Claims (7)
- 第1の放電電極と、
第2の放電電極と、
前記第1の放電電極と前記第2の放電電極との間に形成された過電圧保護部とを備え、
前記過電圧保護部は前記第1の放電電極と前記第2の放電電極との間に所定電圧以下の電圧が印加される通常状態では絶縁体の性質を有し、前記第1の放電電極と前記第2の放電電極との間に前記所定電圧より大きな過電圧が印加される状態では導通する性質を有するものであり、
前記過電圧保護部は絶縁性を有する樹脂と絶縁性を有する無機化合物とホウ化金属化合物粉との混合物により構成され、
前記ホウ化金属化合物粉の平均粒径は0.5μm〜3μmであり、
前記ホウ化金属化合物粉はLaB6を含有し、
前記過電圧保護部中のホウ化金属化合物粉の含有率を10vol%〜50vol%とした過電圧保護部品。 - 前記第1の放電電極と前記第2の放電電極は、ともにCuNi合金からなり、その厚みは5μm〜10μmである請求項1記載の過電圧保護部品。
- 前記樹脂はシリコーン系樹脂である請求項1に記載の過電圧保護部品。
- 前記過電圧保護部において、前記無機化合物と前記ホウ化金属化合物粉が前記樹脂中に分散している請求項1に記載の過電圧保護部品。
- 絶縁性を有する樹脂と、絶縁性を有する無機化合物と、平均粒径が0.5μm〜3μmであるホウ化金属化合物粉との混合物であり、所定電圧以下の電圧が印加される通常状態では絶縁性を有し、前記所定電圧より大きな過電圧が印加される状態では導通する性質を有し、
前記ホウ化金属化合物粉はLaB6を含有し、
前記ホウ化金属化合物粉の含有率を10vol%〜50vol%とした過電圧保護部品用の過電圧保護材料。 - 前記樹脂はシリコーン系樹脂である請求項5に記載の過電圧保護材料。
- 前記無機化合物と前記ホウ化金属化合物粉が前記樹脂中に分散している請求項5に記載の過電圧保護材料。
