Abstract
Description
イオン交換水に1重量%になるように添加したときの25℃での粘度が、シェアレート 100sec−1のとき0.05〜0.15Pa・secであり、25℃での最大剥離力が150〜270gf/cm2、25℃での120秒後の剥離力が15〜30gf/cm2であることを特徴とする水溶性高分子からなるぬり心地調整剤。
(項2)
イオン交換水に0.1重量%になるように添加したときの25℃での粘度が、シェアレート 100sec−1のとき0.002〜0.02Pa・sec であり、25℃での最大剥離力が100〜135gf/cm2、25℃での120秒後の剥離力が5〜15gf/cm2であることを特徴とする項1に記載の水溶性高分子からなるぬり心地調整剤。
(項3)
平均分子量が80万以上である水溶性高分子からなることを特徴とする項1又は2に記載のぬり心地調整剤。
(項4)
ポリ−γ−グルタミン酸及び/又はその塩である水溶性高分子からなることを特徴とする項1〜3のいずれかに記載のぬり心地調整剤。

項1〜4のいずれかに記載のぬり心地調整剤を含有することを特徴とする皮膚外用剤。

加圧子:10mm角の前記フィルムにスポンジを貼り付け、スポンジ側を加圧板に貼り付けた。

試料台と加圧子の距離:2mm
塗布量:6μl
HLC−8220GPC(東ソー社製)を用いて分子量を分析した。カラムはTSKgel α−M(東ソー社製)、流速は0.6ml/min、溶出液は0.15M NaCl水溶液、カラム温度は40℃、注入量は10μl、検出器は示差屈折計を用いた。
動的粘弾性測定装置(ARES:Rheometric Scientific F.E.社製)を用いて粘度を測定した。温度25℃、ギャップ設定0.054mmとし、コーンプレート(直径50mm、Cone Angle0.0195radians)を用いた。
KES−G5(カトーテック株式会社製)を用いて測定し、3分間繰り返して圧縮した際の剥離力を計測した。測定環境は温度25℃、湿度50%RHとし、試料台にはポリエステルフィルム(東洋紡(株)製 クリスパーK2379 厚さ188μm)、加圧子には10mm角の前記フィルムにオイルオフスポンジ(株式会社シャンティ製)を貼り付け、スポンジ側を加圧板に貼り付けたものを用いた。荷重1000gf、速度10mm/sec、加圧子と試料台の距離2mm、塗布量6μlとした。
20〜30代女性11名により、試料の塗布中の「とろみ感」「伸びの良さ感」、乾き際の「吸い付くようなもっちり感」、乾燥後の「吸い付くようなもっちり感」「べたつき感の無さ」「総合的に好ましい」を一対比較法により判定した。
23℃、50%RHの恒温恒湿室内でモニターの左右の頬に2種類の試料を各々塗布した。そして、指で伸ばし広げた際の「とろみ感」「伸びの良さ感」、試料が少し乾燥した状態である60秒後の乾き際の「吸い付くようなもっちり感」、試料がほとんど乾燥した状態である180秒後の乾燥後の「吸い付くようなもっちり感」「べたつき感の無さ」「総合的に好ましい」を、左右どちらの試料がよりとろみがあり、伸びが良く、乾き際に吸い付くようにもっちりし、乾燥後に吸い付くようにもっちりし、べたつき、総合的に好ましいかについて判定した。全試料の組合せにて一対比較判定後、中屋の変法を用いたシェッフェの一対比較法に準拠し、「とろみ感」、「伸びの良さ感」、乾き際の「吸い付くようなもっちり感」、乾燥後の「吸い付くようなもっちり感」、「べたつき感の無さ」「総合的に好ましい」をー2〜+2点で得点化した。
表1に示す組成の水溶液を調製した。
比較例1〜2を表2に示す。
表3に示す処方で化粧水を調製した。
水、グリセリン、BG、ジグリセリン、PEG−30、PPG−24グリセレス−24、ポリメタクリル酸メチル、ヒアルロン酸ジメチルシラノール、トレハロース硫酸Na、オリゴペプチド−6、ヒアルロン酸クロスポリマーNa、ソルビトール、ペンチレングリコール、PEG−150、ベントナイト、(アクリル酸/アクリル酸アルキル(C10−30))コポリマー、カルボマー、キサンタンガム、水酸化K、フェノキシエタノール、メチルパラベンからなる保湿用ゲル状化粧料。
α―オレフィンオリゴマー、濃グリセリン、BG、DPG、SEステアリン酸グリセリル、ワセリン、オリーブ油、ステアリン酸、コレステロール、ジメチコン、フェノキシエタノール、イソステアリン酸ソルビタン、キサンタンガム、ベントナイト、水酸化k、クロルフェネシン、ベヘニルアルコール、エデト酸塩、エタノール、無水エタノール、水からなる保湿用乳液。
Claims (7)
- 皮膚外用剤を塗布した際のもっちり感を、剥離力を計測することにより評価する、皮膚外用剤のぬり心地評価方法。
- 前記剥離力は圧縮試験機を用いて計測する、請求項1に記載のぬり心地評価方法。
- 前記圧縮試験機の加圧子にスポンジ及びフィルムを貼付し、試料台にフィルムを貼付して、試料台のフィルム上に塗布した皮膚外用剤の剥離力を計測する、請求項1又は2に記載のぬり心地評価方法。
- 前記スポンジが、ウレタン系スポンジ、メラミン系スポンジ、ゴム系スポンジ又はシリコーン系シートである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のぬり心地評価方法。
- 前記フィルムが、ポリエステル系フィルム、ポチエチレン系フィルム、ポリプロピレン系フィルム、セロハンテープ、ポリエステル系テープ、ポリエチレン系テープ又はポリイミド系テープである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のぬり心地評価方法。
- 皮膚外用剤を塗布後、6〜110秒後に剥離力を計測する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のぬり心地評価方法。
- 皮膚外用剤を塗布後、120秒後に剥離力を計測する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のぬり心地評価方法。
