Description
Claims (20)
- 流体の流れを制御するための装置であって、前記装置は、
流体供給源と;
前記流体供給源と連結した流体供給ラインであって、前記流体供給ラインを通した流体供給はオン又はオフにすることができる、流体供給ラインと;
下流供給ラインと;
下流供給ラインより前に固定された単一部品の三方弾性バルブであって、前記弾性バルブは、
可動な第一の壁であって、前記流体供給がオンであるとき第一の位置、及び前記流体供給がオフであるとき第二の位置を有する、可動な第一の壁と、
前記可動な第一の壁に接続された第二の壁であって、前記第一の壁が前記第一の位置にあるとき排水封止面と係合する第二の壁と
を含む、単一部品の三方弾性バルブと;
前記弾性バルブの前記可動な第一の壁が前記第二の位置にあるとき前記下流供給ラインに流体連結する排水口と
を含む、装置。 - 前記単一部品の三方弾性バルブが、外側フランジ部分、内面部分、及び前記外側フランジ部分と前記内面部分との間のヒンジ部分を含む、請求項1に記載の流体の流れを制御するための装置。
- 前記内面部分が、前面と、背面と、前記内面部分の前記背面から下流に延在する壁とを含む、請求項2に記載の流体の流れを制御するための装置。
- 前記壁が環の形状である、請求項3に記載の流体の流れを制御するための装置。
- 前記壁が環の形状でない、請求項3に記載の流体の流れを制御するための装置。
- 前記排水口が、前記下流供給ラインと流体連結した単一の孔である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記排水口が、前記下流供給ラインと流体連結した複数の孔である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記排水口が前記下流供給ラインと一体的である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記排水口が前記流体供給ラインと一体的である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記排水口が、前記流体供給ライン及び前記下流供給ラインへと接続された排水コンポーネントの一部である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 固体化学製品への流体の流れを制御する方法であって、前記方法は、
流体供給ラインへの流体供給をオンにすることと;
前記流体供給ラインの上流部分と前記流体供給ラインの下流部分との間に固定された弾性バルブを変形させることであって、前記弾性バルブの変形が排水経路を封止する、ことと;
前記流体供給ラインへの流体供給をオフにすることと;
前記弾性バルブが元の位置に戻ることを可能にすることによって前記排水経路を開くことと;
前記流体供給ラインの前記下流部分から過剰な流体を排出することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記排水経路が排水コンポーネントに含まれる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記流体供給ラインの前記上流部分を前記排水コンポーネントの第一の面に固定することと、前記流体供給ラインの前記下流部分を前記排水コンポーネントの第二の面に固定することとによって前記流体供給ラインを組み立てることを含む、請求項12に記載の流体の流れを制御する方法。
- 前記流体供給ラインを組み立てる前に前記弾性バルブを前記排水コンポーネント内に挿入する、請求項13に記載の流体の流れを制御する方法。
- 前記弾性バルブを前記排水コンポーネント内に挿入すると前記弾性バルブ自身が中央に位置する、請求項14に記載の流体の流れを制御する方法。
- 固体化学製品を流体に溶解することによって溶液を生ずるためのディスペンサーシステムであって、前記ディスペンサーシステムは、
ディスペンサーハウジングと;
流体供給源に接続された流体入口と;
製品支持格子と;
前記製品支持格子上に支持された固体化学製品と;
前記流体入口と連通した上流部分、及び流体を前記固体化学製品の方へ導く下流部分を含む流体供給ラインであって、前記流体供給ラインを通した流体供給はオン又はオフにすることができる、流体供給ラインと;
前記流体供給ラインと流体連結した排水コンポーネントと
を含み、前記排水コンポーネントは、
排水口へと導く排水チャネルであって、前記排水チャネルは内壁及び外壁によって画定され、前記内壁は封止面を含む、排水チャネルと;
単一部品の三方弾性バルブと
を含み、前記弾性バルブは、
可動な第一の壁であって、前記流体供給がオンであるとき第一の位置、及び前記流体供給がオフであるとき第二の位置を有する、可動な第一の壁と;
前記可動な第一の壁に接続された第二の壁であって、前記第一の壁が前記第一の位置にあるとき排水封止面と係合する第二の壁と
を含む、
ディスペンサーシステム。 - 前記弾性バルブが開口部を含む、請求項16に記載のディスペンサーシステム。
- 前記開口部が円形である、請求項17に記載のディスペンサーシステム。
- 前記開口部が、円形の中心部と、半径方向に延在するスロットとを含む、請求項17に記載のディスペンサーシステム。
- 前記弾性バルブがフルオロエラストマーから構成される、請求項16に記載のディスペンサーシステム。
