Abstract
Description
比較例1では、実施例1〜3との対比を行うため、ポリプロピレン樹脂材の塗装前処理としてナノバブルオゾン含有水溶液による処理を施さないときの塗装密着性の確認を行った。
以下に、本件発明の実施例と比較例とを対比しつつ、本件発明を詳細に説明する。
以上をふまえ、以下に、ポリプロピレン樹脂材の塗装前処理とぬれ性との関係について確認を行う。
以上の結果をふまえ、次に、ナノバブルオゾン含有水溶液による処理を施した後にUV照射処理を施した場合におけるぬれ性の変化を、ナノバブルオゾン含有水溶液による処理の時間毎に確認した。
以上より、ナノバブルオゾン含有水溶液による処理は、UV照射処理と組み合わせて行うことで被塗膜形成面に多くの水酸基が導入され、ナノバブルオゾン含有水溶液による処理のみを施すよりも塗装密着性の向上を図ることが分かった。また、ナノバブルオゾン含有水溶液による処理とUV照射処理とを組み合わせて行う場合には、ナノバブルオゾン含有水溶液による処理の時間は、3分程度の短い時間とすることが塗装密着性の向上を図る上でより好ましいことが分かった。

Claims (6)
- 表面に塗料により塗膜を形成する合成樹脂材塗装の前処理方法であって、
塗膜形成前の当該合成樹脂材の被塗膜形成面にナノバブルオゾン含有水溶液を接触させるナノバブルオゾン処理工程を有することを特徴とする合成樹脂材塗装の前処理方法。 - 前記合成樹脂材は、ポリプロピレンである請求項1に記載の合成樹脂材塗装の前処理方法。
- 前記塗料は、ウレタン系樹脂である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の合成樹脂材塗装の前処理方法。
- 前記ナノバブルオゾン含有水溶液は、オゾン濃度が1ppm〜5ppmである請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の合成樹脂材塗装の前処理方法。
- 前記ナノバブルオゾン処理工程は、前記合成樹脂材の被塗装面と前記ナノバブルオゾン含有水溶液とを3分間〜15分間接触させる請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の合成樹脂材塗装の前処理方法。
- 前記ナノバブルオゾン処理工程の前段又は後段に、さらに前記合成樹脂材の被塗装表面に対してUV照射を行うUV処理工程を有する請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の合成樹脂材塗装の前処理方法。
