図1は本発明の実施の形態による成形材製造方法を示すフローチャートであり、図2は図1の成形工程S1で成形された成形加工部1を含む成形材を示す斜視図であり、図3は図1のしごき工程S2が行われた後の成形加工部1を含む成形材を示す斜視図である。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも1回の成形加工を表面処理金属板に行うことで凸状の成形加工部を成形する工程と、前記成形加工部を成形した後にしごき加工用金型により前記成形加工部にしごき加工を行う工程とを含む成形材製造方法に用いられる表面処理金属板であって、
金属板の表面に設けられた表面処理層と、前記表面処理層の表面に設けられた潤滑皮膜とを有する
ことを特徴とする表面処理金属板。 - 前記潤滑皮膜の厚さは、0.2μmより厚くかつ1.8μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面処理金属板。
- 前記潤滑皮膜の厚さは、0.5μm以上かつ1.2μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の表面処理金属板。
