Claims (5)
- 内側が上向に窪んだ原板型の構造であり、その原板型構造の中心で所定の距離から末端まで弧形に切開されたオープン切開部が設けられた覆い部と、
前記覆い部の内側の中央部に設けられたヒーター部と、
内部に収容空間が設けられた円筒状の形状であり、前記覆い部が覆われた状態で、前記オープン切開部の下部に位置する空間である下部切開部が設けられた胴体部と、
前記胴体部の内側の中央に設けられて回転すると共に、真空ラインが連結されるセンター部と、
前記センター部の側面に前記センター部と連通されるように連結される多数の連結管部と、
前記連結管部のそれぞれの上部に多数に設けられる多数の皿状の成形フレームと、
前記皿状の成形フレームの中央で前記連結管部に連通される真空孔と、
前記オープン切開部と前記下部切開部の周りに沿って位置し、上下に分割されたフレキシブル隔壁を含む偏光レンズフィルムの製造装置。 - 前記センター部は、
設定された角度に回転して、前記オープン切開部と前記下部切開部に異なる前記連結管部及び皿状の成形フレームが露出されるようにした後、設定された時間の間に停止することを繰り返して行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光レンズフィルムの製造装置。 - 前記センター部は、
ステッピングモーターによって回転及び停止を繰り返すか、
モーターによって回転し、前記センター部を加圧する加圧シリンダーによって停止することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の偏光レンズフィルムの製造装置。 - 前記皿状の成形フレームは、前記連結管部に分離可能に連結され、サイズまたは曲率が異なる成形フレームに交替され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光レンズフィルムの製造装置。
- 前記連結管部は前記センター部に分離可能に連結され、サイズまたは曲率が異なる成形フレームを同時に交替できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の偏光レンズフィルムの製造装置。
