Description

容器本体(2)の形状は、図１に示すような横断面円形とする他、横断面略方形等の略多角形としてもよい。
また、容器本体(2)の開口周縁に形成されるフランジ(21)部は、外方に向かって突出したほぼ水平な平坦状のものとなされ、その平面視形状は、容器本体(2)の開口形状に応じた円形や略多角形等となされる。
フランジ部(21)の端面には、その厚さの中間に金属箔層(201)の端面が露出させられている。
この実施形態の電子レンジ加熱用容器(1A)の場合、容器本体(2)のフランジ部(21)をカールさせてフランジ部(21)の端面の金属層(201)を隠す必要がないので、フランジ部の形状については、特に制約を受けない。
