Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る空気誘導キャップ10は、空気の流れを底面側の通孔に導くための空気誘導キャップであって、水平面に対して上向きに傾斜した上面20と、前記上面の縁部のうち前記空気が入り込む入口側の縁部を除く残りの縁部に沿って下方に延設された壁面30とを備え、前記空気誘導キャップ10が前記通孔を囲繞するように燃焼ダクト組立体の上に結合される。

Description
本発明の実施形態について説明するに当たって、当業者であれば明らかに理解可能な公知の構成についての説明は、本発明の要旨を曖昧にしないために省略される。また、各図面の構成要素に参照符号を付するに当たって、同じ構成要素に対してはたとえ他の図面の上に表示されているとしてもできる限り同じ符号を付し、図面を参照するときには、図示の線の太さや構成要素の大きさなどが説明の明瞭性及び便宜性のために誇張されて示されているということを考慮しなければならない。
第一に、空気誘導キャップ10に配設された突出部材40を通孔7に嵌め込むことにより、通孔7に対する空気誘導キャップ10の位置合わせ作業を誤差なしに正確に且つ手軽に行うことができる。一旦通孔7に突出部材40を嵌め込むと、作業者は空気誘導キャップ10の入口の方向のみを調整して溶接などを用いて固定すればよい。このような便利性は、多数の空気誘導キャップ10を一々に燃焼ダクトの表面に取り付ける作業を行うに当たって、かなりの作業効率の向上をもたらす。

Claims (11)
- 空気の流れを底面側の通孔に導くための空気誘導キャップであって、
水平面に対して上向きに傾斜した上面と、
前記上面の縁部のうち前記空気が入り込む入口側の縁部を除く残りの縁部に沿って下方に延設された壁面と、
を備える空気誘導キャップ。 - 前記上面の入口の反対側の背面の縁部は、円弧をなす請求項1に記載の空気誘導キャップ。
- 前記上面の入口の反対側の背面の縁部は、半円をなす請求項2に記載の空気誘導キャップ。
- 前記上面の入口側の縁部の両端から延びる前記壁面の縁部は、外側に向かって傾斜するように形成される請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の空気誘導キャップ。
- 前記上面の水平面に対する正射影内に前記通孔が収容される大きさに前記上面が形成される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の空気誘導キャップ。
- 前記壁面の入口の反対側の背面の縁部から下方に延設されて前記通孔に嵌め込まれる突出部材をさらに備える請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の空気誘導キャップ。
- 前記突出部材は、前記通孔の内周面に密着される請求項6に記載の空気誘導キャップ。
- 前記突出部材は、パイプ又はパイプの一部を切り欠いた形状である請求項6または7に記載の空気誘導キャップ。
- 空気が表面を流れ、前記空気が流入する複数の通孔が形成されたガスタービンの燃焼ダクトと、
水平面に対して上向きに傾斜した上面と、前記上面の縁部のうち前記空気が入り込む入口側の縁部を除く残りの縁部に沿って下方に延設された壁面と、を有する複数の空気誘導キャップと、
を備え、前記複数の空気誘導キャップのうち一つの空気誘導キャップが前記複数の通孔のうち一つの通孔を囲繞するように前記燃焼ダクトの上に結合された燃焼ダクト。 - 前記空気の流れに沿う方向に配列された複数の空気誘導キャップは、前記空気の流れの下流に進むにつれてその高さが大きくなる請求項9に記載の燃焼ダクト。
- 前記燃焼ダクトは、スリーブである請求項9または10に記載の燃焼ダクト。
