Abstract
Description
この場合、原水Gとしては、鉄分があまり含まれておらず、pH値が中性よりも若干高い弱アルカリ性の湧水が使用されるので、かかる点から、pH値が中性よりも低い酸性の鉄溶液(鉄の溶存体)を添加剤として用いる。

Claims (4)
- 環境基準値を超えるヒ素が含有されている原水を、内部に粒状の担体が充填された処理槽に投入する第1工程と、
前記第1工程により前記処理槽の内部に投入された原水のpH値が6.5〜8.5に調整されるように、当該処理槽の原水に対し酸性又はアルカリ性の溶液を添加しつつ、原水中に水酸化第二鉄の懸濁体を生成不能とする流速で処理する第2工程と、
前記第2工程により調整された原水中に添加または存在する鉄の溶存態を前記担体の表面で接触酸化反応させて水酸化第二鉄の皮膜を生成し、生成した水酸化第二鉄に前記原水中のヒ素を吸着・錯体形成させて捕獲する第3工程と、
を備えていることを特徴とする原水の処理方法。 - 前記第2工程では、前記処理槽の原水のpH値を6.5〜7.5に調整している請求項1に記載の原水の処理方法。
- 前記第1工程では、原水は原水投入管に一端が連結されて途中に空気流入口を有する原水混気ノズルの他端から前記処理槽の内部に上方から投入され、その際に他端から原水を圧送する前記原水混気ノズルのエジェクター効果により前記空気流入口から空気を流入させて原水と混合させることで原水中の溶存酸素濃度を飽和状態にしている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の原水の処理方法。
- 前記第3工程を終えた処理水又は洗浄水を前記処理槽の内部に定期的に逆流させて前記担体を逆洗浄している請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の原水の処理方法。
