Claims (14)
- 有機シリコン、複数の金属粉末、及びシリコン成分を担持させることができる多孔性シリカ粒子を含む、静電気放電保護用組成物。
- 前記複数の金属粉末がニッケルナノ粒子である、請求項1に記載の静電気放電保護用組成物。
- 前記有機シリコン20〜35重量%、前記ニッケルナノ粒子60〜75重量%、及び前記多孔性シリカ粒子5〜10重量%を含む、請求項2に記載の静電気放電保護用組成物。
- 前記複数の金属粉末がアルミニウム粒子である、請求項1に記載の静電気放電保護用組成物。
- 前記有機シリコン20〜35重量%、前記アルミニウム粒子50〜65重量%、及び前記多孔性シリカ粒子5〜10重量%を含む、請求項4に記載の静電気放電保護用組成物。
- ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に互いに離隔して配置される第1及び第2電極と、
前記電極の一部をそれぞれ一体に覆うように前記第1及び第2電極ならびに前記ベース基板上に形成されており、内部に前記第1及び第2電極の間に配置される空洞部を有する有機絶縁層と、を含み、
前記空洞部は、有機シリコン、複数の金属粉末、及びシリコンが担持された複数の多孔性シリカ粒子を含む、静電気放電保護素子。 - 前記空洞部の金属粉末がニッケルナノ粒子である、請求項6に記載の静電気放電保護素子。
- 前記空洞部は、前記有機シリコン20〜35重量%、前記ニッケルナノ粒子60〜75重量%、及び前記多孔性シリカ粒子5〜10重量%を含む、請求項7に記載の静電気放電保護素子。
- 前記空洞部の金属粉末がアルミニウム粒子である、請求項6に記載の静電気放電保護素子。
- 前記空洞部は、前記有機シリコン20〜35重量%、前記アルミニウム粒子50〜65重量%、及び前記多孔性シリカ粒子5〜10重量%を含む、請求項9に記載の静電気放電保護素子。
- 前記第1及び第2電極が前記空洞部内に露出するように配置される、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の静電気放電保護素子。
- 前記有機絶縁層は、エポキシ、ポリウレタン、及びシリコンの少なくとも何れか一つを含む、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の静電気放電保護素子。
- 前記電極、前記有機絶縁層、及び前記ベース基板を覆うように、前記第1及び第2電極、前記有機絶縁層、及び前記ベース基板上に形成される保護層をさらに含む、請求項6から12のいずれか一項に記載の静電気放電保護素子。
- 前記第1及び第2電極とそれぞれ電気的に連結され、前記ベース基板と前記保護層の側面を覆うように配置される第1及び第2外部電極をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の静電気放電保護素子。
