Claims (15)
- 複数の独立したガスセルが一列に形成され、各前記ガスセル内に気体が充填されたガスセル縦糸と、
前記ガスセル縦糸と編まれた横糸とを含むことを特徴とするガスセル生地。 - 前記ガスセル縦糸に形成された各ガスセルの間に捻れ部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスセル生地。
- 前記ガスセル縦糸は、ゴム、合成ゴム、耐油ゴム、耐熱ゴム、ブチルゴム、チオコールゴム、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレンゴム、ポリウレタンゴム、アクリルゴム、シリコーンゴム、バイトンゴム、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPDM)系やポリウレタン、アクリル、シリコン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリスチレン(CPS)の合成樹脂系の中から選択された少なくともいずれか一つの材質で作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスセル生地。
- 前記ガスセルの厚さは、0.5〜2.0mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスセル生地。
- 前記ガスセル内に充填される気体は、空気、二酸化炭素およびヘリウムの中から選択された少なくともいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスセル生地。
- 前記ガスセル生地の表面には、裏地および表地のいずれか、または両表面にそれぞれ裏地と表地が付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスセル生地。
- 複数の独立したガスセルが一列に形成され、各前記ガスセル内に気体が充填されたガスセル縦糸を準備する段階と、
前記ガスセル縦糸に対して平織、綾織、繻子織中のいずれか一つの織造形態で横糸を編む段階とを含むことを特徴とするガスセル生地の製造方法。 - 前記ガスセル縦糸を準備する段階は、
チューブの内側に前記気体を噴射するノズルを同心円状に配置し、前記ノズルを通じて気体を噴射しながら液状状態のゴム系または合成樹脂系の原糸材料を前記チューブの中に圧送する段階(ア)と、
前記チューブの外に排出される中空原糸を、回転するボビンに巻取し、前記ガスセルを形成するように、隣接するガスセルの間に熱と圧力を加えて融着させながら、前記ボビンを前記中空原糸の長さ方向に対する垂直面の上で回転させて、前記隣接するガスセルの間に捻れ部を形成する段階(イ)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガスセル生地の製造方法。 - 独立したガスセルが形成されたガスシートを備えた生地において、
球形で、それぞれ独立的に形成され、伸び率が優れていながら、内部に用途に応じたガスが充填される複数のガスセル(11)および前記ガスセル(11)の上下に付着される平板型ビニル(12)を有するガスシート(10)と、
前記ガスシート(10)の外側上下部に結合される形状維持フレーム(20)とを含み、
前記形状維持フレーム(20)は、前記ガスシート(10)を構成する平板型ビニル(12)の外側に配置されて、隣接する前記複数のガスセル(11)の間の緩衝空間(15)内にガスを供給する場合に、前記平板型ビニル(12)の過度な膨張を抑制すると同時に、一定の形態を維持するようにし、
前記ガスシート(10)は、前記複数のガスセル(11)が左右上下に連続的に形成された伸び率が200〜800%まで持ち、引張強度が70〜200kg/cm2の範囲にある弾性系の素材であることを特徴とする、

前記ガスシート(10)と形状維持フレーム(20)との間に配置され、用途に応じて使用される裏地(30)と表地(40)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の独立したガスセルが形成されたガスシートを備えた生地。 - 前記ガスシート(10)は、ゴム、合成ゴム、耐油ゴム、耐熱ゴム、ブチルゴム、チオコールゴム、ハイパロ、ポリウレタンゴム、アクリルゴム、シリコーンゴム、バイトンゴム、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPDM)系やポリウレタン、アクリル、シリコン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリスチレン(CPS)の合成樹脂系の中から選択された少なくともいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の独立したガスセルが形成されたガスシートを備えた生地。
- 前記ガスシート(10)を構成する各ガスセル(11)の厚さは、0.05mm〜0.9mmの間の範囲で選択され、各ガスセル(11)の直径は、小さくは2mmから大きくは15mmの範囲で選択されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の独立したガスセルが形成されたガスシートを備えた生地。
