Abstract
Description
図1〜図5は本発明に係る内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置の第1実施形態を表したものであり、このバルブタイミング制御装置1は、図示外のクランクシャフトの回転力をもって回転駆動されるスプロケット2と、該スプロケット2に対して相対回転可能に設けられるカムシャフト3と、の間に介装され、所定の油圧給排手段4を通じて作動制御されることによって、これら両者2,3の相対回転位相を変換するものである。
図8は、本発明に係る内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置の参考例を示し、図9は、本発明に係る内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置の第2実施形態を示している。
図10は本発明に係る内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置の参考例を示したものであって、前記第1実施形態に係るロック板31の構成を変更したものである。

Claims (4)
- クランクシャフトから回転力が伝達される駆動回転体と、
前記駆動回転体の内部に収容され、該駆動回転体に対し所定角度の範囲内で相対回転可能に設けられた従動回転体と、
前記駆動回転体に設けられた収容部内を径方向へ進退可能に設けられ、油圧が作用する受圧部を一端に有し、かつ凹状のばね着座部を他端に有する板状の部材であって、前記駆動回転体の回転軸方向において前記ばね着座部及びその両側の範囲の前記駆動回転体に対する摺接面に肉盗み部が設けられ、該肉盗み部は、前記ばね着座部及びその両側の範囲が互いに仕切られているロック板と、
前記ばね着座部に着座可能に設けられ、前記ロック板を前記従動回転体側へ付勢するスプリングと、
前記従動回転体に設けられ、前記駆動回転体に対する前記従動回転体の相対回転位相が所定位相となった際に前記ロック板の一端が係合可能な係合溝と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。 - 前記肉盗み部は、前記ロック板が前記係合溝に係合した状態で前記係合溝と重ならない位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。
- クランクシャフトから回転力が伝達される駆動回転体と、
前記駆動回転体の内部に収容され、該駆動回転体に対し所定角度の範囲内で相対回転可能に設けられた従動回転体と、
前記駆動回転体に設けられた収容部内を径方向へ進退可能に設けられ、油圧が作用する受圧部を一端に有し、かつ凹状のばね着座部を他端に有する板状の部材であって、前記駆動回転体の回転軸方向において前記ばね着座部及びその両側の範囲に中空部が設けられ、該中空部は、前記ばね着座部及びその両側の範囲が互いに仕切られているロック板と、
前記ばね着座部に着座可能に設けられ、前記ロック板を前記従動回転体側へ付勢するスプリングと、
前記従動回転体に設けられ、前記駆動回転体に対する前記従動回転体の相対回転位相が所定位相となった際に前記ロック板の一端が係合可能な係合溝と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。 - 前記中空部は、前記ロック板が前記係合溝に係合した状態で前記係合溝と重ならない位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング制御装置。
