Description
被検者の脈波を取得する脈波取得部と、
前記被検者の呼吸情報を取得する呼吸情報取得部と、
前記脈波から呼吸性変動を算出する解析部と、
を備え、
前記解析部は、
前記呼吸情報に基づいて、自発呼吸が発生したことを検出するとともに当該自発呼吸の呼気終末期を検出する検出部と、
前記脈波のうち、前記自発呼吸の前記呼気終末期の直後に発生した単位脈波を、前記呼吸性変動を算出するための前記脈波から排除する排除部と、
を有する。
図3に示される2つのグラフのうち、上段のグラフは、脈波取得部2によって取得された被検者の脈波を表しており、下段のグラフは、呼吸情報取得部3によって取得された被検者のCO2濃度を表している。脈波取得部2と呼吸情報取得部3とは、脈波取得部2が脈波を取得するタイミングと呼吸情報取得部3がCO2濃度を取得するタイミングとが同期するように構成されている。
準備段階として、カテーテル(記録ユニットA)が被検者の血管内に挿入される。なお、被検者には、人工呼吸器(記録ユニットB)が装着されている。

- 被検者の脈波を取得する脈波取得部と、
前記被検者の呼吸情報を取得する呼吸情報取得部と、
前記脈波から呼吸性変動を算出する解析部と、
を備え、
前記解析部は、
前記呼吸情報に基づいて、自発呼吸が発生したことを検出するとともに当該自発呼吸の呼気終末期を検出する検出部と、
前記脈波のうち、前記自発呼吸の前記呼気終末期の直後に発生した単位脈波を、前記呼吸性変動を算出するための前記脈波から排除する排除部と、
を有する、
