Claims (8)
- ガス生成リアクター(6)の原料として使用されるウッドチップであり、その生成ガスが、少なくとも部分的にコジェネレーター(BHKW)中で使用される、該ウッドチップを乾燥させる方法であって、該BHKWの建造物又はハウジングからの熱の放出によって加熱される空気が、乾燥バンカー(3)中で該ウッドチップを加熱して乾燥させ、及び、該ウッドチップが、第一の気密なエアロック(2)を介して該乾燥バンカー(3)に、そして、第二の気密なエアロック(4)を介して該乾燥バンカー(3)から導入されることを特徴とする、上記の方法。
- 前記加熱された空気が、下方の領域で乾燥バンカー(3)に供給され、そして冷却された湿性空気が、上方の領域で該乾燥バンカーから放出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱された空気が、該ウッドチップに対して対向流で動くことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ウッドチップの貯蔵器及びリアクター(6)及び、個々の構成部材を接続し、個々の媒体のためのコンベアを備え、建造物又はハウジング内に配置されたBHKWを備えた、請求項1に記載の方法を遂行するための装置であって、前記貯蔵器とリアクター(6)との間に乾燥バンカー(3)が設けられ、該バンカーは、ウッドチップのために、インレット及びアウトレットのそれぞれが気密性のエアロックを備えており、及び、BHKWの建造物又はハウジングから該乾燥バンカーに至る加熱空気ラインが設けられ、そして、該乾燥バンカーが、冷却され、加湿された空気のための少なくとも一つのアウトレットを有することを特徴とする、上記の装置。
- 前記乾燥バンカー(3)において、前記ウッドチップのためのインレット及び前記冷却され、加湿された空気のためのアウトレットが、該装置の上方の領域に配置され、そして、前記ウッドチップのためのアウトレット及び前記冷却され、加湿された空気のためのインレットが、該装置の下方の領域に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥バンカー(3)が、前記リアクター(6)のすぐ隣に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥バンカー(3)が、前記リアクター(6)の上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥バンカー(3)がそのエアロック(4)により、前記リアクター(6)の頭部に積載されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
