Abstract

Description
RF差動信号を受けるように構成されたプローブ無線周波数(RF)コネクタと、
試験接続アセンブリと、
上記プローブRFコネクタと上記試験接続アセンブリとの間で上記RF差動信号を伝送するように構成された同軸ケーブルと
を具え、
該同軸ケーブルが、
上記RF差動信号を伝送するためのケーブルと、
該ケーブルの長さに沿って配置され、上記RF差動信号をコモン・モード干渉から絶縁するように構成された複数の磁気部品とを含んでいる。
上記差動信号を受けるよう構成されるRFコネクタと、
上記プローブRFコネクタ及び上記ケーブルに電気的に結合されるアッテネータと
を有している。
上記RF差動信号の信号を伝送するための絶縁スリーブで周りを囲まれた中心導体と、
上記RF差動信号の基準信号を伝送するための絶縁スリーブの周りを囲む基準導体とを有し、
上記磁気部品の少なくとも1つが上記基準導体に当接する。
RF(無線周波数)差動信号の信号を伝送するように構成された長さ及び直径のある中心導体と、
上記RF差動信号の基準信号を伝送するように構成された長さ及び直径のある基準導体と、
上記基準導体の長さ及び上記中心導体の長さに沿って配置され、上記RF差動信号をコモン・モード干渉から絶縁する複数の磁気リングであって、上記中心導体の周り及び上記基準導体の周りに夫々配置され、互いに隙間によって離間される複数の上記磁気リングと、
上記磁気リングの間の上記隙間に配置された複数のエラストマ部品と
を具えている。

Claims (3)
- RF差動信号を受けるように構成されたプローブ無線周波数(RF)コネクタと、
試験接続アセンブリと、
上記プローブRFコネクタと上記試験接続アセンブリとの間で上記RF差動信号を伝送するように構成された同軸ケーブルと
を具え、
該同軸ケーブルが、
上記RF差動信号を伝送するためのケーブルと、
該ケーブルの長さに沿って配置され、上記RF差動信号をコモン・モード干渉から絶縁するように構成された複数の磁気部品とを有するフレキシブル抵抗性チップ・ケーブル・アセンブリ。 - 上記プローブRFコネクタが、
上記差動信号を受けるよう構成されるRFコネクタと、
上記プローブRFコネクタ及び上記ケーブルに電気的に結合されるアッテネータと
を有する請求項1記載のフレキシブル抵抗性チップ・ケーブル・アセンブリ。 - RF(無線周波数)差動信号の信号を伝送するように構成された長さ及び直径のある中心導体と、
上記RF差動信号の基準信号を伝送するように構成された長さ及び直径のある基準導体と、
上記基準導体の長さ及び上記中心導体の長さに沿って配置され、上記RF差動信号をコモン・モード干渉から絶縁する複数の磁気リングであって、上記中心導体の周り及び上記基準導体の周りに夫々配置され、互いに隙間によって離間される複数の上記磁気リングと、
上記磁気リングの間の上記隙間に配置された複数のエラストマ部品と
を具えるケーブル。
