さに沿って延びる回転軸の周りで回転可能であるカテーテル体と、
前記カテーテル体の前記第1の長手方向部分に連結される組織除去要素と、
前記カテーテル体に連結され、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分が前記回転軸の周りを回転されるときに、前記回転軸に対する前記カテーテル体の少なくとも前記第1の長手方向部分の角変位を検出するよう構成された角度変位センサと、を備える組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記角度変位センサが前記カテーテル体の前記第1の長手方向部分に連結される、請求項1に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度変位センサが前記カテーテル体の前記第1の長手方向の本体部分と回転するよう構成された、請求項2に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記組織除去要素が前記回転軸の周りで前記第1の長手方向の本体部分と回転するよう構成され、
前記角度変位センサが、前記カテーテル体の前記第1の長手方向部分に連結され、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分と前記組織除去要素とともに前記回転軸の周りを回転するよう構成された請求項1に記載の組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記角度変位センサがジャイロスコープを備える、請求項1に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記組織除去要素が前記回転軸の周りを回転されるときに、前記回転軸に対して、前記カテーテル体の少なくとも前記第1の長手方向部分の前記角変位を表す前記角度変位センサからの電気信号を受け取るために、前記角度変位センサに電気的に接続され、電気的に制御回路に接続可能である、少なくとも1つの導電体をさらに備える、請求項1に記載された組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度変位センサに電気的に接続された前記少なくとも1つの導電体に接続可能な制御回路をさらに備え、前記制御回路は、
前記カテーテル体の前記第1の長手方向部分の基準角度位置に対する前記カテーテル体の前記第1の長手方向部分の角変位を表す前記角度変位センサからの電気信号を受け取り、
前記角度変位センサからの前記受け取られた電気信号を使用して前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の前記角変位を計算するよう構成されている、請求項6に記載の組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記カテーテル体に接続可能な制御装置をさらに備え、前記制御装置は前記接続回路を備える、請求項7に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の前記計算された角変位を表示するために、前記制御回路に電気的に接続されているディスプレイを備える、請求項7に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル体は、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の近位の第2の長手方向の本体部分を含み、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の前記角度位置を前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して調整するために、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分は、長さに沿って、かつ前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して回転可能である、請求項7に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記第1の長手方向の本体部分に操作可能に接続され、前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の前記角度位置を調整するために、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分を長さに沿って、及び前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して回転させるよう構成された角度位置機構をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度位置決め機構は原動機と、前記カテーテル体の前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して前記並置部材に回転を付与するために、前記原動機の操作を制御する前記原動機に操作可能に接続可能な前記制御回路とを備える、請求項11に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル体に接続可能な制御装置をさらに備え、前記制御装置は前記接続回路を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の前記計算された角変位を表示するために、前記制御回路に電気的に接続されているディスプレイを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記基準角度位置に対して選択された角度位置に前記第1の長手方向の本体部分を回転するよう前記制御回路に命令するために、前記制御回路に電気的に接続されたユーザ入力を備える、請求項12に記載の組織除去カテーテル。 - 長手方向軸を有する身体管腔から組織を除去する組織除去カテーテルであって、
被検体の前記身体管腔に挿入するよう構成されたカテーテル体であって、近位端と、遠位端と、前記近位端と遠位端との間で延在する長手方向軸を有するカテーテル体と、
前記カテーテル体に連結され、前記カテーテル体が前記身体管腔に挿入されるときに前記身体管腔の前記長手方向軸に対して角度組織除去位置に配置されるよう構成された組織除去要素であって、前記カテーテル体が前記身体管腔内に挿入されるときに、前記身体管腔の前記長手方向軸に対して前記組織除去要素の角度組織除去位置を調整するために、回転軸の周りを回転可能な組織除去要素と、
前記組織除去要素が前記回転軸の周りを回転されるときに、前記身体管腔の前記長手方向軸に対して前記組織除去要素の角変位を検出するよう構成された前記組織除去要素に略隣接する角度変位センサと、を備える組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記角度変位センサは前記回転軸の周りを前記組織除去要素とともに回転するよう構成された、請求項14に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度変位センサがジャイロスコープを備える、請求項15に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度変位センサに電気的に接続され、前記回転軸に対する前記組織除去要素の前記角変位を表す前記角度変位センサからの電気信号を受け取るための制御回路に電気的に接続可能な、少なくとも1つの導電体をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度変位センサに電気的に接続された前記少なくとも1つの導電体に接続可能な制御回路をさらに備え、前記制御回路は、
前記組織除去要素の基準角度位置に対する前記組織除去要素の角変位を表す前記角度変位センサからの電気信号を受け取り、
前記角度変位センサからの前記受け取られた電気信号を使用して前記組織除去要素の前記角変位を計算するよう構成された、請求項17に記載の組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記カテーテル体に接続可能な制御装置をさらに備え、前記制御装置は前記接続回路を備える、請求項18に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記制御装置は、前記組織除去要素の前記計算された角変位を表示するために、前記制御回路に電気的に接続されているディスプレイを備える、請求項18に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル体は、第1の長手方向の本体部分と、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の近位の第2の長手方向の本体部分とを含み、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分は、前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の前記角度位置を調整するために、前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して長さに沿って回転可能であり、
前記組織除去要素は、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分とともに回転するように前記組織除去要素は前記第1の長手方向の本体部分に連結されている、請求項14に記載の組織除去カテーテル。 - 前記第1の長手方向の本体部分に操作可能に接続され、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分を長さに沿って、及び前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して回転させ、前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の前記角度位置を調整するよう構成された角度位置機構をさらに備える、請求項21に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記角度位置決め機構は原動機を備え、前記制御回路は、前記第2の長手方向の本体部分に対して前記第1の長手方向の本体部分に回転を付与するために、前記原動機の操作を制御する前記原動機に操作可能に接続可能な、請求項22に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル体に接続可能な制御装置をさらに備え、前記制御装置は前記接続回路を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の長手方向の本体部分の前記計算された角変位を表示するために、前記制御回路に電気的に接続されているディスプレイを備え、
前記制御装置は、基準角度位置に対して選択された角度位置に前記第1の長手方向の本体部分を回転するよう前記制御回路に命令するために、前記制御回路に電気的に接続されたユーザ入力を備える、請求項23に記載の組織除去カテーテル。
