別の記載によれば、連結タブ150の第1部分151、第2部分152および曲折部153は、例えば図5に図示されるように、電池領域S、すなわち、隣接する電池セルの最も外側の側面に接し、それに沿って位置する仮想面によって定義される当該領域すなわち包絡面の内側に位置し、第1部分151、第2部分152および曲折部153は当該包絡面から外部に延在せず、周囲の電池セルによってある程度保護される。回路基板と接続するための電池セル間の空間を使用することによっても、電池パックの構成をよりコンパクト化できる。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも2以上の電池セルと、
前記電池セルの充放電動作を制御するための回路基板と、
前記電池セルと連結され、回路基板に向けて延長され、前記電池セルに最も近接した曲折部が電池セルの電池領域内に位置する連結タブと、を含む電池パック。 - 前記連結タブは、互いに隣接する電池セルを電気的に連結する連結部材から延長され、
前記電池領域は、1つの前記連結部材によって連結された多数の電池セル領域を包括する領域であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記連結タブは、
前記電池セルを電気的に連結するための連結部材から第1方向に向けて延長される第1部分と、
前記曲折部を介して、第1方向と異なる電池セルの長手方向に延長される第2部分と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記連結タブの第1部分は、互いに隣接する電池セルの谷領域を横切って延長されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記連結タブの第2部分は、互いに隣接する電池セルの谷領域内に位置することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記連結部材は、
前記第1方向に沿って互いに隣接する電池セルを並列連結し、
前記第1方向と異なる第2方向に沿って互いに隣接する電池セルを直列連結することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記連結タブは、
前記回路基板に接続される接続部と、
前記第2部分と接続部との間に延長されるリード部と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記連結タブは、一体に形成された金属板を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記連結タブは、前記連結部材と一体に形成された金属板を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記接続部は、前記回路基板に対して直接接続されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記回路基板には、前記接続部が挟まれるための接続ホールが形成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電池パック。
- 前記リード部は、前記第1方向、及び前記第1方向と異なる第2方向を同時に追従するように斜め傾斜角度を有して斜線方向に延長されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記回路基板は、前記第1方向に沿って電池セルの上方に位置することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電池パック。
- 前記連結部材は、
前記電池セルとは互いに異なる第1溶接部及び第2溶接部と、
前記第1溶接部及び第2溶接部の間を横切る切開部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池セルを収容するためのセルホルダをさらに含み、
前記セルホルダは、内部面で電池セルを取り囲み、外部面の上に前記回路基板が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
