Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for cleaning a piping for additional cooking.
For the additional cooking of the bathtub, the hot water heater having the additional cooking function and the bathtub are connected by the additional cooking pipe. This additional cooking pipe is composed of two pipes: a feed-side pipe for flowing hot water in the bathtub to the water heater, and a return-side pipe for flowing hot water from the water heater toward the bathtub. Composed.
In some cases, the additional cooking pipe is made considerably long as about 10 m, and its inner diameter is about 10 mm, which is a very small diameter. For this reason, with long-term use, filth adheres to the inner wall of the piping for additional cooking, and hinders the flow of hot water. In addition, when the additional cooking is performed, some of the filth attached to the inner wall of the additional cooking pipe is peeled off, and the peeled filth flows into the bathtub, causing discomfort to the bather. Sometimes it ends up. And the adhesion of filth to the inner wall of the piping for additional cooking tends to be promoted more because various bathing agents are often mixed in the bathtub.
For this reason, it is desirable to wash the piping for additional cooking, that is, to remove the dirt attached to the inner wall of the piping for additional cooking. For this reason, in patent document 1, the clean hot water stored in the bathtub is pumped by the pump toward the water heater via the return side pipe, and the hot water passing through the water heater (internal pipe) is sent to the feed side. It has been proposed to perform cleaning using the circulation circuit as it is between the bathtub and the water heater, such as returning from the pipe to the bathtub.
As described in Patent Document 1, cleaning is performed using a circulation circuit between a bathtub and a water heater configured via a re-cooking pipe composed of two pipes as it is. This is preferable in terms of easy supply.
However, it is not preferable to clean the recirculation circuit that is configured between the bathtub and the water heater while the hot water supply circuit is configured, which is a major cause of damaging the water heater. In other words, the water heater is usually equipped with a pump impeller and a flow meter for circulating hot water for additional cooking, but the pump impeller and the flow meter are damaged by the large pressure from the wash water. It becomes easy to end up. In particular, it is conceivable to operate the water heater in order to smoothly pass the wash water in the water heater. In this case, however, the rotation speed will exceed the speed assumed by the pump, causing damage to the pump. In addition to this, the control system parts (for example, the inverter) for controlling the pump may be damaged. As described above, when the parts inside the water heater are damaged by the cleaning, the water heater itself is effectively replaced.
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and its purpose is to provide a cleaning method for additional cooking piping that can clean additional piping without adversely affecting the water heater. There is to do.
In order to achieve the above object, the following solution is adopted in the present invention. That is, as described in claim 1,
A method for cleaning a piping for additional cooking that connects a water heater and a bathtub,
A first step of disconnecting the piping for additional cooking at a connection site to the water heater;
After the first step, the second step of connecting the cleaning pipe to the portion of the additional cooking pipe that has been disconnected from the water heater;
After the second step, a third step of supplying a cleaning liquid into the additional cooking pipe through the cleaning pipe and cleaning the additional cooking pipe;
After the third step, a fourth step of releasing the connection of the cleaning pipe to the additional cooking pipe after cleaning;
After the fourth step, a fifth step of connecting the additional cooking pipe again to the water heater;
It is supposed to be equipped with.
According to the above solution, since the hot water supply pipe is cleaned with the hot water supply pipe disconnected from the additional cooking pipe, it is possible to completely prevent the hot water heater from being adversely affected by the cleaning. it can. Moreover, since the flow of the cleaning liquid in the piping for additional cooking is only one-way flow toward the bathtub, the filth discharged from the piping for additional cooking returns to the piping for additional cooking again. Therefore, it is preferable for effectively cleaning the piping for additional cooking. Furthermore, since the washing | cleaning liquid and filth discharged | emitted from the piping for additional cooking are discharged | emitted in a bathtub, the condition of washing | cleaning and a washing | cleaning effect can be confirmed visually.
A preferred mode based on the above solution is as described in claim 2 and the following. That is,
In the first step, each of the feeding side piping and the return side piping constituting the additional cooking pipe is disconnected at the connection site to the water heater,
In the fifth step, the feed-side pipe and the return-side pipe after washing are connected to the water heater,
(Corresponding to claim 2). In this case, it is preferable to efficiently perform the work by connecting and disconnecting the feed-side piping and the return-side piping to the hot water heater at the same time.
In the third step, after one of the feeding side piping and the return side piping constituting the additional cooking piping is cleaned first, the other piping is cleaned. (Claim 3). In this case, the cleaning status and cleaning effect of the feed-side piping and the return-side piping can be confirmed individually for each piping, which is preferable for sufficiently cleaning each piping.
In the third step, both the feed-side pipe and the return-side pipe constituting the additional cooking pipe are cleaned simultaneously (corresponding to claim 4). In this case, it is preferable for efficiently performing the cleaning operation.
The cleaning in the third step is performed by cleaning with cleaning water containing ozone after cleaning with cleaning water containing detergent (corresponding to claim 5). In this case, it is preferable to sufficiently clean the additional cooking pipe. In particular, a high cleaning effect by detergent cleaning can be obtained, and sterilization and deodorization can be performed while sufficiently removing the detergent remaining in the additional cooking pipe by subsequent ozone cleaning.
The cleaning in the third step includes a first cleaning in which cleaning is performed only with cleaning water, a second cleaning in which cleaning is performed with cleaning water containing ozone after the first cleaning, and a cleaning including a detergent after the second cleaning. The third cleaning is performed by water, and the fourth cleaning is performed by cleaning with cleaning water containing ozone after the third cleaning (corresponding to claim 6). In this case, it is possible to perform washing more sufficiently while obtaining the effect corresponding to the fifth aspect.
The cleaning in the third step is performed in a state where water is stored in the bathtub in advance, and the cleaning liquid and the filth discharged from the additional cooking pipe into the bathtub by cleaning are stored in the bathtub. To temporarily store
After the completion of cleaning of the additional cooking pipe, the outlet of the bathtub is opened, and the liquid containing the filth stored in the bathtub is discharged out of the bathtub.
(Corresponding to claim 7). In this case, it is preferable to easily discharge the cleaning liquid and filth. In particular, since the cleaning liquid and the filth are diluted with the water previously stored in the bathtub, the discharge from the outlet of the bathtub can be performed smoothly.
The cleaning in the third step is performed by pumping the cleaning liquid into the additional cooking pipe with a pressure of 0.3 MPa or less (corresponding to claim 8). In this case, it is possible to satisfy both the improvement of the cleaning effect due to the pumping of the cleaning liquid and the prevention of damage to the additional cooking pipe and the leakage of the seal due to the pumping pressure.
The cleaning in the third step is performed in a plurality of steps,
After the cleaning in the third step is performed in the plurality of steps for any one of the return side piping and the sending side piping, the other piping is cleaned in the plurality of steps.
(Corresponding to claim 9). In this case, after each pipe is cleaned in a plurality of steps, the other pipe is cleaned in a plurality of steps, which is preferable for sufficiently obtaining the effect corresponding to the third aspect.
According to the present invention, it is possible to clean the additional cooking pipe without adversely affecting the water heater.

Next, the cleaning method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the process diagram of FIG. First, in step SB,
In step S2, as shown in FIG. 2, the cleaning pipe 30 (
In step S3, as will be described later, the cleaning liquid is supplied into the
Cleaning is performed as follows. First, the switching
In the following description, a case where the
When the sending
After the cleaning of the
After the cleaning of the
Finally, as shown in step S6, the
Although the embodiments have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and appropriate modifications can be made within the scope of the claims. When the cleaning of the
Instead of providing the

In other words, the water heater is usually equipped with a pump impeller and a flow meter for circulating hot water for additional cooking. It becomes easy to end up. In particular, it is conceivable to operate the water heater in order to smoothly pass the wash water in the water heater.
That is, as described in claim 1,
A method for cleaning a piping for additional cooking that connects a water heater and a bathtub,
A first step of disconnecting the piping for additional cooking at a connection site to the water heater;
After the first step, the second step of connecting the cleaning pipe to the portion of the additional cooking pipe that has been disconnected from the water heater;
After the second step, a third step of supplying a cleaning liquid into the additional cooking pipe through the cleaning pipe and cleaning the additional cooking pipe;
After the third step, a fourth step of releasing the connection of the cleaning pipe to the additional cooking pipe after cleaning;
After the fourth step, a fifth step of connecting the additional cooking pipe again to the water heater;
Bei to give a,
The cleaning in the third step is performed by cleaning with cleaning water containing ozone after cleaning with cleaning water including detergent,
The cleaning in the third step is performed in a state where water is stored in the bathtub in advance, and the cleaning liquid and the filth discharged from the additional cooking pipe into the bathtub by cleaning are stored in the bathtub. To temporarily store
After the completion of cleaning of the additional cooking pipe, the outlet of the bathtub is opened, and the liquid containing the filth stored in the bathtub is discharged out of the bathtub.
It is like that.
In addition to the above, it is preferable for sufficient cleaning of the additional cooking pipe, and in particular, a high cleaning effect by detergent cleaning can be obtained, and the detergent remaining in the additional cooking pipe can be obtained by subsequent ozone cleaning. It can be sterilized and deodorized while being sufficiently removed. Furthermore, it is preferable for easily discharging the cleaning liquid and filth, and in particular, since the cleaning liquid and filth are diluted by the water stored in the bathtub in advance, the discharge from the bathtub outlet can be smoothly performed. it can.
The cleaning in the third step includes a first cleaning in which cleaning is performed only with cleaning water, a second cleaning in which cleaning is performed with cleaning water containing ozone after the first cleaning, and a cleaning including a detergent after the second cleaning. The third cleaning is performed with water, and the fourth cleaning is performed with cleaning with ozone-containing cleaning water after the third cleaning (corresponding to claim 5 ). In this case, it is possible to perform washing more sufficiently while obtaining the effect corresponding to the fifth aspect.
The cleaning in the third step is performed by pumping the cleaning liquid into the additional cooking pipe with a pressure of 0.3 MPa or less (corresponding to claim 6 ).
(Corresponding to claim 7 ).

In FIG. 2, the cleaning

The various devices are disposed in the
Next, the cleaning method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the process diagram of FIG. First, in step SB,
In step S2, as shown in FIG. 2, the cleaning pipe 30 (
In step S3, as will be described later, the cleaning liquid is supplied into the
Cleaning is performed as follows. First, the switching
In the following description, a case where the
When the sending
After the cleaning of the
After the cleaning of the
Finally, as shown in step S6, the
Although the embodiments have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and appropriate modifications can be made within the scope of the claims. When the cleaning of the
Instead of providing the
