Claims (11)
- バルブハウジングと、前記バルブハウジングに導入される複数の機能部とを備え、前記複数の機能部の一つが、開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能な弁体(5)を有する抽気弁(6)である加圧ガス容器(2)用のバルブ装置(4)であって、
少なくとも部分的に前記弁体(5)を開位置に移動する手動式作動部(12)が設けられることを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ装置(4)であって、
前記弁体(5)は、電磁式作動装置(7)と、前記閉位置に前記弁体(5)を移動させる復元バネ(8)とを有することを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバルブ装置(4)であって、
前記弁体(5)は、前記抽気弁(6)のピストンとして設計されることを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 請求項1、請求項2及び請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ装置(4)であって、
前記手動式作動部(12)はネジ山(14)を有し、回転運動は、弁体(5)の方向における前記手動式作動部(12)の軸方向運動に変換されることを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 請求項4に記載のバルブ装置(4)であって、
前記ネジ山(14)は、その内部に回動可能ピン(21)を有するスリーブ(19)の外側に形成され、前記ピン(21)は、軸方向ストッパを介して前記スリーブ(19)に連結されることを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ装置(4)であって、
前記手動式作動部(12)はストッパ(17)を有し、1つの所定の軸方向通路のみが可能となることを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 請求項6に記載のバルブ装置(4)であって、
前記1つの所定の軸方向通路は、前記弁体(5)の1ストロークのみを可能とし、該1ストロークは、ガスを抜くための前記弁体(5)の通常開弁中のストロークよりも小さく、特に1mm未満であることを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ装置(4)であって、
前記手動式作動部(12)は、ツールを収容するためのメカニカルインタフェース(15)を有することを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ装置(4)であって、
前記手動式作動部(12)は、ラジアルシール(18)により前記バルブハウジングから封止されることを特徴とするバルブ装置。 - 600バールよりも大きい公称圧力で水素を貯蔵する加圧ガス容器(2)用のバルブ装置(4)の使用。
- 請求項10に記載のバルブ装置(4)の使用であって、
前記加圧ガス容器(2)は、燃料電池車両(1)内に水素を貯蔵するために用いられることを特徴とするバルブ装置。
