Claims (6)
- 空間を形成する筒状のケーシングと、
前記ケーシングとの間に隙間を有して前記ケーシングの前記空間内に設けられたモータと、
前記モータから下流に向かって延び、前記モータの回転駆動力を出力するための回転軸と、
前記モータの下流において、前記回転軸に固定され、作動流体を圧縮する羽根車と、
前記隙間に設けられ、前記羽根車の回転により前記隙間を通過して前記羽根車に向かう作動流体に対し旋回成分を与えるように構成された第1案内羽根と、を備え、
前記ケーシングには、前記空間のうち前記羽根車と前記第1案内羽根との間に位置する部分に向かって開口し、作動流体の液分を排出するための第1排液孔が形成されていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記ケーシングは、前記羽根車への作動流体の入口となる流入口を形成し、
前記モータの外径は、前記流入口の入口径よりも大きく構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記ケーシングには、前記第1排液孔が形成された位置よりも作動流体の流れの下流側に、前記空間に向かって開口し、作動流体の液分を排出するための第2排液孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ケーシングは、前記羽根車への作動流体の入口となる流入口を形成し、
前記モータの外径は、前記流入口の入口径よりも大きく構成され、
前記ケーシングのうち前記モータを収容する部分の内径は、前記流入口の前記入口径よりも大きく構成され、前記ケーシングは、前記モータを収容する部分から前記流入口に向かうにつれて前記回転軸に近づく傾斜面を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧縮機。 - 第1排液孔および第2排液孔は、それぞれ、作動流体の液分を収容する液分収容孔と、前記液分収容孔に収容した液分を前記ケーシングの外部に排出する排液ポートとにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ケーシングの前記羽根車への作動流体の入口となる流入口部分には、作動流体の旋回成分を低減するための第2案内羽根が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機。
