Claims (10)
- 永久磁石モータであって、
筒状ハウジングと、前記ハウジングの内側面に取り付けた永久磁石と、ブラシとを備えるステータと、
前記ステータに対して回転可能なロータであって、回転軸と、前記回転軸に固定されたロータコアと、前記回転軸に固定されて前記ロータコアに隣接する整流子と、前記ロータコアの磁極に巻き付けかつ前記整流子に電気的に接続されたロータ巻線とを備えるロータとを備え、
前記ステータの前記ブラシは前記整流子に滑り接触し、前記ハウジングの外径に対する前記ロータコアの外径の比が60%から85%であり、ロータ巻線の線径が0.12mmから0.23mmである、ことを特徴とする永久磁石モータ。 - 前記ハウジングの前記外径に対する前記ロータコアの前記外径の比は、66%から80%である、請求項1に記載の永久磁石モータ。
- 前記永久磁石はフェライト磁石であり、前記フェライト磁石は、残留磁束密度Brが4000Gsから4400Gsであり、固有保磁力Hcjが4000Oeから5000Oeである材料から作る、請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石モータ。
- 前記フェライト磁石は、残留磁束密度Brが4200Gsから4400Gsであり、固有保磁力Hcjが4400Oeから4600Oeである材料から作る、請求項3に記載の永久磁石モータ。
- 前記ハウジングの前記外径は42.6mmであり、前記ロータコアの前記外径は29.5mmであり、前記ロータコアの各磁極の磁極本体の半径方向長さは7mmであり、前記磁極本体の円周方向幅は1.75mmであり、隣接する磁極間の最小空間は1.6mmであり、前記永久磁石モータの出力電力は140ワットである、請求項3又は4に記載の永久磁石モータ。
- 前記永久磁石はNdFeB磁石であり、前記NdFeB磁石は、最大磁気エネルギ積BHmaxが68kJ/m3から80kJ/m3であり、残留磁束密度Brが6500Gsから7000Gsであり、固有保磁力Hcjが680kA/mから800kA/mである材料で作る、請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石モータ。
- 前記ハウジングの前記外径は35.7mmであり、前記ロータコアの前記外径は27.5mmであり、前記ロータコアの各磁極の磁極本体の半径方向長さは6.2mmであり、前記磁極本体の円周方向幅は1.5mmであり、隣接する磁極間の最小空間は1.6mmであり、前記永久磁石モータの出力電力は100ワットである、請求項6に記載の永久磁石モータ。
- 前記永久磁石モータの定格出力電力は100ワットから200ワットであり、前記永久磁石モータの電力密度は260W/kgから480W/kgである、請求項1〜7の何れか1つに記載の永久磁石モータ。
- 100Vから240Vの交流電力から整流器及び電解コンデンサによって変換された高電圧直流電力を受け取り、又は100Vから340Vの高電圧直流電力を受け取るための電気接続端子をさらに備える、請求項1〜8の何れか1つに記載の永久磁石モータ。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか1つに記載の前記永久磁石モータを備える、ことを特徴とする家庭電化製品。
