Description

The present invention relates to a method for cleaning the inside of piping of a dental medical device.
As a dental medical device, in particular, a water supply device for gargle for a patient undergoing dental treatment to rinse the inside of the oral cavity and various instruments (for example, an air turbine, a micro engine, a scaler, a syringe, etc.) used for dental treatment. It is equipped.

A medical device used for dentistry is composed of a dental medical chair where a patient is seated or laid down to receive medical care, various instruments connected to the medical chair, and gargle devices for the patient. Yes.
Examples of the instrument include an air turbine handpiece and a micro engine used for tooth cutting, a scaler for removing plaque, and a water syringe for injecting clean water for cleaning the oral cavity of a patient. These instruments incorporate water injection means for injecting cooling water for cooling the tooth cutting portion. Water used for cooling is sprayed from the water supply source through the water supply piping in the apparatus toward the treatment site of the teeth from the tips of these instruments.

After dental treatment with the use of these instruments, the water supplied from the water source will remain in the instrument and in the water supply piping, but the water will stay for a long time, such as during a dental clinic holiday. In some cases, or when the water temperature stays at a high temperature such as in the summer high temperature period, there is a possibility that bacteria may propagate in the water supply pipe or a biofilm may be generated. In particular, if the device is not used for a long period of time, bacteria and the like are generated in the instrument and in the water remaining in the pipe leading to the water supply pipe for supplying water to the instrument. The problem of clogging in the water supply piping occurs.
When bacteria propagate in the water supply pipe or biofilms are generated in this way, bacteria enter the treatment site of the patient and the water sprayed into the mouth, so that the bacteria enter the treatment site of the dental treatment patient and cause inflammation. May cause such as.

Therefore, various sterilization methods have been proposed to sterilize bacteria in the water supply pipe. Among them, as a method that has a large sterilizing effect on the water in the water supply pipe and is low in cost, an intensive cleaning process in which the operation of the dental medical device is stopped and the water supply pipes at various locations inside the apparatus are cleaned using a cleaning solution can be given. It is done.

A technique disclosed in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-196553) can be cited as an intensive cleaning process for cleaning water supply pipes at various locations inside the apparatus using a cleaning solution.
As shown in FIG. 12, according to the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, a water tank 11 for storing water and a cleaning solution tank 12 are mounted in a dental care apparatus, and branch switching valves 13 and 14 are installed. The liquid flowing to the water supply pipe is switched, and water is normally supplied from the water tank 11, and the cleaning solution is supplied by switching to the cleaning solution tank 12 during the cleaning process.

Moreover, as a concentrated cleaning process for cleaning water supply pipes at various locations inside the apparatus using a cleaning solution, for example, a technique disclosed in Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-321276) can be given.
As shown in FIG. 13, according to the technique disclosed in Patent Document 2, a water source 1 storing water and a sterilizing liquid supply source 92 are mounted in a dental care apparatus, and pressurized water is used using a switching valve 93. The liquid to be supplied to the supply pipe is switched, normally water is supplied from the water source 1, and the sterilizing liquid is supplied by switching to the sterilizing liquid supply source 92 during the cleaning process.

In addition, for example, a technique disclosed in Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-5200) can be given.
As shown in FIG. 14, the technique disclosed in Patent Document 3 includes a medicine such as sodium hypochlorite in addition to the water supply line 2 for deriving the water supplied from the water supply source W to the medical device. A disinfecting liquid tank 3 storing the disinfecting liquid Q is provided, a switching control valve 6 is connected to the water supply line 2, and a disinfecting liquid injection line 31 connecting the disinfecting liquid tank 3 and the water supply branch line part 2 is opened and closed in the middle. A disinfectant rinsing pipe line 5 provided with a valve 51 and connected to the disinfectant liquid tank 3 is provided, and the connection destination of the water supply source W is connected to the water supply branch line part 2 and the disinfectant liquid by the switching control valve 6. It is structured to be switched and connected to the rinsing pipeline 5.

However, the above prior art has the following problems.
In the techniques disclosed in the above-mentioned conventional JP-A-8-196553, JP-A-2004-321276, and JP-A-2000-5200, a water tank and a cleaning liquid tank are mounted in a dental examination apparatus, In the switching operation, water is flowed during normal use, and cleaning is performed by flowing a cleaning liquid during cleaning. However, there is a problem that hinders high performance and downsizing of the dental care apparatus.
The performance and miniaturization of dental care equipment is desired, but the dental care equipment includes a chair on which a patient sits, a drive device incorporating a drive mechanism under the chair, and a patient rinsing the oral cavity. There is a situation where it cannot be said that there is enough surplus space because a water supply device and dental instruments are incorporated.
If the cleaning process is performed frequently every day, for example, a cleaning method for the inside of the pipe of a small dental medical device is installed in the middle of the water supply pipe, and the low-concentration hypochlorous acid water is obtained by electrolyzing the supplied water. There are cases where it can be dealt with by generating and cleaning. However, in order to perform a full-fledged cleaning process, use a cleaning tank that stores an appropriate amount of cleaning liquid in order to thoroughly distribute the cleaning liquid over the entire water supply piping of the dental care apparatus and thoroughly perform the rinsing process from the cleaning process. Therefore, it becomes difficult to incorporate this cleaning tank or the like into the space in the dental care apparatus.

Further, in the techniques disclosed in JP-A-8-196553, JP-A-2004-321276, and JP-A-2000-5200, the cleaning liquid is poured from the cleaning liquid tank into the water supply pipe in the dental care apparatus by the switching means. However, if the device is accompanied by a water supply device for gargle, the amount of water discharged from the water supply device for gargle is large, and much of the cleaning liquid is discharged from the water supply device for gargle, and the path of the water supply pipe is long. There is a problem that it is difficult for the cleaning liquid to efficiently reach the tip of the dental instrument.

In the techniques disclosed in JP-A-8-196553, JP-A-2004-321276, and JP-A-2000-5200, water is supplied from the water tank into the water supply pipe at the rinsing stage after cleaning. Although rinsing is disclosed, in this rinsing process, residues such as biofilm that could be removed from the wall surface of the water supply pipe by washing are washed away. Residues such as biofilms may float on the rinse water flow and become clogged in dental instruments with delicate structures.

In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning method capable of easily and completely disinfecting a pipe of a dental medical device and effectively utilizing a space in the dental medical device.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning method that can efficiently distribute the cleaning liquid over the entire water supply pipe in the cleaning process.
In addition, in view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention causes problems such as clogging in a dental instrument having a delicate structure due to a biofilm that is peeled off and floated in a cleaning process in a rinsing process. It aims to provide a cleaning method that does not.

In order to solve the above-described problems, a method for cleaning the inside of a pipe of a dental medical device according to the present invention includes a pipe in a device for supplying tap water to various places in the device, a water supply device for gargle, and a dental instrument. A cleaning method for the inside of the apparatus internal pipe in the dental treatment apparatus provided, wherein the apparatus includes a cleaning solution tank, a pump, and a cleaning solution supply pipe instead of a water supply line with respect to a water supply port of the apparatus internal pipe A connection step of connecting a solution supply device, a cleaning solution supply step of pumping the cleaning solution in the cleaning solution tank of the cleaning solution supply device to various locations of the piping in the device by the pump, and in various locations of the piping in the device A cleaning step of retaining the cleaning solution; a reconnection step of connecting the water supply pipe instead of the cleaning solution supply device to a water supply port of the pipe in the apparatus; and tap water from the water supply pipe This is a cleaning method including a rinsing process in which pressure is sent to various places in the in-place piping and rinsing each place in the in-apparatus piping.
In addition, if the cleaning solution supply step is performed in a state where the stagnant water remains in the apparatus internal pipe, the cleaning solution is difficult to reach the apparatus internal pipe, and the concentration of the cleaning solution also decreases. It is desirable to carry out a draining process for removing stagnant water from the piping in the apparatus.

With the above configuration, a cleaning solution tank is not permanently installed inside the dental medical device, and a cleaning solution supply device including a cleaning solution tank, a pump, and a cleaning solution supply pipe is dynamically attached and cleaned during the cleaning process. The processing can be performed, the mounting work is simple, and the cleaning process can be started in a short time.

Here, in the cleaning method for the inside of the pipe of the dental medical device, a branch portion is provided at a connection portion between the cleaning solution supply pipe of the cleaning solution supply device and a water supply port of the pipe in the device, and An auxiliary pipe is provided to the cleaning solution tank, and in the cleaning solution supply step by the cleaning solution supply device, the cleaning solution tank by the pump, the cleaning solution supply pipe, the branch portion, and the auxiliary by the switching operation of the branch portion. The balance between the two paths of the piping-circulation flow called the cleaning solution tank and the pressure-feeding flow called the cleaning solution tank-the cleaning solution supply pipe-the branching section-the apparatus piping by the pump by switching operation of the branching section. Is preferably adjustable.

With the above-described configuration, a bypass circulation route including an auxiliary pipe from a branch part before the water supply port of the pipe in the dental medical apparatus to the cleaning solution tank is provided, and the cleaning solution is pumped and supplied to the inside of the dental medical apparatus. In this case, the applied pressure in the tube can be adjusted flexibly. A dental medical device is a mixture of a gargle water supply device through which a relatively large-diameter pipe passes and an instrument through which a relatively small-diameter pipe passes. Pumping the cleaning solution with a pump may cause the pressure on the instrument piping to be too strong, or the pressure on the gargling water supply device may be too weak, but the balance between the pumping flow to the piping in the device and the bypass circulation flow If this can be adjusted, flexible adjustment becomes possible. Further, by providing a bypass circulation flow, it is possible to efficiently remove air remaining in the pump and the cleaning solution supply pipe.

Next, in the cleaning method for the inside of the piping of the dental medical device, the water supply amount adjusting device for gargle generally provided in the dental medical device at any timing from the draining step to the cleaning solution supplying step Is preferably used. In the cleaning solution supply step, if it is confirmed that the pumped cleaning solution is discharged from the spout of the gargle water supply device, the gargle water supply amount adjusting device is squeezed to reduce the discharge amount of the cleaning solution. It is preferable to reduce or stop the discharge of the cleaning solution by closing the water supply amount adjusting device for gargle.
Originally, the amount of water discharged from the water supply device for gargle is large, so much of the cleaning liquid is discharged from the water supply device for gargle, and it is difficult for the cleaning liquid to spread efficiently to the tip of the dental instrument with a long path of the water supply pipe. However, if it can be confirmed that the cleaning solution has spread to the water outlet of the gargle water supply device, the irrigation water supply amount adjusting device can be reduced to reduce the cleaning solution that flows unnecessarily from the water outlet of the gargle water supply device. The cleaning solution can be efficiently pumped to the instrument side.

Next, in the method for cleaning the inside of the pipe of the dental medical device, prior to the rinsing step, use a pinch member that clamps a flexible portion in the pipe to the dental instrument to prevent water passage. Is preferred. At the start of the rinsing process, if the water flow to the dental instrument is stopped by holding the pinch member, the biofilm peeled off from the various places in the pipe in the apparatus is transferred to the dental instrument. And the biofilm can be discharged from the water outlet of the water supply device for gargle. If it can be determined that the residue such as biofilm existing in the piping in the apparatus has been sufficiently discharged through the water supply device for garment according to the progress of the rinsing step, the pinch member is removed to remove the dental implant. Rinsing the piping inside the instrument can also be performed.

Various cleaning solutions can be used as the cleaning solution. For example, a sodium hydroxide solution can be used.
In addition, the density | concentration of a sodium hydroxide solution is 0.1 to 30%, More preferably, the density | concentration of about 0.1-5% which does not hit a deleterious substance is preferable. In the washing step, the residence time of the sodium hydroxide solution as the washing solution in the piping in the apparatus is 10 minutes to 24 hours, preferably 30 minutes to 120 minutes.
Further, an oxidizing solution such as a hydrogen peroxide solution may be used as the cleaning solution.
The concentration of the hydrogen peroxide solution is preferably 0.1 to 30%, more preferably about 0.1 to 5% which does not correspond to a deleterious substance. In the cleaning step, the residence time of the hydrogen peroxide solution, which is a cleaning solution, in the apparatus piping is 10 minutes to 24 hours, preferably 30 minutes to 120 minutes.

According to the method for cleaning the inside of a dental medical device pipe according to the present invention, a cleaning solution tank is not permanently installed inside the dental medical device, and a cleaning solution tank, a pump, and a cleaning solution supply pipe are provided outside during the cleaning process. The cleaning solution supply apparatus provided can be dynamically attached to perform the cleaning process, and the mounting operation is simple and the cleaning process can be started in a short time.
Further, by using the gargle water supply amount adjusting device of the present invention, if it can be confirmed that the cleaning solution has reached the water discharge port of the gargle water supply device, if the gargle water supply amount adjusting device is narrowed down, The cleaning solution flowing unnecessarily from the water mouth can be reduced, and the cleaning solution can be efficiently pumped to the dental instrument side.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a method for cleaning the inside of a pipe of a dental medical device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, it goes without saying that the scope of the present invention is not limited to those shown in the following examples.

A method for cleaning the inside of the piping of the dental examination apparatus according to the first embodiment will be described. Hereinafter, the best mode of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram simply showing a configuration example of a typical dental care apparatus 100 to which the method for cleaning the inside of a pipe of a dental care apparatus of the present invention is applied.
As shown in FIG. 1, a typical dental medical device 100 includes a medical table main body 110, a water supply port 120, a gargle water supply device 130, an instrument 140, and the like. In FIG. 1, the external water supply source 200, the valve 210, and the water supply conduit 220 are shown in a state where the floor lid is opened so that the water supply groove on the floor surface can be seen.

Each part will be described.
The medical table main body 110 is not particularly limited, and any medical table main body for dental use can be applied. In this example, the angle of the backrest and footrest is changed by an electric type, and it corresponds to both postures of the patient's sitting position and the supine position.

The water supply port 120 is a port connected to the water supply pipe 210 from the water supply source 200, and the water of the water supply source 200 is supplied from the water supply port 120. The water supply source 200 may be a general water source.

The water supply device for gargle 130 supplies water to the cup or the like so that the patient can gargle in the oral cavity from time to time, and has a pipe communicating from the water supply port 120 therein to discharge water. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1, the water supply apparatus 130 for a gargle is provided with the bowl etc. which a patient throws away the water after gargle.

The instrument 140 is not particularly limited, and is various dental treatment instruments used for dental practice such as an air turbine, a micro engine, a scaler, and a syringe. They include the ability to spray water to cool the treatment area during dental treatment.

The water supply source 200 is a facility for supplying water, for example, a general water supply facility. A constant water pressure is applied to the water supply source, and water is supplied by connecting a pipe or the like and opening the valve 210.

The valve 210 is a valve for supplying water from the water supply source 200, and corresponds to a water tap when the water supply source 200 is a general water supply facility. By twisting, the valve 210 can be opened or closed.

The water supply line 220 is a pipe that connects the end of the water supply source 200 and the water supply port 120. As will be described later, it can be removed and attached during the cleaning process.

FIG.1 (b) is the figure which showed simply the connection from the water supply source 200 to the water supply port 120 from the side surface. In FIG. 1B, a backflow prevention device and a decompression device are added. The backflow prevention device is a device for preventing water or cleaning solution from flowing back from the dental medical device 100 side, and the pressure reducing device is a device for adjusting the water pressure from the water supply source 200, and is used for dental care. In some cases, the apparatus 100 is originally provided after the water supply port 120 in the apparatus 100.
As shown in FIG. 3 to be described later, the method for cleaning the inside of the piping of the dental medical device of the present invention includes a cleaning solution supply device 150 including a cleaning solution tank 151, a pump 152, and a cleaning solution supply pipe 153. It has become.

The cleaning solution supply device 150 is a device that supplies the cleaning solution into the piping of the dental medical device in the cleaning process.

The cleaning solution tank 151 is a tank that stores a cleaning solution used in a cleaning process described later. The cleaning solution is not particularly limited as long as it is suitable for cleaning the inside of the piping of the dental medical device, but it has a high ability to remove biofilms and the like adhering to the members of the dental medical device. Drugs that are not easily damaged or deteriorated are preferred.
For example, there is a sodium hydroxide solution whose concentration is appropriately adjusted. In the case of a sodium hydroxide solution, the concentration should be 0.1% to 30%, preferably 0.1-5% (concentration that does not handle deleterious substances).
Further, for example, there is a hydrogen peroxide solution whose concentration is appropriately adjusted. Even in the case of an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution, the concentration may be 0.1% to 30%, preferably 0.1-5% (concentration that does not treat a deleterious substance).
Hereinafter, the description will be continued on the assumption that a sodium hydroxide solution is used.

The pump 152 pumps out a cleaning solution used in a cleaning process, which will be described later, from the cleaning solution tank 151 and sends it into the piping of a dental medical device. What can adjust a pump pressure is preferable.
The cleaning solution supply pipe 153 is a pipe connecting the end of the cleaning solution tank 151 and the water supply port 120. In addition, the structure which provides the pump 152 in the middle of the pipe line of the washing | cleaning solution supply pipe | tube 153 may be sufficient. As will be described later, it can be removed and attached during the cleaning process.

Hereinafter, a method for cleaning the inside of the piping of the dental medical device of the present invention for the dental medical device 100 will be described in order.
FIG. 2 is a diagram for briefly explaining the flow of the process of the cleaning method for the inside of the piping of the dental medical device of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 2, the method for cleaning the inside of the piping of the dental medical device of the present invention is largely divided into a draining process 101, a connecting process 102, a cleaning solution supplying process 103, a cleaning process 104, a reconnecting process 105, and a rinsing process 106. These six steps are included.
In addition, as mentioned above, although it is preferable to accompany the drainage process 101, the drainage process 101 is not an essential process, and it is within the scope of the present invention to perform the cleaning process without the drainage process 101.
In the following, description will be given in order.

(1) Drainage process 101
In the drainage process 101, the valve 210 of the water supply source 200 is closed, the supply of water is stopped, and the operation is performed so as to extract the accumulated water from the internal piping of the dental medical device 100 according to the operation method of the dental medical device. . The valve 210 is closed until the rinsing step 106 described later.
This draining process is performed so that the cleaning solution injected into the apparatus piping of the dental medical apparatus 100 is spread over all the apparatus piping at the start of the cleaning process described later, and the concentration of the cleaning solution is further increased. This is because the water present in the piping in the apparatus is removed so as not to diminish. Since the concentration of the cleaning solution only needs to be within a predetermined range, moisture in the apparatus piping may be extracted according to the operation method of the dental medical apparatus 100.

(2) Connection process 102
The connecting step 102 is a step of connecting the cleaning solution supply device 150 including the cleaning solution tank 151, the pump 152, and the cleaning solution supply pipe 153 instead of the water supply pipe 220 from the water supply port 120 of the dental medical device.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a state in which the cleaning solution supply device 150 is externally connected in place of the water supply line 220 from the water supply port 120 of the dental medical device in the connection step 102. FIG. 3A is a view showing a state where the water supply pipe 220 is removed from the water supply port 120 of the dental medical device 100, and FIG. 3B is a cleaning solution tank 151 and a pump 152 which are each part of the cleaning solution supply device 150. It is a figure which shows a mode that the washing | cleaning solution supply pipe | tube 153 was attached respectively.
FIG. 3B shows a simplified side view so that the connection relationship between the dental medical device 100 and the cleaning solution supply device 150 can be easily understood.
Thus, prior to the cleaning solution supply step 103, the cleaning solution supply device 150 is dynamically attached externally, so that the space inside the device is made effective without permanently installing the cleaning solution tank 151 in the dental medical device. Can be used.
With this connection, the cleaning solution tank 151 and the water supply port 120 of the dental medical device were connected, and preparations for injecting the cleaning solution from the cleaning solution tank 151 were completed.

(3) Cleaning solution supply process 103
The cleaning solution supply process 103 is a process in which the pump 152 of the cleaning solution supply apparatus 150 is operated and the cleaning solution in the cleaning solution tank 151 is pumped to various places in the apparatus piping.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a state in which the pump 152 of the cleaning solution supply device 150 is operated in the cleaning solution supply step 103 and the cleaning solution is being pumped from the water supply port 120 of the dental medical device to various places in the piping in the device. is there. As described above, here, for example, a sodium hydroxide solution having a concentration of 1.5% is assumed to be pumped as the cleaning solution.
As shown in FIG. 4, the cleaning solution is pumped to various places in the apparatus piping, and the cleaning solution comes out from the tips of the water supply device 130 for gargle and the instrument 140. It can be determined that the cleaning solution does not reach the various places in the piping in the apparatus while the cleaning solution is not discharged from the tips of the water supply device 130 for gargle or the instrument 140.

(4) Cleaning step 104
The cleaning process 104 is a process in which the cleaning solution that has spread to various places in the apparatus piping is retained in various places in the apparatus piping for a while.
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the cleaning solution that has spread throughout the apparatus piping is retained in the apparatus piping for a while as the cleaning step 104. The residence time may be adjusted according to the type and concentration of the cleaning solution. By allowing the cleaning solution to stay for a while, biofilms such as bacteria and mold attached to the wall surface of the pipe in the apparatus are leached or peeled off, and the cleaning of the pipe proceeds.
The residence time may be 10 minutes to 24 hours depending on the concentration of the cleaning solution. If the residence time is too long, the unit may be adversely affected, and may be suppressed within 12 hours. In addition, the effect may be obtained even for a relatively short time of about 10 minutes to 120 minutes. Here, a 1.5% concentration sodium hydroxide solution is retained for 30 to 120 minutes.

(5) Reconnection process 105
The reconnection step 105 is a step of reconnecting the water supply pipeline 220 in place of the cleaning solution supply device 150 to the water supply port 120 of the pipe in the apparatus. In order to rinse the cleaning solution remaining in various places in the apparatus for the cleaning process, it is connected to the water supply source 200 again.
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the water supply pipe 220 is reconnected to the water supply port 120 of the pipe in the apparatus in place of the cleaning solution supply apparatus 150 in the reconnection process 105. At this time, the cleaning solution may flow backward from the water supply port 120. When a drainage facility for draining a cleaning solution or the like is not provided below the water supply port 120, it is preferable to prepare a drainage container for receiving a spilled cleaning solution.

(6) Rinsing step 106
The rinsing step 106 is a step in which the valve 210 is opened, tap water is pumped from the water supply source 200 to various places in the apparatus piping via the water supply pipeline 220, and each place in the apparatus piping is rinsed.
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a state in which rinsing is performed in the rinsing step 106. In addition, in FIG. 7, each component is simplified and shown in a side view.
In the rinsing step 106, tap water is pumped from the water supply source 200 to each part of the piping in the apparatus via the water supply pipe 220, and water (rinse water) comes out from the tips of the water supply apparatus 130 for gargle and the instrument 140. . It can be determined that the water (rinse water) does not reach the various locations of the piping in the apparatus while the water (rinse water) is not discharged from the tips of the gargle water supply device 130 or the instrument 140. After the water (rinse water) starts to come out from the tips of the water supply device 130 for gargle and the instrument 140, the water is taken out for a predetermined time, and the rinse is continued.
When the rinsing step 106 is completed, a series of cleaning processes are completed.

As described above, according to the cleaning method for the inside of the piping of the dental medical device of the present invention, the cleaning solution tank 151 and the cleaning solution tank 151 are externally provided by a simple procedure for cleaning processing without permanently installing the cleaning solution tank inside the dental medical device. The cleaning solution supply device 150 including the pump 152 and the cleaning solution supply pipe 153 can be dynamically attached to perform the cleaning process, and the mounting process is simple and the cleaning process can be started in a short time.

In addition to the basic pumping flow described in the first embodiment in the cleaning solution supply step, the cleaning method for the inside of the piping of the dental medical device of Example 2 is also provided with a bypass route for circulating flow using auxiliary piping. It is possible to adjust the balance between the two paths of the flow and the circulation flow.
As in FIG. 2 of the first embodiment, the method for cleaning the inside of the piping of the dental medical device of the second embodiment is roughly the draining process 101, the connecting process 102a, the cleaning solution supplying process 103a, the cleaning process 104, and the reconnecting process 105. The rinsing process 106 includes six processes, but the connection process 102a and the cleaning solution supply process 103a are different.
In the following, description will be given in order.

(1) Drainage process 101
Since the drainage process 101 is the same as that of Example 1, description is abbreviate | omitted.
In addition, although it is preferable to perform the drainage process 101 similarly to Example 1, it is not an essential process and it is also possible to perform the washing process without the drainage process 101.

(2) Connection process 102a
The cleaning solution supply device 150a used in the connection step 102a includes a branching unit 154 and an auxiliary pipe 155 in addition to the cleaning solution tank 151, the pump 152, and the cleaning solution supply pipe 153 shown in the first embodiment. In this configuration example, the branch portion 154 is incorporated into a part of the cleaning solution supply pipe 153.
The connection of the cleaning solution supply device 150a to the cleaning solution tank 151, the pump 152, and the cleaning solution supply pipe 153 is the same as that in the first embodiment, but a connection step of a bypass route of the circulation flow is added thereafter.

The branching part 154 is provided in the connection part between the cleaning solution supply pipe 153 of the cleaning solution supply apparatus 150 and the water supply port 120 of the apparatus internal pipe, or in the middle of the cleaning solution supply pipe 153, and is a part for switching the path.
Since the branching part 154 is incorporated in a part of the cleaning solution supply pipe 153, the branching part 154 is also incorporated when the cleaning solution supply pipe 153 is connected.

The auxiliary pipe 155 forms a circulation path from the branch part 154 to the cleaning solution tank 151.
FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a connection process in the method for cleaning the inside of the pipe of the dental medical device of the second embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 8, one end of the auxiliary pipe 155 is connected to the branch portion 154, the other end is led to the cleaning solution tank 151, and a circulation bypass route is connected.
By this connecting step, a cleaning flow tank 151-pump 152-cleaning solution supply pipe 153-branch portion 154-water supply port 120 is formed, and a cleaning solution tank 151-pump 152-cleaning solution supply pipe 153- A bypass route of a circulation flow of the branch portion 154 -the auxiliary pipe 155 -the cleaning solution tank 151 is formed.

In the cleaning solution supply process, the balance between the two paths of the pumping flow route and the circulation bypass route by the pump 152 can be adjusted by the switching operation of the branch portion 154. In addition, the switching operation of the branch part 154 may be switched so that only the pumping route to the water supply port 120 is provided, or may be switched so that only the circulation bypass route is provided, but the switching of the branch part 154 is performed. It is preferable that it is possible to adjust the balance between the pumping route to the water supply port 120 and the circulation bypass route in an intermediate state.

(3) Cleaning solution supply process 103a
With the operation of the pump 152, the cleaning solution is pumped from the cleaning solution tank 151 and is pumped. However, the balance between the two routes of the pumping flow route and the circulation bypass route by the pump 152 can be adjusted by the switching operation of the branch portion 154.

FIG. 9A is a diagram illustrating a state in which the cleaning solution is pumped from the pump 151 when the path is changed to the circulation bypass route only by the switching operation of the branching unit 154 in the cleaning solution supply process. By the switching operation of the branch portion 154, a circulating flow of the cleaning solution tank 151-pump 152-cleaning solution supply pipe 153-branching portion 154-auxiliary piping 155-cleaning solution tank 151 is formed. Further, as shown in FIG. 9B, the above-described circulation flow is slightly reduced by the switching operation of the branching portion 154, and the cleaning solution tank 151-pump 152-cleaning solution supply pipe 153-branching portion 154-supply port 120. The balance between the two paths is adjusted.

In this way, by providing a bypass circulation route including the branching portion 154 and the auxiliary piping 155 to the cleaning solution tank 151, the cleaning solution is pumped and supplied from the chest cavity port 120 of the dental medical device to the inside of the piping of the device. In this case, the applied pressure in the tube can be adjusted flexibly. As components of the dental medical device 100, a gargle water supply device 130 through which a relatively large-diameter pipe passes and an instrument 140 through which a relatively small-diameter pipe passes are mixed and drained and filled with air. When the cleaning solution is pumped from the outside to the piping in the dental medical device in a state, the pressure on the piping of the instrument 140 may be too strong, or the pressure on the gargle water supply device 130 may be too weak. However, if the balance can be adjusted between the pressure-feeding flow to the piping in the apparatus and the bypass circulation flow, flexible pressure adjustment is possible. Further, by providing a bypass circulation flow and flowing the cleaning solution into the pump and the cleaning solution supply pipe by the circulation route prior to the pressure feeding to the supply port 120, the air remaining in the inside of the pump can be removed. Can be done efficiently.

(4) Cleaning step 104
Since the cleaning step 104 is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted.
(5) Reconnection process 105
Since the reconnection process 105 is the same as that in the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted.
(6) Rinsing step 106
Since the rinsing step 106 is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted.

As described above, according to the cleaning process of the dental medical device of the second embodiment, in addition to the basic pumping flow route described in the first embodiment in the connection step 102a, a bypass flow route of the circulating flow using the auxiliary piping is also provided. In the cleaning solution supply step 103a, it is possible to adjust the balance between the two paths of the pressure feed flow and the circulation flow.

Next, the structure using the water supply amount adjusting device for gargle will be described.
The water supply amount adjustment device 131 for gargle is provided in the dental medical device 100. By using the water supply amount adjustment device 131 for gargle, the amount of cleaning solution discharged from the tip of the water supply device for gargle 130 is adjusted. can do.
In addition, when the dental care apparatus 100 is not equipped with the gargle water supply amount adjusting device 131, the gargle water supply amount adjusting device may be attached to the distal end of the gargle water supply device 130.

FIG. 10A is a diagram illustrating a state in which the gargle water supply amount adjusting device 131 is attached to the water outlet of the gargle water supply device 130.
As shown in FIG. 10A, by using the gargle water supply amount adjustment device 131, the cleaning solution can be efficiently supplied to the instrument 140 in the cleaning solution supply step 103b described later.

As in FIG. 2 of the first embodiment, the method for cleaning the inside of the piping of the dental medical device of the third embodiment is roughly the drainage process 101, the connection process 102b, the cleaning solution supply process 103b, the cleaning process 104, and the reconnection process 105. The rinsing process 106 includes six processes, but the connection process 102b and the cleaning solution supply process 103b are different.

(2) Connection process 102b
The cleaning solution supply device 150 used in the connection step 102b may be the cleaning solution supply device 150 shown in the first embodiment or the cleaning solution supply device 150a. In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10A, a gargle water supply amount adjustment device 131 is attached to the water outlet of the gargle water supply device 130.

(3) Cleaning solution supply process 103b
When the gargle water supply adjusting device 131 is not used, in the in-apparatus piping of the dental medical device 100, the gargle water supply device 130 passes a relatively large diameter pipe, and the instrument 140 has a relatively small diameter pipe. As you can see, these pipes are intricately mixed. In this state, when the cleaning solution is pumped from the outside to the piping in the dental medical device 100 by the pump 152, the cleaning solution is easily discharged from the discharge port of the gargle water supply device 130 having a relatively large diameter, and the relatively small diameter instrument. Since it is difficult for the cleaning solution to be discharged from the tip of the instrument 140, it takes time to spread the cleaning solution to the tip of the instrument 140. Further, if the pressure for feeding is increased in order to shorten the time, an unnecessarily high pressure is applied to the internal water pipe of the dental care apparatus 100 and the tip of the instrument 140.

Therefore, in the cleaning solution supply process 103b according to the third embodiment, in the initial stage of the cleaning solution supply process, the cleaning solution is pumped from the pump 152 to the supply port 120 while the gargle water supply amount adjustment device 131 is kept open. To start. Since the discharge port of the gargle water supply apparatus 130 has a large diameter, the cleaning solution easily flows out, and the supply amount of the cleaning solution to the instrument 140 is reduced. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10B, if it is confirmed that the cleaning solution has been supplied from the discharge port of the gargle water supply device 130 and started to be discharged, the gargle water supply amount adjustment device 131 is closed, and FIG. As shown in (c), the discharge of the cleaning solution is stopped. When the discharge from the discharge port of the gargle water supply device 130 is stopped, the cleaning solution that flows out unnecessarily disappears, and the cleaning solution can be concentrated on the instrument 140.
As shown in FIG. 10 (c), when the cleaning solution starts to be discharged from the tip of the instrument 140, the cleaning solution has spread throughout the in-apparatus piping of the dental medical device 100.

As described above, according to the cleaning process of the dental medical device of the third embodiment, the gargle water supply amount adjusting device 131 described in the third embodiment is attached in the connecting step 102b, and the gargle water supply device 130 in the cleaning solution supplying step 103b. After confirming the discharge, the gargle water supply amount adjusting device 131 is closed, and the cleaning solution can be spread to the tip of the instrument 140 in a short time.

Next, the structure using the pinch member 141 which clamps the flexible part 142 in piping to the dental instrument 140, and prevents water flow is demonstrated.
The pinch member 141 sandwiches the flexible portion in the piping to the dental instrument 140 and temporarily prevents water from passing through the instrument 140. By using this pinch member 141 in the rinsing process, This is a member that can be controlled so that the drainage of the cleaning solution in which a film or the like is floating does not flow into the instrument 140.

FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the pinch member 141 is attached to the flexible portion 142 of the instrument 140.
By sandwiching the flexible portion 142 of the instrument 140 with the pinch member 141, it is possible to prevent the biofilm from flowing into the instrument 140 in the rinsing step 106c described later.

As in FIG. 2 of the first embodiment, the method of cleaning the inside of the piping of the dental medical device of the fourth embodiment is roughly the draining process 101, the connecting process 102, the cleaning solution supplying process 103, the cleaning process 104, and the reconnecting process 105. The six rinsing steps 106c are included, but the reconnection step 105c and the rinsing step 106c are different.

(2) Connection process 102
The connection process 102 may be the same as that in the first embodiment. Further, the drainage process 102a of the second embodiment and the connection process 102b of the third embodiment may be the same. The description is omitted here.

(3) Cleaning solution supply process 103
The cleaning solution supply step 103 may be the same as that in the first embodiment. Further, the cleaning solution supply process 103a of the second embodiment and the cleaning solution supply process 103b of the third embodiment may be the same. The description is omitted here.

(4) Cleaning step 104
Since the cleaning step 104 is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted.

(5) Reconnection process 105c
The removal of the cleaning solution supply device 150 and the reconnection of the water supply pipe 210 may be the same as in the reconnection process 105 of the first embodiment, but here, the pinch member 141 is further attached to the flexible portion 142 of the instrument 140. Thus, the flexible part 142 is sandwiched so that the cleaned cleaning solution does not flow into the instrument 140 side.

(6) Rinse process 106c
In the first half of the rinsing step 106c, as in the rinsing step 106 shown in the first embodiment, water supply is started from the water supply source 200 to the water supply port 120, and water for rinsing is supplied to the piping in the apparatus. Here, biofilm residues that are leached or peeled off from the piping in the apparatus by the cleaning process are included, but the flexible portion 142 of the instrument 140 is sandwiched between the pinch members 141 and closed. The rinsing water does not reach the tip of the instrument 140. Therefore, the water for rinsing is discharged from the discharge port of the irrigation water supply device 130 exclusively.

If the rinsing step 106c proceeds and it can be confirmed that most of the cleaning solution in the piping in the apparatus has been discharged from the discharge port of the gargle water supply apparatus 130, the pinch member 141 is removed and the flexible part 142 of the instrument 140 is passed through. Return to the state. In addition, the progress of the rinsing process of the cleaning solution for the piping in the apparatus can be confirmed that the rinsing process has sufficiently progressed by changing the pH from alkaline to neutral, or from acidic to neutral by checking the pH with litmus paper.

As the latter half of the rinsing step 106 c, the cleaning solution remaining in the flexible part 142 of the instrument 140 is rinsed away by passing water through the flexible part 142 of the instrument 140.

As mentioned above, if the pinch member 141 shown in Example 4 is used, the water flow to the front-end | tip of the instrument 140 can be stopped by the clamping, and the instrument of the biofilm peeled from each place of piping in the apparatus Inflow to the tip can be prevented.

As mentioned above, although the preferred example in the cleaning method inside the piping of the dental medical device of the present invention has been illustrated and described, it is understood that various modifications can be made without departing from the technical scope of the present invention.
