Description
Claims (10)
- 可変データリソグラフィシステムにおいて印刷基板上へ直接的に印刷するための装置であって、
空中浮遊状態において、または、前記印刷基板への直接的な接触を介して、湿潤液を提供するよう構成される湿潤液容器と、
入射した電磁放射線を受ける第1の表面を有する光受容体であって、前記光受容体は入射した電磁放射線の地点において熱を生成する、光受容体と、
を備え、
前記光受容体により生成される前記熱は、前記印刷基板上に湿潤液パターニングを生じさせる、装置。 - 上部に配置されるパターニングされた湿潤液を有する前記印刷基板へインクを塗布するためのインキングシステム、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記光受容体はドラムまたはプレートである、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記印刷基板は、前記入射した電磁放射線に対して透過性である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 可変データリソグラフィシステムにおいて印刷基板上へ直接的に印刷するための方法であって、
空中浮遊状態において、または、前記印刷基板への直接的な接触により、湿潤液容器から湿潤液を提供することと、
入射した電磁放射線を受ける第1の表面を有する光受容体を使用することであって、前記光受容体は前記入射した電磁放射線の位置において熱を生成する、使用することと、
を備え、
前記光受容体により生成される前記熱は、前記印刷基板上に湿潤液パターニングを生じさせる、方法。 - 上部に配置されるパターニングされた湿潤液を有する前記印刷基板へインクを塗布すること、
をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記光受容体はドラムまたはプレートである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記印刷基板は、前記入射した電磁放射線に対して透過性である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 印刷に有用なシステムであって、
高粘着性インクおよび/または湿潤液を保持するための赤外線(IR)透過性材料を備える印刷基板と、
前記湿潤液を前記印刷基板へ提供するよう構成される湿潤液容器と、
IRエネルギーを受ける第1の表面を有する光受容体であって、前記光受容体は前記IRエネルギーの入射の前記地点において熱を生成し、前記光受容体により生成される前記熱は前記印刷基板上に湿潤液パターニングを生じさせる、光受容体と、
上部に配置されるパターニングされた湿潤液を有する前記印刷基板へ高粘着性インクを塗布するためのインキングユニットと、
プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサと結合される保存デバイスであって、前記保存デバイスは、
IRソースに、前記IRエネルギーを前記印刷基板および前記光受容体へ印加させて、前記印刷基板上に第1のプロセス方向画像を形成すること、
前記印刷基板上に前記高粘着性インクを塗布すること、
前記IRエネルギーおよび高粘着性インクを、残留している湿潤液を有する前記印刷基板のエリア上に塗布することを繰り返して、追加的な画像が前記印刷基板上にパターニングされ得ると判定された際、1つ以上の追加的な画像を形成すること、
を行うための、前記プロセッサ上で動作する命令を包含する、保存デバイスと、
を備える、システム。 - 前記光受容体はドラムまたはプレートである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
