本発明のコラーゲン含有組成物は、コラーゲンと、オレイル基を有する化合物とを含むことを特徴とする。このオレイル基を有する化合物としては、オレイルエーテル化合物、オレイン酸エステル化合物等が挙げられる。

つぎに、本発明の実施例を比較例と共に説明するが、本発明は、下記の実施例に限定されるものではない。
コラーゲンを含有するコラーゲン水溶液を（１）、（２）の通り調製した。
（１）コラーゲン水溶液（０．１％）の調製
学名：Ｈａｌｉｏｔｉｓ ｄｉｖｅｒｓｉｃｏｌｏｒで示される貝の身２ｇを７０℃に熱した水１００ｇに投入し、２時間撹拌した後、ろ過し、冷却した。ろ液の固形分を測定した後、固形分が０．１％になるように水を加えてコラーゲン水溶液（０．１％）とした。
（２）トラフグコラーゲン水溶液（０．２５％）の調製
トラフグの皮１ｇを８０℃に熱した水１００ｇに投入し、１時間撹拌した後、ろ過し、冷却した。ろ液の固形分を測定した後、固形分が０．２５％になるように水を加えてトラフグコラーゲン水溶液（０．２５％）とした。Next, examples of the present invention will be described together with comparative examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
