Claims (9)
- 流体材料の液滴を噴射するための噴射ディスペンサであって、
流体本体部孔を有する流体本体部と、ディスペンシング開口を有するノズルと、を有する流体モジュールと、
流体材料の少なくとも1つの液滴を前記ディスペンシング開口から噴射させるようになっている、前記ノズルのノズル要素面に対向し、且つ、当該ノズル要素面に対して略補償的である先端面を有するプランジャと、
を備え、
前記流体本体部孔は、前記流体材料を流体源から受容するようになっており、
前記プランジャは、前記ディスペンシング開口から離れた引込位置と、前記ノズルに近接するが離れている前方位置と、の間で移動可能であり、
前記流体材料の少なくとも1つの液滴は、前記プランジャが前記引込位置から前記前方位置へ移動する時、前記ディスペンシング開口から噴射される
ことを特徴とする噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記プランジャが前記引込位置から前記前方位置まで移動する時、当該プランジャが前記ノズルに接触することを防止するようになっているストッパ機構
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記ストッパ機構は、前記プランジャに結合されたピストンによって接触される段差部を更に有している
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記プランジャが前記引込位置と前記前方位置との間で移動する距離を調整するようになっているストローク調整機構
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記先端面は、凸形状を有しており、
前記補償的なノズル要素面は、凹形状を有している
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 前記流体本体孔は、前記プランジャが前記ディスペンシング開口から離れるように当該流体本体孔内で移動し始める時に、前記流体材料で充填され始める
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ディスペンサ。 - 流体材料を収容する流体本体部孔を有する流体本体部と、ディスペンシング開口を有するノズルと、を含む流体モジュールを備えた噴射ディスペンサから流体材料の液滴を噴射するための方法であって、
前記ノズルのノズル要素面に対向し、且つ、当該ノズル要素面に対して略補償的である先端面を有するプランジャを、前記ディスペンシング開口に向けて前記流体本体孔内で移動させる工程と、
前記プランジャの前記ディスペンシング開口に向けての運動中に、前記流体本体孔から前記ディスペンシング開口の外側へと前記流体材料の少なくとも1つの液滴を噴射させる工程と、
前記プランジャが前記ノズルに接触する前に当該プランジャを停止させる工程と、
前記プランジャを前記ディスペンシング開口から離れるように前記流体本体孔内で移動させる間に、前記流体本体孔を前記流体材料で引き続いて充填する工程と、
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記プランジャが前記ノズルに接触する前に前記プランジャを停止させる工程は、前記プランジャに結合されたピストンを段差部に対して停止させる工程
を更に有している
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 流体材料を収容する流体本体部孔を有する流体本体部と、ディスペンシング開口を有するノズルと、を含む流体モジュールを備えた噴射ディスペンサから流体材料の液滴を噴射するための方法であって、
前記ノズルのノズル要素面に対向し、且つ、当該ノズル要素面に対して略補償的である先端面を有するプランジャを、第1機構を用いて、前記ディスペンシング開口に向けて前記流体本体孔内で移動させる工程と、
前記プランジャの前記ディスペンシング開口に向けての運動中に、前記流体本体孔から前記ディスペンシング開口の外側へと前記流体材料の少なくとも1つの液滴を噴射させる工程と、
第2機構を用いて、前記プランジャが前記ノズルに接触する前に当該プランジャを停止させる工程と、
前記プランジャを前記ディスペンシング開口から離れるように前記流体本体孔内で移動させ始める間に、前記流体本体孔を前記流体材料で引き続いて充填し始める工程と、
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。
