Description

The present invention relates to a charging device that charges an article to be stacked, and further relates to a packaging machine including the charging device.

For example, many packaging machines have been proposed in which a soup bag, which is an appendage in which soup is enclosed, is stacked on instant noodles, which are to be packaged, and the appendage is transported together with the package to be a single package.

By the way, in recent years, the contents of the accessories are not limited to soups and have been diversified, and a plurality of (multiple types) appendages enclosing different contents are stacked on top of each other, and these are further stacked on the package. In many cases, a single package is used.

In such a case, the attachments may be displaced from each other during transportation of the article to be packaged and the appendage, and the appendage may come off the article to be packaged. Then, in order to make the package and the plurality of appendages into one package, for example, when pillow wrapping, there is a problem that the appendage is bitten into the seal portion.

Therefore, in recent years, during transportation of the packaged goods and the plurality of attachments, the attachments are charged by discharging from the electrodes provided in the charging device, thereby suppressing the positional deviation between the attachments. Yes.

However, it is pointed out that the conventional charging device simply discharges from the electrode, so that sufficient charging cannot be performed to suppress the displacement between the plurality of appendages.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a charging device capable of sufficiently charging a plurality of appendages by efficiently charging a plurality of appendages attached to the package, and a packaging machine including the charging device. It features a wall.

According to the charging device of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the charge ions generated by the discharge from the electrode are supplied to the power receiving guide member in a state where diffusion is suppressed by the insulating guide wall. The appendage of the group of objects to be packaged between the members can be charged efficiently.

In the charging device according to the aspect of the invention, the group of objects to be packaged is conveyed by being pushed toward the packaging portion by a pressing member protruding upward from the power receiving guide member side, and the electrode is the pressing member However, it is possible to adopt a configuration that is arranged at a position avoiding the upper side.

According to the said structure, after the electrode is arrange | positioned in the position which does not interfere with a movement of a pressing member, the appendage of the to-be-packaged goods group can be charged.

In the charging device of the present invention, the power receiving guide member includes a plurality of power receiving rod-shaped members, the power receiving rod-shaped members are spaced apart from each other in the width direction, and are arranged so that the longitudinal direction is along the conveying direction. The member can employ a structure inserted between the power receiving rod-shaped members adjacent in the width direction.

According to the said structure, if waste generate | occur | produces from the to-be-packaged goods group, waste will be dropped from between the power receiving bowl-shaped members.

In the charging device of the present invention, a configuration in which a pressurizing unit that pressurizes so as to increase the contact area between the appendages can be employed on the upstream side in the transport direction with respect to the electrode.

According to the above configuration, by increasing the contact area between the appendages by the pressurizing means, the amount of charge increases accordingly.

A packaging machine according to the present invention includes a charging device according to any one of the above, and a packaged object group that is disposed on the downstream side in the transport direction with respect to the charging device, and in which a plurality of appendages are stacked on the packaged product. And a packaging unit for packaging in one package.

According to the charging device and the packaging machine provided with the charging device of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently charge a plurality of attachments and to provide an electrostatic force sufficient to suppress the positional displacement between the attachments. It becomes.

The positions of the pressing regions 15a and 15a are the height of the conveyance path 4A, the thickness of the instant noodle 9, the standard thickness of the liquid soup bag 10, the powder soup bag 11, and the ingredient bag 12 (the deformation is changed in each small bag). (Thickness in the smallest state). Further, the positions of the pressing areas 15 a and 15 a are set to be slightly higher than the upper end position of the pressing piece 8 </ b> B of the attachment 8. The moving speeds of the presser belts 15 and 15 are set equal to the transport speed of the transport conveyor 4 in the press areas 15a and 15a.

The charging device 2 has a function of charging the surface of the sachet while it is being transported toward the packaging unit 7 for packaging the group 3 to be packaged in one package 16 (see FIG. 1).

The guide wall 19 extends in the middle in the width direction of each of the support arms 22 and 22 and extends vertically outward from the upper ends of the vertical wall portions 24 and 24 along the vertical direction and from the upper ends of the vertical wall portions 24 and 24. Flat side wall portions 25, 25 are provided. The guide wall 19 is made of an insulating material (in this case, synthetic resin).

The vertical wall portions 24, 24 are arranged on the outer side in the width direction with respect to the power receiving rod-shaped member 18. The separation width of the planar facing surfaces 24a, 24a facing each other in the width direction between the vertical wall portions 24, 24 is set slightly larger than the width of the instant noodles 9. The lower end surfaces 24b, 24b of the vertical wall portions 24, 24 are arranged so as to be positioned slightly above the power receiving rod-shaped member 18 (the upper end thereof). With this configuration, in a state where the group 3 (instant noodles 9) to be packaged is placed on the upper end of the power receiving bowl-shaped member 18, a part of the lower portion of the instant noodles 9 is the lower end surface 24b of the vertical wall portions 24 and 24. , 24b (from the opposing surfaces 24a, 24a) is deviated downward.

Since the packaging part 7 is a general structure, an outline is demonstrated. The packaging unit 7 includes a homer unit 27 that covers the package group 3 with the packaging film 26, and a vertical seal formation unit 28 that applies a vertical seal (not shown) to the packaging film 26 that covers the package group 3. A horizontal seal forming portion 30 for applying a horizontal seal 29 on both front and rear sides of the packaging film 26 to which a vertical seal has been applied, and a horizontal seal 29 provided by the horizontal seal forming portion 30 to form one package 16. The packaged product group 3 is provided with a delivery unit 31 for delivering the packaged product group 3 to the next process.

In the conveyance path 4A excluding the charging device 2, metal (for example, stainless steel) vertical walls (not shown) are arranged on both sides in the width direction of the conveyance path 4A. The positioning in the width direction of the transport path 4A is performed by the vertical wall.

In the packaging machine 1 configured as described above, the following steps (1) to (6) are performed to form the package 16. In addition, as mentioned above, in this embodiment, in the liquid soup bag 10, the powder soup bag 11, and the ingredient bag 12, the material of the bag body which has enclosed each content part is an aluminum foil and an aluminum vapor deposition film, respectively. A resin film not containing aluminum is used.

(1) The instant noodles 9 supplied to the starting end of the transport path 4A of the transport conveyor 4 are sequentially transported in the transport direction S by the movement of the attachment 8 accompanying the drive of the transport conveyor 4,
(2) The liquid soup bag 10, the powder soup bag 11, and the ingredient bag 12 are sequentially placed on the upper surface 9 a of the instant noodle 9 by the drive of the supply unit 5 while being transported on the transport path 4 </ b> A by the movement of the attachment 8. The packaged object group 3 is sequentially formed (packaged object group forming step),
(3) While the package group 3 is conveyed by the movement of the attachment 8, the sachets of the package group 3 are sequentially pressed downward by the pressing device 13 of the pressurizing unit 6 (pressing step).
(4) While the package group 3 is being conveyed by the movement of the attachment 8, the sachet of each package group 3 is charged by the charging device 2 (charging process),
(5) The package group 3 is sequentially covered with the packaging film 26 in the homer portion 27 of the packaging unit 7, the vertical seal is formed on the packaging film 26 in the vertical seal forming unit 28, and the packaging film 26 is formed in the horizontal seal forming unit 30. The side seal 29 is applied to the package 16 to form the package 16 (packaging body forming step), and the package 16 is sent out from the sending unit 31 for the next step.

In the steps (1) to (5), in the packaged object group forming step (2), each sachet has a first sachet supply unit 51, a second sachet supply unit 52, and a third sachet supply unit 53. The inclined supply surfaces 51a, 52a, 53a are supplied so as to overlap the upper surface 9a of the instant noodle 9 in the order described above. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the first pouch supply unit 51, the second pouch supply unit 52, and the first pouch supply unit 51 are placed on the substantially central portion of the upper surface 9 a of the instant noodle 9. The supply timing of each small bag from the three small bag supply part 53 is set.

By the way, in the state where the sachets are stacked on the upper surface 9a of the instant noodles 9, not all of the sachets have a smooth flat shape. In other words, the state of the sachet is basically a flat shape but varies. For example, the uppermost pouch may be partly bent at an obtuse angle to create a large space with the lower pouch (see FIG. 2 (a)).

The pressing step (3) is a step of pressing the plurality of sachets stacked on the upper surface 9a of the instant noodle 9 downward regardless of the shape thereof. As described above, in the presser belts 15 and 15 of the pressing device 13, the positions of the pressing regions 15 a and 15 a are the height of the package group 3 on the upstream side of the pressing device 13 from the conveyance path 4 </ b> A. It is set at a slightly lower position than Therefore, the plurality of sachets are pressed downward by the pressing regions 15a and 15a at positions closer to both sides in the width direction as shown in FIG.

By pressing the plurality of sachets from above, the sachets are corrected so as to be smooth and flat regardless of their shapes. When the sachet is corrected to be flat, the contact area between the sachets that are adjacent to each other in the vertical direction becomes larger than the contact area in the supply process (see FIG. 2B).

Since the moving speeds of the presser belts 15 and 15 are set to be equal to the transport speed of the transport conveyor 4 in the press areas 15a and 15a, it is assumed that a plurality of sachets are pressed by the press areas 15a and 15a. In addition, in the package group 3, the positional shift between the pouches hardly occurs. In addition, since the positions of the pressing areas 15a and 15a are set slightly higher than the upper end position of the pressing piece 8B of the attachment 8, the pressing areas 15a and 15a do not interfere with the movement of the attachment 8.

The package group 3 whose sachets are pressed in the pressing step is transported in the transport direction by the movement of the attachment 8 and reaches the charging device 2. In the charging device 2, as shown in FIG. 5, the instant noodles 9 of the package group 3 are transferred to the power receiving bowl-shaped member 18. The push piece 8B of the attachment 8 is inserted between the support arms 22 and 22 and moved in the transport direction S, the package group 3 is pushed in the transport direction by the push piece 8B, and the package group 3 is laterally moved. While being guided by the vertical wall portions 24, 24, the transport path 4 </ b> A (the upper end of the power receiving saddle member 18) is moved in the transport direction S.

When the group 3 to be packaged moves in the conveyance direction S, the group 3 to be packaged is guided by the power receiving bowl-shaped member 18, and the power receiving bowl-shaped members 18 are spaced apart from each other in the width direction. For this reason, for example, even if scraps of the instant noodles 9 are generated during the movement of the group 3 to be packaged, the scraps fall from between the power receiving bowl-shaped members 18 and the like.

In the charging step (4), for example, minus 30 KV is set as the amount of static electricity discharged from the electrode 17. Such a discharge based on the amount of static electricity is applied from the lower end of the electrode 17 to the package group 3 conveyed under the electrode 17.

Since the charging device 2 includes the insulating guide wall 19, static electricity due to discharge from the electrode 17 is mainly suppressed in a state where diffusion is suppressed by the insulating guide wall 19, particularly the vertical wall portions 24 and 24. Power is received by the power receiving rod-shaped member 18. For this reason, the surface of the sachet of the package group 3 (the surface of the bag body in which the contents are enclosed) passing between the electrode 17 and the power receiving rod-shaped member 18, that is, the passage of the charged ions, is efficiently charged. (See symbol e in FIG. 2C). It is known that the instant noodles 9 are not easily charged.

Since the diffusion of the charge ions is suppressed by the vertical wall portions 24, 24, the surface of the sachet can be charged with a sufficient amount of charge ions to suppress the positional deviation in the transport direction S between the sachets. it can. The above-described discharge from the electrode 17 is performed for each packaged product group 3 that has been conveyed directly below the electrode 17. Note that the positional deviation between the pouches is also suppressed in the width direction by charging.

Since the electrode 17 is disposed above the package group 3 to be conveyed and is disposed above the upper end of the pressing piece 8B of the attachment 8 so as not to contact the attachment 8, the electrode 17 is conveyed. It does not obstruct the movement of the incoming package group 3 and does not obstruct the movement of the attachment 8.

A pressing process is set as a pre-process of the charging process, and in the pressing process, the contact area between adjacent pouches adjacent in the vertical direction (contact area between the bag bodies) is large. As described above, when the contact area of the pouch is large, the charging area is increased by that amount, and the position shift in the transport direction S and the position shift in the width direction of the pouches can be suppressed more reliably.

The ingredient bag 12 placed on the top of the sachets is generally lighter than the liquid soup bag 10 and the powder soup bag 11, and placed on the top so that the liquid soup bag 10 and the powder soup bag. Since it does not receive the weight of 11, it is easy to move. However, a resin film that does not contain aluminum is used as the material of the bag body of the material bag 12, which is easily charged. For this reason, especially the position shift with respect to the powder soup bag 11 of the ingredient bag 12 is suppressed.

In a state where the positional deviation in the transport direction S between the sachets is reliably suppressed, the package group 3 proceeds to the package forming process. In the packaging body forming step, the packaging film 26 is longitudinally sealed, and the lateral sealing forming section 30 performs the lateral sealing 29 on the packaging film 26 to form the packaging body 16. And in the stage before shifting to the packaging body forming step, the displacement in the transport direction S between the sachets in the package group 3 is suppressed by the electrostatic force (attraction), and each sachet is made of the instant noodle 9 It does not deviate from the upper surface 9a (the center of the upper surface 9a). For this reason, in particular, when the lateral seal 29 is applied to the packaging film 26, it is possible to reliably prevent the inconvenience that the sachet enters the lateral seal 29.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. The same applies to the specific configuration of each part. In the said embodiment, the case where the small package was supplied to the upper surface 9a of the instant noodle 9 in the conveyance path 4A, and the to-be-packaged goods group 3 was formed was illustrated. However, the packaging machine 1 of the present invention can also be applied to the case where the group 3 to be packaged is formed by supplying a small bag to the conveyance path 4A first and then placing the instant noodle 9 on the small bag.

In the said embodiment, the instant noodle 9 was the dried noodle which is a packaged object, and illustrated the case where it formed in the substantially rectangular parallelepiped plate shape. However, the instant noodles 9 may be formed in a disk shape. Even in this case, when the lateral seal 29 is applied to the packaging film 26, the inconvenience that the sachet enters the lateral seal 29 is ensured. Can be prevented.

In the above embodiment, the instant noodle 9 is not packaged, and the case where the noodle is exposed is described. However, for example, when the instant noodles 9 are packaged with a resin film, the package is also charged by the charging device 2 of the present invention.

In the said embodiment, the structure provided with the several power receiving rod-shaped member 18 was illustrated as a power receiving guide member. However, the power reception guide member may be formed in a plate shape having conductivity. Moreover, it can be set as a power receiving guide member with a plurality of hook-shaped guide members and a power receiving member (for example, a power receiving needle) disposed on the lower side of the guide member separately from the guide members.

In the said embodiment, the case where the perpendicular | vertical distance between the lower side front end of the electrode 17 and the upper end of the power receiving rod-shaped member 18 was set to 70 mm was illustrated. However, this vertical distance can be set smaller than 70 mm on the condition that a sufficient amount of charge can be applied to the pouch based on the voltage applied to the electrode 17. In the said embodiment, the case where the perpendicular | vertical distance between the lower end of the electrode 17 and the uppermost material bag 12 was set to about 30 mm was illustrated. However, this vertical distance can also be set smaller than 30 mm on the condition that a sufficient amount of charge can be applied to the pouch based on the voltage applied to the electrode 17.

In the said embodiment, although the lamination | stacking order of the sachet was illustrated as the liquid soup bag 10, the powder soup bag 11, and the ingredient bag 12, the lamination | stacking order of a sachet is not specifically limited, The content is also not specifically limited.
